Welcoming staff! The 24/7 reception was a big PLUS for us as we traveled at nighttime. The receptionist,who name is Markus was very helpful as we had a problem with payment and he resolved easily so we could pay with no problem. The check-in was super fast. The room was clean and small welcoming presents made it a very friendly atmosphere. Bad was comfortable and we slept well :-) The location was super good and close to the airport so it saved our time to get to the airport a lot!

The staff were exceptional, very polite and friendly. The room was clean, bed comfortable and our room was overlooking the parking and it was very quiet. The staff left us complementary water in the fridge and some for the road when we were checking out. The parking onsite was good and convenient.

The only downside of this hotel was a location, as it is outside of Vienna city and if you’re catching public transport you need to drive to the airport to leave a car. Travelling by car to the city took us over 45 minutes because of the roadworks, but hopefully it is a bit less if normal. I guess the location is perfect for the business people from the nearby refineries or the airport, just a bit far away if you’re visiting Vienna as a tourist.

Perfect stay for a later arrival into Vienna. Airport hotels were more expensive, and this place was in a quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, comfy rooms, A/C, and free parking. 90 people checked in a few hours after us (their flights were cancelled) and even though the restaurant was slammed with them…the waiter agreed to seat us and was incredibly polite and professional, and attentive. The staff was overwhelmed, but they never stopped smiling. So hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this place!

This is the perfect hotel to stay close to the airport. Super comfortable and has a great restaurant so we didn't need to look for a place to eat when we arrived at night.Staff is lovely and they arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. Surroundings are quiet.

Hotel is further away from a city centre if you are after shops. It didn't matter for us. We just wanted to stay conveniently close to the airport.

This was our second stay at the Reinisch Hotel. We liked it both times. The staff is very courteous and polite. They really want to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Everything is clean, spic and span. You can park your car in the back, in a safe area. There are restaurants nearby, but the hotel has its own as well. I am especially grateful to the staff for accommodating me with my special request.

The hotel itself was great. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Child friendly. The sauna was excellent. It was very close to the airport (15 Euro taxi ride) which is why we chose it.

There are no amenities around. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The shop next door to the hotel was closed. The hotel restaurant was closed. No pub, no small shops around. There should be some small snack bar or pub on the premises. Thank goodness we had some leftover fruit and sandwiches otherwise we would have been in trouble - especially since we were traveling with a young child. There was a vending machine in the lobby but it was cashless and it didn't work. The hotel was not cheap, so for that, it should have been better equipped with food/beverage

The fact that we were able to arrive early, was done in such a spectacular manner. They used it as a training situation for the lovely new employee Lea,and the way they took care with her and the way she just probably did everything was just a blessing. Would definitely recommend this if you need a place close to the airport to just fly out on your early Vienna flight.

First, we were greeted by the most helpful and friendly receptionist, Marcus. He upgraded our room due to my health condition. The room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. In the morning, I went to breakfast a bit late as I didn't realize that it had already ended, but Hannah was so kind and friendly. She let me take my time and enjoy my breakfast. Even though I was late, the selection was abundant, fresh, and delicious.

Very close to the airport. Nice modern, clean rooms and a nice touch with the wine & water. Food in the restaurant was very nice & staff were great.

Airport Transfer was a taxi & wasn’t cheap ! Don’t book a meal at the restaurant and as arrived quite late, we almost didn’t make the restaurant. But after some hesitation they did allow us entry & the food was great.

This is a very nice hotel pretty close to the airport in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are nice and the facilities are very nice although we didn't have time to use the sauna or workout room. The restaurant food was good and fairly priced. We did walk to the only restaurant in this small community and the food there was great! This hotel has an airport shuttle for a fee but it was better than the Uber we took to get there. The staff are very friendly and answered all our questions promptly ahead of our stay.
