I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott, Vienna and had a great experience. While it's not located right in the heart of central Vienna, it's very well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around. I actually preferred the location—it’s quieter and less crowded, which made for a more relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with a lovely view. The breakfast spread was also quite good, offering a nice variety to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Vienna.

The bed was rather uncomfortable and squeaky.

Comfortable beds, very good breakfast, nice and helpful people at reception. Everything we asked for came in a few minutes, also the cleaning staff was kind to clean our room in less than an hour, when we were out for lunch.

Not a big issue but some pieces of furniture are not in very good conditions and are sometimes are noisy (not the bed). We were asked for a deposit when we checked-in, in case something from the minibar is used, but the minibar was empty. Again, not a big issue, but would be great to corelate the information.

This hotel was absolutely incredible—everything was perfect! Even the automated market downstairs was super convenient. The staff spoke excellent English and were very professional. The room was fantastic, and overall, everything was just great. The only downside was that the heating from the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, which was a bit challenging in the cold weather. The location is right next to the metro, which is convenient, but not the best possible spot. That being said, considering the price-performance ratio, this hotel is truly outstanding! Highly recommended!

The hotel was full, so we were given a handicapped room. I am not a fan, there is no rim in the shower and water gets all over very fast. Also, the toilet had a bad smell when we arrived, probably the room remained unused for some time and the u-bend dried.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and overall, my experience was satisfactory, though there are some areas for improvement. On the first night, I was a bit frustrated with the cleaning service. They arrived around 6 PM, just as I had returned to my room after a long day of sightseeing. Since I was tired, I ended up not requesting the service, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the bed was excellent, a king size, and provided very comfortable nights of sleep. The amenities, such as the coffee and teas provided, were also a highlight of the stay, with great quality. However, the bathroom shower had some issues. It was a bit uncomfortable as water often spilled onto the bathroom floor, which was an inconvenience that could be easily fixed. The hotel's location is another great advantage. It's just a few meters from the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. In summary, it's a well-located hotel with good amenities, but with a few details that could be improved to offer an even more satisfying experience.

Great hotel! The room was cozy, not very big, but very comfortable. It had one of the best beds and pillows we ever found in a hotel. The fridge and AC were a great bonus during the heat wave. The bathroom is a bit poorly ventilated but it's ok for a short stay. It has all the amenities you need, great towels, nice shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was also very good and diversified, one of the best we found. Very nice staff also.

The bathroom could've been cleaned a bit better, in the light you could see some splatters on the door and the glass from the shower and mirror, but everything else towels bedsheets were very clean.

Quiet area, especially on the weekend, probably busies during the week. The hotel was great we stayed here once before, room specious, breakfast good. Close to the amusement park n transport to every where. Would coming back again

Nothing really, only the room 710 where we stayed this time, the bathtub water block could not shut. Need a bath after trolling around the city. But can't b bother move other room. All good

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The location is just 3-4 minutes slow walk from the metro station. So comfortable and time-saving. Very quiet area of the city. Coming there at night was like traveling to another city. From noise to peace and quiet and watching the water was so calming. The room was large and the beds! Absolutely amazing. Tall, hard mattress, and great pillows. We were sleeping the whole night without waking up. Clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely stay there again.

Good location next to a metro station and super calm area with many hotels around. Staff were super helpful. They provided toiletries when asked for. Bar was nice. Breakfast was excellent with nice options and everything. Room was clean and not too worn out. Bathtub was nice sized when you get it.

The booking pictures and description are slightly misleading. We assumed we would get a bathtub room because the description mentioned it but they have pictures and descriptions of shower too. Luckily staff swapped the room for us but said it’s random which feels unfair a bit if one is looking for a nice sized tub and not just shower. Luckily they were super accommodating. I feel like this should be communicated more clearly or separated in descriptions on booking for example.
