It was nice and cosy hotel. It's near a bus station (26A) and there is good kebab shop (150m) near the hotel and coffee salon also near (300m). The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Host is kind.

Check-in is not flexible at all, so if you cannot arrive before 20:00 there is no one at reception and there are no exceptions no matter what, so we had to use another hotel for our first night. Instead of this the host could have left a key somewhere for us, but he didn't. It's far from the city - 1 hour with bus and metro.

Very convenient accommodation for visiting Vienna. Only 20 minutes by car from the center. Free private parking. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, heated. Wifi ok. The hosts respond promptly. Hairdryer, soap, toilet paper are available.

It is a nice place for economic travel (the cheapest proposition in area 22 for my timelines). It was a clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. But traffic noise from the window with a view to the street was too loud in the morning. In the hall there is a little kitchen to make tea or coffee.

It is not suitable at all for the late arrival. If you are planning to reach this place after 20.00 it is not a choice. There is no reception or access to the key. The staff do not respond to the calls and emails. It is difficult to find a way for the rooms without additional support.

The hotel is good value for money; you can't ask for more for this price. The room had everything you need.

You cannot pick up the keys before the restaurant below opens because they are no reception. Sometimes you have to go through the restaurant to go to your room, which I found a bit awkward.
