The hotel was really pleasant and the room spacious, cosy and charming. The bathroom was also very comfortable and fully refurbished. In addition, everything was sparkling clean and very silent to be able to enjoy a well-deserved rest after visiting the city (the centre is just a short 20-minute walk!). Moreover, the receptionists were truly friendly and helpful and the self-check in really easy and convenient upon arrival. So you don’t have to think twice: this is the best accommodation regarding “quality-price” that you will find for your stay in Vienna! ☑️🏨😉👌🏼

Good location, you have train, bus, metro in 4-5 min walk distance! Shops, restaurants in the nearby proximity. After you paid they send you the access code from the main door with your room number and access code from it so you can check in at any time after 15:00. Overall is good for the price paid and the location!

Could do a bit of touch up(paint) for the rooms and lobby and please let the cleaning ladies know that rooms need to be vaccumed and dust cleaned aswell! Because they dont seem to notice that.

Such an affordable price for a single room. The room was nice, clean, and bathroom was well-equipped with anything imaginable for personal grooming. My room had a huge window that opened to a pavement/private garden on the side of the building. I painted when I was out in Vienna, so the window was amazing to ventilate my pieces when I get back to the hotel.

The host only works through Booking.com, so even though there were staff at the front desk, they can't do anything to help me because everything has to be through Booking.com. They had no onsite system. I wanted to extend my stay for one night, and the room was available, but couldn't because of this.

The location was pretty quiet, a bit far from the central part where the main attractions are, but still easy to get there by train/bus as it is 5 mins of walk from the station and very accessible. It’s about 15-20 minutes away from the Danube Park and 7 minutes of walk away from the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus. A great place to stay especially when the transportation works till late hours. Staff is nice and welcoming, very satisfied!!

There are no cleaning service, so the towels were not being changed daily, so consider this as well.

I loved the simplicity. You have your own toilet and bathroom separate and a desk/make-up table so you have the space to do work and to eat there if you prefer. The location is amazing. You are so close to a train/metro station that has some good lines. It takes you to Beethovens last house, the inner center St Stephen Platz, and the place I needed to go to for meetings. I recommend the app Ivie for culture and all stuff Vienna and the app WienMobil for transport.

I didn't understand how to close the door, but with the help of the receptionist, I got it.

The location is great as it's around 10 mins wk away from the metro so it was easily accessible to travel to the local area where the Christmas markets are. However it's quite easy to access other parts if Vienna as well

There was a particular window in our floor which could not close properly and was making noises at night because of the wind.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable for a single person or a couple. The doors have a code that the house manager gives you. Also I checked in late at night at 11pm, no problem, thanks for that. I got a code for the apartment and moved in. The internet is at a good level. Hot water is always available.

I love the hotel. I keep returning. Its simple, without AC, but most buidlings in vienna dont have ACs. You can get a fan. Staff is very helpful. I forgot something in the room and he went above and beyond trying to find the item. Super fast, stable wifi, table and comfortable chars and bed round up the package.

Some rooms are better than others. Equipment and position wise.

I was thinking why there's no tv in the room and later i realised. If there would be a tv, everyone in neighbouring rooms could hear that. Walls are very thin. Likely I have got good neighbours. Italian couple was singing in the morning ❤️🥲 One day I returned earlier and wanted to have a rest but it included free lesson of Italian.

i like the ambiance of the room super clean and accomodating..it feels like home🥰 the staff speak in english so you can ask easier for the info about the place..the place in convenient near from station and restaurant..i'm looking forward for vacation again here and recommended to all tourist like us to book here..worth it🤩
