Good location - not far from downtown. Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, room cleaning service daily, elevator for upper floors. There is also garage for a 17euro fee/day + 50uro deposit at the reception for the garage key. once you give back the garage key you get back the 50 euro.

older lady at the reception was bossy and not friendly; we had a bad smell of piss in the bathroom, although it looked and was clean, so we couldn't figure it out from where this smell was coming. only 2 chairs for a 4 bed room! the breakfast area was very crowded. generally OK for the value we paid, although the hotel furniture could be brought into this century!

The hotel position was good near metro (5-10 min) and tram station (2 min). Parking place (17e per day) in the underground garage across the hotel. The room was a little small for four bedroom but it was acceptable if you dont want to spend all day in the room. The hotel, restorant and room was clean. Heating was good. There were a lot of option for breakfast and it was fresh and tasty. Sometimes the restoran was crowded with people and you need to wait for table. The staff was kind and friendly. Our overall experience is positive.

The room was small and simple, but clean and comfy. The beds felt comfortable. The breakfast was much better than I expected. The personnel were very helpful and nice. I could leave my car in the parking place until 3pm (the check-out time was at 11am).

The wifi didn't work in the room. I only realized I was able to get some Internet connection when I opened the window and leaned out of it. It made me disappointed. There was different information on the official site and in the messages I received from the hotel, such as 50-euro deposit for a garage key as I booked a parking place for extra pay. No garage, no key. After being informed I could park my car in the street for free at the weekend, I asked for the parking place I had booked. And I was luckily given one in the yard.

Everything was pretty good! The location of the hotel was nice with train (S7) and metro stations within 5 and 10 minutes walking from the hotel respectively. The personnel was very kind and willing to help with everything. We had a last minute alternation to our plans that the managers dealt with very professionally. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only disadvantage I can think of is the absence of air-conditioning. But there was a fan in the room so we didn't come across any major issue.

Very quiet back building rooms, fantastic breakfast (with amazing tasting scrambled eggs), helpful and kind personnel. Clean rooms, our bathroom was updated, our other room wasn't, but it was functional and clean.

We didn't like the location too much. Also based on the pictures we expected a park around a hotel, but it's really a back yard that is only used in the warm seasons. Nevertheless the quiet and the attentiveness of the people working there made our initial concerns not-that-important.

Great quiet location with lots of grocery stores literally across the street and with a restaurants within few walking distances A big positive were also heated rooms in this cold weather, felt like it was summer there ... another big positive point was a really big shower, for me as big person this was exactly what i needed Polite and nice people at reception, funny story when i was walking absolutely tired from music event at 4 am past reception and polite gentleman greeted me with positive voice, it made me smile Amazing breakfast, my belly was so full that i lasted next few hours of bus ride home without hunger Wi-Fi worked fine, i was worried about it from reviews but it worked a charm

Well a negative maybe that it´s a bit old fashioned style of building and rooms, might be not for everyone .. some things were not exactly clean like you could see a dust on mirror or chairs, or a bit dirty window curtain and some smudges on walls but for one night it was enough .. those are mistakes that you not really notice if you not looking for them

This was the best value hotel we found on Booking.com. It was clean and had the facilities we wanted. The rooms were a good size with traditional furniture and comfortable beds and a bathroom with a big bath and shower. Our room was serviced every day. The breakfast consisted of plenty of meat, cheese and bread with cereal and yogurt and coffee from an automatic machine - just one machine for everyone, which did cause some queues. There is a delightful and quiet garden out the back, however the garden lights were not working when we sat out there after dark. Reception is open 24 hours. The hotel is 5 minutes from from St. Marx station which has a direct connection to the airport and also a tram stop which takes you into the city. Alternatively, there is a U3 station about 10 minutes walk away which will take you to the city centre. There is an ALDI store next door (not open on Sundays!) and a kebab house and grill just down the street. The area around the hotel is peasant and quiet and a number of good restaurants are less than ten minutes walk away.

This is quite a traditional hotel which could do with a little bit of renovation although it was comfortable and clean enough. There is no air conditioning and when we visited during a heat wave it was hot in the rooms. There is no ice machine either.

It was a really comfortable base, the beds were soft and it was very quiet at night. Excellent restaurants close by. Breakfast can be eaten outside on tables surrounded by trees and plants when the weather is good. We liked the home made art work which decorated the rooms and corridors, it gave the hotel a unique identity.

There are no views from the widows (not an issue for us) and the complimentary soaps were harsh. Definitely advise bring your own shampoos.

Basic hotel with nice, clean and exceptionally warm rooms, good quality beds, satsfying breakfast with a selection of breads, cheeses, boiled and scrambled eggs, good espesso and capuccino from a machine, friendly and efficient reception staff. Half an hour walk to the center or to the main train station, alternatively, there is a metro stop about 10 min away.

No English language channels.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- not to far from metro station and only five stops to famous Opera building. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Vienna.
