The hotel is very pretty, near a very nice neighborhood, with a small shopping center, but great natural beauty. It's very very close, to the metro station (U2) that takes you to the center. We booked this hotel for the Eras Tour concert, and it is very very close to the stadium. The girls working there are very sweet and lovely, and gave us free friendship bracelets and taylor swift stickers, and had gathered all the places that provided free services for the Swifties, and informed us. They speak very good English too. The room was very nice and cozy and had air-conditioning. It was easy to find the hotel, only about 20-25 mins from the airport with an uber. We booked breakfast for our first two days and it was a nice small buffet, but it wasn't lacking anything, and everything was well cooked and fresh. Overall, my friends and I really liked our stay there, and we will seek it again when we visit Vienna next time.

Me and my friend booked this hotel for the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour show in Vienna, so we looked for a place that wasn’t too far from the Ernst Happel Stadion. Even if the concert was canceled, the position of this hotel would’ve been perfect for it so I recommend it to anyone who wants to attend a show at the stadium and is looking for a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they even prepared a list of Taylor Swift-related activities we could do while visiting the city. The room itself was perfect for us, no complaints at all!

Charming, European style hotel. Lots of storage to unpack. Clean, great location to subway, bus stops, groceries and a couple restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is a little expensive ($18 USD). No elevator to 3rd floor or effective A/C. (This visit I stayed on 1st floor which was great!)

The location is very good and not too expensive like other hotels in Vienna. U2 metro line is 5 min to walk. next to the metro station there is a supermarket. City center is the last station of U2 and it will take about 30 mins to go to the center. In the hotel room there is a small kitchen where you can cook. If you are traveling in Sundays and public hollidays you can go to the Station Pratestern. There is a big supermarket that is open. This station also has a connection to Airport.

I would like to recommend to improve the quality of the soap and maybe add some lotion or hand cream

Excellent tasty breakfast with lots of options which is good value for money, clean big and tidy room with lots of storage space, housekeeping came by every day, friendly staff with excellent English knowledge, best location because it is close to the underground, free parking on their own parking lot so your car is safe, so happy with our choice

New, clean, and efficiently designed facilities. The staff speaks good English. Although it is far from Vienna central city, subway U2 line has a station right behind it. And exactly because it is far from central city, there are plenty of free private parking space. I drive my car and leave it here, exploring Vienna with subway for several days. The Aspern lion----a monument for 1809 battlefield of Aspern/Esslin is at the street corner.

I felt safe as a solo traveller, the property had everything I needed, the staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

The only things I would change about the property I possibly accessing a lift to carry my bags up to my room as well as a kettle and coffee,sugar and tea like most bed and breakfasts. But I’d honestly definitely stay there again regardless.

We travelled by car so it was important to have secure parking. The locations is literally minutes from U station. The room was very clean, comfortable, the heating was good. Extremely quiet place The staff at the reception were nice and helpful.

Lacks a couple of basic utensils in the kitchenette, like coffee maker or at least a kettle.

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed the small green area next to the main entrance.

Overall, breakfast was okay; it would be nice to have some hot meals, as there were only boiled eggs. Some sausage and canned beans would be enough.

Nice house where you feel like home. Many sockets, many tables to store stuff. They even have some plates, a casserole, and a stove. Located close to metro but far away from the city centre.

Although there was some dish they didn’t provide a kettle or coffee machine. Some teabags and instant coffee would have been much appreciated. The room was lacking slippers too.
