The hotel is located in the south of Vienna and very well located for both those who come by car and those who come by plane. The connections are very good. Metro station about 300 m from the hotel and in 10 minutes with a direct metro line (U3) you can reach Stephansdom. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is a private parking opposite with a reasonable cost per night (8 eur). In addition, there are other parking lots in the area, also with a fee. The breakfast is very good, varied. You have everything you want for breakfast considering the number of stars the hotel has. The staff is welcoming. The room is clean, the room size is ok for 2 people. What is missing in the room's equipment? The fact that it does not have a refrigerator in the room. The hotel does not serve dinner, but this aspect is not a problem. The bar is very welcoming. In conclusion, the hotel is perfect for both transit and a few days stay to visit Vienna. You can have a wonderful stay in this hotel.

I cannot recommend Plaza Inn Gasometer enough – it’s an absolutely amazing place to stay in Vienna! The location is perfect, the rooms are impeccably clean and cozy, and the breakfast is simply incredible. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and kindness. However, it was after I had already checked out that their kindness truly shone. I realized, while boarding my flight back to Poland, that I had forgotten my AirPods in the hotel room. Feeling stressed and uncertain, I reached out to the hotel. To my amazement, the staff not only understood my situation but went above and beyond to ensure my headphones were safely sent back to me. Thanks to their incredible effort, the parcel arrived at my home in Poland, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This level of care and attention to detail is rare, and I’m still in awe of the kindness and professionalism of the team at Plaza Inn Gasometer. Not only did I have a wonderful stay, but this experience reminded me that there are still places where hospitality truly comes from the heart. Thank you for making my stay so special and for going the extra mile for your guests. I am deeply appreciative and would return in a heartbeat!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness of the room to the amazing breakfast and the incredibly kind and helpful staff. I truly can’t think of a single thing to improve!

The location! I have been to many places and this one was very clean, housekeeping was doing good job. Bathroom was nice and clean, 3 kind of soap: (body , hair , lotion) Great place, great location! A city bike drop off point just 5 minutes walk so from the main central station you can get here without using public transportation. Of course I was alone and had very little luggage, but Vienna is very bike friendly. Previously I was always driving to Vienna but the Train was much better and less tiring. The hotel area is also nice and quiet. In the evening I had a 1 hour walk and hardly meet anyone.

The tv wasnt working properly as the channels were keep flashing so you couldn’t watch anything. But i didn’t bother with it as i didnt really have time to watch tv, i only wanted to listen to some music while getting ready. (this is more like a feedback to the Hotel, (rm 209). Anyway, the bed was nice and clean, the mattress is strong and good condition, next time I will book for a double bed instead of a single bed room as this was only available during my visit. Overall i would recommend it to anyone! Great location, great hotel, great staff!

Clean room. The room has everything you need, even a kettle, tea with coffee and clean water in large bottles, which was very pleasing. Excellent breakfast, very varied and delicious - Our family liked everything. Very polite staff - We had a late check-in, everything was very decent. There is underground parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. We made a slight mistake and parked 3 minutes from the hotel. But we are also very happy.

In one room the window did not open, and the air conditioner from the main room, unfortunately, did not cope. On cool days, I think it is not a big deal, but we were on a hot day, the room heated up, so we could not close the door between the rooms. There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, those who are in the shower feel uncomfortable, and if there was at least a dividing light curtain and it would be great. But otherwise we are very happy. And next time we will rent just 2 separate rooms 😊 But we will come back here

I arrived for a concert in the arena nearby and right upon arrival I liked the hotel: front desk staff was very friendly and smiling, the room was just about the right size and pristinely clean. I was a really hot day and a bottle of free water in my room was a pleasant welcome surprise. Contrary to some other reviews, there WAS a laptop safe in my room able to fit my 16" MacBook Pro. Huge plus, well done & thanks! The breakfast was rich and everyone should find a meal she/he prefers. Also, there is a P+R approx. 800 meters away and several parkings nearby, which is very convenient. All in all - I could safely recommend this hotel to any traveller!

The hotel was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. The front desk stuff could be a little bit more polite but that’s just how Austrians are I guess. The lady who worked in the bar next to reception at night was great! She made us laugh every time we went there for a drink after a long day out exploring. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if you want to be a little further from the city centre to save on money. The metro is not too far away so it’s very easy to get to the city centre.

The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable and our sink was clogged on arrival meaning we couldn’t drain the water from our sink.

The property was 2min walk from Gasometer. This was exceptionally convenient for us as we were there for a concert. The hotel is in close proximity to Gasometer UBahn station making the connection to city center extremely easy. The room was extremely cleaned when we arrived. It was comfortable and very convenient. The hotel staff were really helpful, polite and assisting. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! Very large selection of good quality goods for you to choose what you want to eat.

There were only 2 minor issues with the hotel room. 1. There is no mini fridge in the room so if you want to store any food is a bit difficult 2. The daily cleaning of the room could have been better.

Perfect stay for a Gasometer concert – modern, friendly, and comfortable We stayed at Palaza Inn Gasometer for a concert at the Gasometer, and the location couldn't have been better – just a 2-minute walk from the venue. Absolutely ideal if you're attending an event there! The hotel is fresh, clean, and has a simple, modern design. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were impressively fast. We booked a family room, which was spacious and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were very comfortable and of high quality, and we especially appreciated having two separate rooms – one with two single beds – which was great for the kids. One small surprise was that the bathroom didn’t have a door, which might not suit everyone. On the positive side, the complimentary bottled water was a really nice gesture. One suggestion: having a small fridge in the room would make the stay even more convenient – it’s the only thing we missed. All in all, highly recommended – we’d gladly stay again if visiting the area. And who knows – with a slightly more reasonable rate, it could become our go-to hotel in Vienna.

The breakfast was very nice and with various opportunities for everyone. The location of the hotel was very nice. It was located in a very calm area and just 3-4 mins walk to the metro station. The hotel seems to be new. The rooms were very clean and newly designed. The staff was friendly enough, ready to assist. Even though we stayed for one night, the hotel is perfect even for a long stay. The lobby was very comfortable. There is a luggage room in place.

Unfortunately the bed was not one king bed. 2 single beds were put next to each other, which made very uncomfortable for the couple to stay.
