A cozy and relaxing stay in the calmer parts of Vienna, but still well connected - with both bus, train and metro stations nearby. Amazingly friendly staff that's always there to help you. Big and comfy rooms you can fall asleep in after a long day of exploring one of the most beautiful cities of Europe.

The wifi was a bit slower, with some connectivity issues.

The rooms were very practical, plenty of storage space, large bathroom, comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness. The hotel provides umbrellas for each room which was very useful as it snowed. The parking area is large and the hotel is at the exit of the residential area, which is a plus if you come by car to visit Vienna.

We recommend to be said more clearly that an amount equivalent to the cost of the entire reservation will have to be blocked in order for the reservation to be done. In other words, the reservation can be made for free but you have to block an amount of money equal to the entire cost of the stay. The entire service is also payable on arrival. In other words, it's good to have double the budgeted amount for this stay. Breakfast could be more varied and other desserts can be found.

The location was perfect for Perchtoldsdorf business and for Vienna sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived on Sunday, and there was not reception and we couldn't found any information about using the WIFI. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it because we didn't know the username and password. The brekfast was delicious, but there wasn't much choice.

Easy to drive to location from the autobahn after Balkan trips, a lot of private parking, view on the fields(queit!), contactless check-in, spacious room, very clean, great bathroom, beds and linens. Vending machines on the floor for drinks. Good breakfast. Overall, a well-maintained family hotel (it is not small, though, at all)with a restaurant that is reasonably priced and a nice have after long trips.

the only thing was absense of fridges (I expect a mini-fridge in a 4-star hotels), that made it impossible for us to recharge our fridge bag "battaries" - so we had to eat the food for kids meant for the further long road.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went very quickly. Breakfast had good variety of options. The free parking was a big bonus for us since we came with a car. For a short stay it was great. We came for a concert in the Pyramid so for that it was perfect, it is kind of far from Vienna center, so I wouldn't recommend booking if you are coming to see the city centre!

There was dust in the room, the shower head has some lime scale on it which quite weird. No trash bags in the bins. The facilities were good over all. The wifi was absolutely horrible, it didn't stay connected to my phone, I had to re-login about 10-12 times within 12 hours. This is really annoying..

Everything. Judging by the reviews, I was expecting to be good, but to be honest, the place exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfy, silent and the check in was a straight forward job. Arrived late at around 11pm, used the code to open the secure box, grabbed the key for the room and voilà, job done. Totally recommended!

very clean, free parking, good location

we had a situation with the breakfast, in the information note from the room was written that breakfast is served Mo-Fr from 6:30 to 10:00 and during the weekend from 7:00 to 11:00 so we went Sunday to have breakfast at 09:50 and they told us the we have just 10 minutes left for breakfast. We told them about the information and they tried to convince us to have a “late breakfast” but of course for us was not ok, it was treated as a favor not as normal as it should be

For me this was all about location and facilities. There is a great restaurant attached, the staff are really friendly and helpful . A great place to stay for a few days.

My only critique would be that the air-conditioning was not really effective and made it difficult to sleep during the summer heat.

Breakfast was excellent. Room met my expectations. Personnel at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Location to public transportation was convenient, just a short walk.

Big clean and comfortable room. Big bed inside the room wth TV, additional room with sofa. Free parking. Very nice staff :) in 10-15 minutes walking distance there is metro station. Check-in is done in a very clever way, so there was no reasons to wait on reception once arrived.

Wi-fi internet could be better. The first day it was fine, but the next day signal was lost all the time, so it was almost not possible to use the internet
