It is in a great location if you need a metro station to move quickly into the city. It is Close to the food store if you need it. The rooms are great, clean, and new. The staff is great. Also, they have parking, 18 EUR per night, which is kind of expensive.

If your room will be close to the elevator – be ready. The doorbells on the elevator door are CRAZY ANNOING. You can hear all the sounds from the elevator and that doorbell whenever the elevator comes to your floor, just every two minutes. This is crazy haha

The linens, towels, pillows, and duvet were fresh and so comfortable. > Room service were excellent too > Reception staff were helpful and professional. > We made use of their luggage storage which is super convenient > Place is nearby small shops, cafe, and stores > Wifi was reliable and fast > The room temp was also reliable and kept us warm during our winter stay, the windows also open enough to allow for ventilation > The heated shower floors were also very much appreciated, water temp and pressure was also great in both the day and evening > Good price for the value and most recommendable for short stays in Vienna

Cons: > A little commute is required for touristy Vienna spots but Vienna's transport system is one of the best in the world so I didn't mind > Parking is limited in the area it seems > If you care for having a nice view, there's not much to see from this area but again, that wasn't my priority especially during the rainy-winter time we spent in Vienna Nothing much to say since we only stayed for 2 nights but I would not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Vienna for longer.

The hotel is located very close to the international bus station and the metro station Erdberg (U3 metro) which is great and very convenient if you use the metro for your transporation. However, you shouldn't expect any great view of the typical austrian architecture as the surrounding area is more industrial. Overall, the room was clean (very important as it was one of the few places in Vienna with good cleaning rate). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff was helpful, even though we haven't interacted that much to be fully honest. If you arrive before check-in, you can leave your luggages in the hotel.

It would be nice to have a mini bar inside the room as well as some more space in case customers would like to have a quick snack or breakfast (or even late dinner) in the room.

You know what you're getting with this hotel chain. It has great facilities and comfy rooms. The bar was well equipped. There were nice lounge areas we could go to. The room was quiet and clean. But we felt the best feature was the location - it was next to Erdberg P+R. We drove to the hotel and parked there - this was far less than parking within the hotel which was around €16 /night. Then alongside this, the transport links into the city worked perfectly for us and were within 5mins walk from the hotel.

Nothing to really fault. We didn't go for the breakfast - it seemed quite expensive but didn't have plenty of options. I guess you're paying for the convenience.

This hotel is a little bit out of the centre but that is okay because it is so close to the Erdberg tube line which goes straight into St Stephens. Cosy rooms and comfy bed. Clean and functional rooms with good air con. We didn't pay for the breakfast as this is Vienna and there are UNESCO coffee shops to eat at! The area around the hotel felt safe and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have the option to make coffee or tea in your room. We found the internet a bit annoying as we had to log back on every time we came back into the hotel - but maybe that was just our device set ups? Our laptop definitely did not like logging onto the network....

The hotel had extremely friendly staff who were always ready to answer all our questions and gave great recommendations on what to do in the city and which places to visit. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. They had all the necessities, and whenever we needed something extra, the staff quickly provided it. We also really liked the automatic lighting under the bed — whenever you got up at night, it would gently light up, which was very convenient. The location was amazing — just a 2-minute walk from both the metro station and Vienna’s main bus station. In that sense, the hotel was truly in a "jackpot" position. Additionally, it was very close to the city center, which you could reach in about 10 minutes by metro.

One thing that I think was missing in the rooms was a proper wardrobe or drawers to organize clothes. There were only hangers, which were helpful but didn’t fully replace proper storage.

We spent with my wife 4 days in August. Be prepared with one suitcase and a few pieces of clothes to hang on, as the room is rather small , otherwise very functional if you are prepared. If you prefer opening the window at night - is not place for you. The Hotel is close to the expressway. As long as you keep thw window shut you hear completely nothing , the aircondition is very quiet. Two minutes walking distance from the metro , four form shop - Billa , where you can find everything, including something for the braekfast. Very good location for visiting/sightseeing Vienna.

In the bathroom is difficult to find two separate space/hooks for the two towels if you are with a partner.

The location is great, 17 minutes walk from S7 Schnellbahn, so you can easily get there from the airport, and a great hub for sightseeing, as it is 3 minutes from U3 metro. The room was not good. It was EXTRAORDINARY. Lovely lights, comfortable beds, smart TV, towels in the bathroom, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, great design, lovely colors - what more could you possibly want from a room. I highly recommend.

The air conditioner was working only as a "cooling" option, the evening could get a little cold, so the "heater" option would be nice. Other than that there was not a single wrong thing.

Perfectly planned operation, spotlessly clean, friendly and professional staff. Although the days of our vacation at Vienna were extremely cold, we had no issue as the heating system of the hotel was more than enough (some nights was to warm and we had to switch the heating off). Cheers to the reception staff and especially to Clara for always being attentive and friendly. Thank you!

For people with nutritious particularities, Vienna did not seem to be really friendly. It would be nice to have some basic options in the hotel menu as it would have made our stay easier.

Great hotel with modern and stylish design. Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, well soundproofed with good beds and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and elegant. Excellent location, right next to Vienna’s ring road, which makes it convenient for getting around.

No water or mini-bar in the room, the TV system was not working properly (freezing all the time), and there was a slight unpleasant smell outside the hotel (not noticeable inside). Also, parking is not free, which could be a downside for travelers with a car.
