The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice! She lent us a kettle, glasses and a hairdryer. She also helped us with street parking. It was very nice of her. We send her our best regards. Piotr i Ania😉

The hotel is located at a very peaceful place. The best thing about the hotel is that the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The staff is very understanding and helpful. Would recommend this property!

The hotel is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are affordable, offering great value for the quality of service.

The hotel saved me and my 2 years old daughter when we arrived at 9pm and found put another (paid) hotel did not prepare a room for us. They immediately answered the.phone and gave us a room even if it was at 10pm. I am Very grateful. The receptionist was Very nice and kind and helpful. I can recommend.

The room was great, with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
They didn't tell us at the reception that we hadn't paid yet for the breakfast. So we were surprised when we first arrive at the breakfast. But they accept you to pay directly in cash the employee in charge of the breakfast. We weren't the only clients in this situation.

Lots of positives: - buffet breakfast, several kinds of rolls, buns, delicious bread, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits - simply there was enough for delicous breakfast, I think anyone would be satisfied. - there is free parking in the street. - 10 minutes ride by bike to Schönbrunn
Every day the room was unlocked on return (cleaning lady), but on the other hand it was well cleaned :-)

Everything went smoothly, perfect for a couple of days, nice neighborhood, friendly staff and the cleaning ladies did a good job.

The hotel was very elegant and classy. Perfect considering the price. The neighbourhood was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty.
It could have been cleaned more precisely, but it wasn't dirty.

It was good. Clean, new towels, warm in room. Bed was nice and I slept well. I going to comeback here.
I ask iron to ironing out my shirt before on booking and didn't answear. And in reception they told me someone borrow i and they can't help. It should 2 or 3 irons in that hotel!
