The room was soooo comfortable. It had a kitchenette as well with all the necessary pans etc. The bed was super comfortable. Location wise- there was a train station just 200mts away. So it was pretty accessible

The breakfast options could have been better. They could have offered more variety in fruits rather than just tangerines. I understand the checkin starts at 4 and there are no promises for early checkins, but I would like to request them to change the checkin time to 2 pm. People travelling internationally have had a very long and tiring flight already. And most of them travel on weekends. It is not comfortable to wait another 2-3 hours in the lobby because the rooms are not ready. Or if they could make arrangements for some hot food that would be awesome. However, I do appreciate the staff doing their best to make each guest comfortable.

The location is excellent, it is located in the city next to the main bus stop as well as, very close to the metro station. Hence, getting there is very convenient. Also, the overall ambience is very good, warm and very welcoming. The staff is excellent, very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable to stay in, found very difficult to leave the room for going out during my stay. It is very family friendly and very comfortable for a couple. The staff did an excellent job as the room was very clean, the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and hair dryer. Breakfast was good and had multiple options to choose from. Everything was made fresh and the breakfast there was definitely a great start to the day.

We had a good corner room, with the ability to turn off the air conditioner and open windows. There was a lot of space, everything was made to be a convenient, comfortable bed, very clean. Excellent shower! We didn't use the kitchen so can't add anything about it. Very pleasant people work in this hotel, you feel welcomed

The breakfast can have more options as the choice was a bit poor and didn't change. It would be nice to have pancakes, waffles, and fruit salad (and make some marks for people with lactose intolerance, I had to take pills to prevent possible issues as I didn't know what products contain lactose). The garage entrance is a bit narrow (I know, nothing can be done about it)

We encountered three different receptionists and they are very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious with a good quality bed, blanket and pillows. I used the fitness room and did yoga. I hope they have two decent yoga mats. The breakfast was average and nothing special but it taste good and enough to make us full. If you want to stay in a quiet area or outside the city center but easy access with transportation, then this is the perfect place. Only 10 minutes with U bahn from the hotel to Vienna City Center Station.

I liked everything in Residence Marriot and I was amazed how everything is done highly professional! Hygiene is on a very high level in room and generally hotel, staff is very kind, parking is enough big and secure. Beds are very comfortable and it is not noisy during night so you can sleep tight. Location is perfect and you are just 10min away by U-bahn from Stephansplatz. This place exceeded all our expectations!

There is hardly anything I could think of that I didn’t like.

Everything was above our expectations, the room was very spacious, well lit and furnished, the bathroom was well furnished and the bed was heavenly (I really appreciate hotels that will give you more than one pillow per person). There is also a small couch that is usefull during the day. Another good part it's the breakfast, delicious, abundant and with a quality products.

It is a bit on the steep side of pricing considering the location, it feels a bit weird coming there late at night.

The hotel was very clean and specious. The bed was very comfortable and there were bottles of water and drinks in the kitchen which was very nice to have that. The breakfast was ok, could be better.

The location was not ideal for the families who's got old people. You need to take a tube to go the city centre. Also, there was no restaurant to eat close by. All the shops are close on Sundays so you need to make sure you stay in the city starting from weekday.

Location was not central but several meters away from underground stop and few minutes to the centre of Vienna. The hotel was very clean, in a quiet area and ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful especially Maryam.

Initially they told us they ran out of cot bed which made us very stressed but it was solved rather quickly.

Comfortable room, kitchen access with refrigerator and a microwave is a plus plus especially travelling with a kid. There was unlimited access to beverages, coffee, etc.

While it may not be the centre, there’s access through subway which is about 3min walk from the hotel. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and soap needed a refill even upon checkin.

We were lucky and it was possible for us to check in earlier, which was amazing. Even if we couldn't have checked in early, it would have been possible to leave luggage with the receptionist. The hotel is brand new. Everything is very clean and fresh. We especially appreciated great quality food and coffee at breakfast. This really is the best place to stay if you arrive at Vienna International Busterminal, Erdberg - it's just around the corner and 2 minutes away from an underground station.

The staff was very professional and kind, however, I think it would be nice if the receptionist introduced a little bit more about the rules of the hotel at the time of check-in. For example, we didn't know that we had to use the room card to operate the elevator.
