I liked the location of the property. It's around 20 mins by cab to the airport, and around the same time from the Vienna Hbf train station. I stayed on the property with my family for 2 nights (we stayed in 2 rooms). One of the rooms was a decent size, the other was rather small and cramped. I have no complaints about the room itself - it was clean, had all the stuff we'd need, a closet space to hang our coats, a shelf to keep some clothes, a table and desk light. I had messed up during my booking, getting breakfast for only one room for 2 days. This was a problem because we would be checking out at 5am (before breakfast), and there's no way to readily claim refund for uneaten breakfast. Upon some discussion, the concierge, Emre, understood our situation, and helped us out so that the 4 of us could have breakfast together on our first day without having to pay extra charges.

I feel we overpayed for the room itself, but it might have been because we were visiting during the weekend and I had done a refundable booking through booking.com. I missed having a kettle to have hot water/tea inside our room. We had one large suitcase and nowhere to stash it in the small room, so we struggled with it a bit while moving around. Not a huge deal since we were only here for 2 nights.

The rooms were decent 3 star standard...clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed

A bit far from the centre if you like to walk, but still possible. Rooms small and made smaller by slanting ceiling, meaning it is not possible to stand upright next to the bed on both sides. The shower needs a door to block it from the room. 8.30 am the cleaning staff knocked on my door. I admit I did not put up the Do Not Disturb sign, but considering that breakfast only ends at 10.00 and I was checking out, I thought this was a bit much. Had I not answered, they might have barged straight in. Breakfast was tasty, but quite basic.

The hotel’s location is good, we took walks to the city center. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, nice and smiling. The room was very clean, small but warm and cozy, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The elevator was out of service for two days, and we were on the 5th floor, it felt uncomfortable carrying the suitcases. There was also a shortage of hot water, but we saw a notice about it, so I assume it was temporary. What I found odd was that housekeepers entered the room several times while we were still in bed around 9 a.m. We were hoping to sleep a bit longer because we felt tired. I would have preferred if no one had entered the room while we were still inside.

It is a great hotel with all the basics covered and a good location. Food is nice and bed was very comfortable.

On the day I was arriving I got a call from one of their staff that they were going to cancel my booking because they claimed it was not guaranteed by credit card. Despite this being clearly stated on my confirmation from booking.com. The person who called me was not very professional or polite, and there was no apology when I offered to send the confirmation with all the details stated. I was allowed to keep my reservation but this caused unnecessary stress.(However all staff were very nice when I got there)

The hotel is well located, close to the public transportation and to the train station from where you can directly go to the airport. The place is also not far from the city center. The hotel is very clean and the staff is kind, which was much appreciated. The value for money is good.

The clients of the hotel should be requested to mute their mobile phones in the bar. Either in the evening or at breakfast time in the morning, having people having video-calls or watching videos out-loud was not much appreciated. I understand this mostly relies on the politeness of the client, but this could be requested by the hotel. A simple sign as in train cars or waiting-rooms for example could be enough in most of the case, and it would be easy to remind the client in case they "forget".

What I like is that I can find everywhere hotels from Ibis group with the same facilities, clean, good design, hot water all day, very good coffee and excellent breakfast!! I like that the room is cleaned every day, there is desk in the room to work and the temperature in the room that is always the right one (big benefit).

The bed wasn't very comfortable and my back was hurting me in the morning. Another thing that is not good is the orientation of the toilet that is far away from the shower. This is very strange, is happening mostly in Vienna and I cannot understand the reason. For some people like me, that I came for work, I need a chair to sit and work in the room. Stool is not a good idea for the desk in the room.

Loved this hotel! It's really clean and modern. The staff is really nice, from the receptionist to the housekeeping! The only thing I would suggest is better pillows as ours were a bit too flat when laying on them. The breakfast was splendid, a big variety with fresh ingredients. There is a very classic and cozy bar, I suggest you sit there and enjoy a drink. There are plenty of good restaurants around the corner, the train station is very nearby as is the city center by foot (if you don't mind 15 minutes walking). All in all, it is a wonderful hotel for an excellent price!

I would recommend checking the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. Our pillows weren't as comfortable as the look. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

It is a bit far from the city center but so close to tram O which that one directly goes to Landstrasse and I managed to find every transportation from there. Wien's transportation system is advanced do not mind that :) Room was perfect and bathroom and bed was clean. A tip for solo travelers do not scared to come back to your room at night even though it is far from the city center tram stop is right in front of the hotel.

A minus for the hair dryer it was not working properly. Also if you have some frozen food or drinks with you my room didnt have any fridge so that was a bit disappointing for me.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, with fresh white bed linens and towels, which I appreciated. The large bed was very comfortable, and the numerous power outlets were a convenient feature. The breakfast was good, offering a decent selection of food. While I'm not very picky, I noticed that the options were somewhat repetitive. Popular items like smoked salmon and pancakes were quickly taken and were unavailable an hour after breakfast began, which was a bit disappointing. I had little contact with the hotel staff, but both the cleaning team and the reception seemed friendly and welcoming.

There were some minor issues. I didn't like how the bath mat was placed; it looked as if it had been used, even though it was clean. Additionally, the shoehorn in my room was broken, and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Our stay at ibis Styles Wien Messe Prater was overall good. It was great that we could check in earlier (you need to be a member for free early check-in). The room was small and clean + the location was excellent. We especially loved having a tram stop just a minute away, making it super convenient to get around the city.

During our stay, there was a system issue with the keycards, but it was resolved later, and we got the keycard for our room. When leaving, there was another issue where the staff wanted to confirm payment, which felt unnecessary since we had already paid at check-in but it was due to another system problem. Luckily, I could show proof via my bank app. Despite these hiccups, it was a nice stay for a day in a convenient location.
