The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was really clean and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with the metro station quite close – perfect when attending a concert at Gasometer. Great value for the price. The check-out process was super easy; you just had to drop the room key into a box and you were done.

What was weird that eggs at breakfast table were already peeled. They were also cold and to me they tasted funny... Also there could be bit more fresh stuff at breakfast. Like maybe few fruits. There were only small tomatoes. But this is really not a big deal. What was bit worse was, that I had a room facing the street. At some point early in the morning, it got bit hot, but I couldn't open the window because of the terrible noise from the street. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it didn’t seem to be working.

Great location for people travelling by car. Easy to get to, and close to city transport.

It was a good, confortable, and clean place to be. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in a place at about 600m from metro station, so, it was a good departure point to walk around Vienna. There is a supermarket besides the hotel and a 24h store in front; it could be a good help if you arrives hungry. The room is spacious, at least for an only guest. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but considering the price, it was a very good deal.

It could be better if the room had a refrigerator and a microwave owen, but it is not really a big problem. The toilet has no lock. It was not a problem for me, since I was alone in the room, but it could be inconvenient for families, specially with kids.

The hotel is very nice, the room really clean and enough qualifications. Everyday the room is cleaned on time by cleaner. The receptionists very nice and kindness. When we come to the hotel soon, they supported check in soon with free extracharge. When we check out late, they recommend some best option for us to keep luggage and when we must wait the flixbus untill night, they support us the place to take a rest. The price is suitable and not too much for 1 room with double bed. The hotel has the space for breakfast buffet quite large, clean and comfortable. Really appreciate and highly recommend you choose this hotel for your holiday.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was bright, clean, and cozy, with a very convenient lighting control system. The soundproofing was excellent—it was incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a good selection of fresh and tasty options. The hotel’s location is great—close to the city center, making it easy to explore. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

I wish there had been a power outlet near the bed for convenience. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel provided a toothbrush and toothpaste as part of the amenities or at least offered them for purchase at the reception.

Some of the receptionists should either show more empathy or find themselves another job. They look suffering at this place. A breakfast is quite basic and is very much bakery-focused. Considering the fact that the overwhelming majority of the guests is international, a less localized approach in its preparation should be considered. Finally, I did not understand this issue with the ladies walking around the stage and offering room service (this wasn't so during my stay in 2023). One of them even opened the door without a permission while I was lying in my bed being naked. This should be better organized.

Simple minimalistic design, actually well reflected by the pictures. Good connection to the subway system, breakfast is of good quality for the price range and the breakfast area is tidy.

There are window darkout blinds but no curtains. So during the day there is either no natural light or people from rooms on the opposite side can see into yours. Since you directly step out of the shower into the room this is an odd design. If a guest stays for five nights some vaccuming/mopping is needed, by the end of my stay dust buildup was considerable.

The breakfast there is convenient (cold boiled eggs, hams, bacon, cucumber, tomatoes, some jams and honey, coffee & tea, milk, oat milk, bread, some juices, etc), but of course don't expect that you can get the same kind of food as you pay the same price in the grocery store nearby. The air-conditioner works well, although I did not use it for most of the days I stayed there. Anyway AC is crucial for such an incredible summer, so I am quite happy. The staff there are overall friendly. Just the location is not very close to the place I wanted to go, but it is not far from U3 the metro line (around 7 min walk from the station).

The room card (the key) need to be updated almost everyday I came back. Sometimes it was not a happy thing, in particular when other guests were also waiting in the hall for checking-in, and I had to wait after them just to update the key.

The hotel is very good, the room is comfortable, the air conditioning works, the staff are very attentive. The cleanliness is excellent. The free wifi works very well. The breakfast meets expectations and is relatively inexpensive. I recommend!

The room is comfortable, but it might be a bit tight for two people on a longer stay. There are very few hangers and closets. The desk in the room is very small and uncomfortable, not suitable for working on site. The location is not good: the neighborhood is safe and quiet, but it's far from the city's main tourist and professional attractions; but it's not bad either, as the hotel is very close to a metro station. Even with these problems, I recommend!

Like obviously many things could be improved, but i expected these inconveniences since this is a cheap hotel. the chair and table at the rooms should be improved at least to be more comfortable for sitting. The one thing that was really annoying was that the shower doesn’t have any space to put your things, towels or clothes. Could be awkward if you stay with your friend in such a room, but i was alone in this room so it’s doable.
