Stayed at a room for four people. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. We stayed only for one night and were really happy that we got good portions of soap and shampoo (so we didn't have to buy them for a one night stay). Breakfast was peaceful and modest - it met our expectations. Staff was constantly around to refill food when it was necessary. Bar was open in the evening, so it was easy to have a drink on the terrace or inside. Very nice staff. We were really happy that it was possible to fully open a window for some extra fresh air.

The only flaw was that our window was right on the street and some sport kids were staying at the hotel as well, so it was a bit noisy when they passed by our window for a few times at night (cars passing by weren't a problem).

The reviews for this hotel are quite mixed, often contradictory, but nonetheless reasonable. Rooms: Your experience here will vary drastically depending on the room you are allocated/requested to be in; e.g. a room near a busy hallway will be noisy and a room at a quieter spot might have weak WiFi signals or air conditioning. Your best bet is to tell the staff what your priorities are when you book. Facilities: there were lots to do in the hotel during my stay and is one of the best options in the city for people who are on a budget and like to exercise and/or do sports. I mainly used the gym which was arguably well equipped. There was a Smith machine (no squat racks) that went up to 37.5kg of weight on each side. The machines were old but functional and there were many lighter free weights (<=10kg) missing. Dumbbells went up to 25kg. Food: following other reviews here, I didn't try the food and sought cheaper options near the hotel. Service: the staff spoke English and were friendly. Cleaning staff was often amiable and understanding. Overall, there are certainly points which the hotel could have done better - e.g. having additional WiFi routers or AC generators to cover hard to reach areas. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who is both sporty and on a tighter budget.

Clean, big room. Hotel is in a quiet part of town, but it is only a short tram ride away from the city center. They have a free wellness center which includes sauna, steam room(not always on unfortunately) and a pool(closed because of winter).

Room did not heat up well. The toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms. After using the toilet, I have to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. Also, there is no bin in the toilet. While they do provide free access to the sauna, they do not always turn on the lady side. I had to ask for it to be turned on, and that takes around 20 minutes to heat up. The next day, they said that it would take 3h to heat up, and then when I mentioned the 20 mins, they claimed that it was broken. To be fair, the common sauna was working, but I was not comfortable with the nudity. I wish they had just been honest about not wanting to turn on the lady side. Steam room also were sporadically switched on.

This is an "old style", nostalgic :), but really charming hotel. The room was comfortable and spatious enough, and everything was good. The hotel is really well mantained, and all the facilities (Sauna, pool) looked very clean. Breakfast was good enough, there was reasonable choice of everthying one might want to eat in the mornings. Also we appreciated safe parking for the car. We booked the room here because it was one of the few hotels that offered a proper bed for the child, not the sofa...and we were not really interested in the swimming pool. And it turned out to be one of the most exciting and interesting things we did during our stay in the hotel. The pool is relatively small, but really lovely, it was great to go there in evenings, and refresh after a long hot day in the city, swim in the dark with only the light coming from the pool, few people around and really nice atmosphere. Fully recommended!

What we did not like was the noise coming from the outside when the windows were opened. Although the hotel is only a few minutes of walk from the metro, it is a bit out of the way, not so many people on the street in the evenings, and nothing to do in the immediate vicinity.

The room was quite big. Big closets. Close to the metro station. There is a fridge in the room which is fantastic 😀. You have a minibar in the room.

I could see these little hairs in the bathroom 😬 I'm sensitive to small hair! Like it wasn't clean enough! Also not really close to city center, like 40 min walking. Also you don't have kettle in the room or lobby! You can't get hot water and you should buy it from the restaurant of the hotel! To get a spoon, you should put a deposit of 10€😂and when I wanted my 10 back, another person was there that didn't know what I'm really talking about! So remember the name when you pay!

Big rooms, very comfortable bed. In breakfast you'll find the filter coffee, not only espressos, not very common to find it in Europe but here you have it. The shower is big so you can easily fit in, the pression of the water is also good in the sink and acceptable in the shower. The parking cost extra but is covered and you can charge your electric car at pretty high speed.

People smoking in the entrance every time when i was entering or leaving the hotel. Not to many options in breakfast but still ok.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my family of four, booking two adjacent rooms. Our stay was for five nights, and we had a very positive experience. The breakfast offered was good and reasonably priced. Every day, the housekeeping team did a great job cleaning our rooms, changing the linens, and replacing the towels. The hotel itself was pleasant and clean, situated in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests we had. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute drive from the international airport and a 7-minute walk to the nearest subway station. From there, it takes around 8 minutes to reach the city center. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Overall, our stay was superb, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in our room practically only to sleep, so its size didn't matter. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom nice and clean, the small fridge came in handy, the A/C worked fine. The buffet breakfast was excellent (scrambled eggs, fresh baked goods, ham, cheese, some vegetables, lots of cereals, top-of-the-line coffee machines, etc.). Staff extremely helpful, great swimming pool, with sauna, tennis court, golf... what more could you want? :) Oh, yes, parking costs EUR 15 per day, but since essentially the whole of Vienna is a short-stay parking zone and it would cost a lot more, you should take this option. If you have your bike with you, there's a bike locker area in the parking lot (key at the reception).

I didn't like that we could stay only for three nights - this vacation should have been a lot longer. ;)

We were really impressed with the quality of the food and the fantastic service at the bar and restaurant. We enjoyed it so much that after dining at the restaurant the first night, we decided to eat there for the rest of our stay. It was great value for money. The staff was friendly and efficient, and overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, despite our initial impression.

Some of the facilities and furniture may appear outdated, but it's a matter of personal taste and did not detract from our experience at the hotel. Overall, it's not a problem because the service was great!

Room was very spacious,including the bathroom.Staff were friendly and helpful.Gym and swimming pool were available,which was a huge bonus,and we used.5mins walk to metro station,which meant easy access to centre.

The only down side for us,was the breakfast was very basic.It wasnt so much bad,but the warm choices were so limited.Only eggs in the warm side.Bacon or sausages would be great.
