We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The price was very reasonable for the quality provided. The staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were cozy and allowed us to get a good night's rest after exploring the city. The hotel's location is a major highlight—it is both well-connected and peaceful, offering easy access to the city's main attractions as well as the airport. Most sights were just a 20-30- minute ride away via public transport, and getting to the airport was effortless with a 20-minute train ride. Additionally, the area has plenty of supermarkets and great dining spots, making it convenient for meals and shopping. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly return on our next visit!

While the breakfast selection is quite generous, it tends to be repetitive. Given that a trip to Vienna usually lasts several days, this wasn’t a major issue, but a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The only truly unpleasant experience we had was during one breakfast, when the dining area was overcrowded. The space became quite chaotic, with people bumping into chairs and creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere while we were trying to enjoy our meal.

Great stay – calm location, friendly staff, and hearty breakfast: * Breakfast was varied, tasty, and filling – even vegetarians will find plenty of options. It was a bit standard in terms of offerings, but everything was fresh and well-prepared. * Staff spoke English, were very friendly and always happy to help or answer questions. * Room was quiet and cozy. The window looked out onto the hotel’s private garden, which made the atmosphere even more peaceful. Heating was adjustable, which was a big plus. * Location was convenient – there are local supermarkets nearby, lovely walking paths (I came across blooming cherry trees and even a small chicken enclosure), and public transport stops are close. It’s also a short ride to the city center.

Some minor downsides: * Room equipment – there was no electric kettle, so I had to go to the reception whenever I wanted tea or hot water. Also, slippers were not provided. * Cleaning – generally fine, but I felt the carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. * Shower – the shower cabin had oddly designed doors that made it difficult to shower without splashing water all over the bathroom floor.

Great place to stay. The service is at a very high level. We are extremely grateful to the lady who was at the reception (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name - with dark hair and glasses). Extremely kind, responsive and well-mannered. The breakfast was varied and delicious. On our way out, they prepared food for us, as we left very early.The room was extremely clean. The location is perfect. There is convenient public transport about 2-3 minutes from the hotel.I recommend it 100 percent!

There is nothing I didn't like.

Good location - not far from downtown. Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, room cleaning service daily, elevator for upper floors. There is also garage for a 17euro fee/day + 50uro deposit at the reception for the garage key. once you give back the garage key you get back the 50 euro.

older lady at the reception was bossy and not friendly; we had a bad smell of piss in the bathroom, although it looked and was clean, so we couldn't figure it out from where this smell was coming. only 2 chairs for a 4 bed room! the breakfast area was very crowded. generally OK for the value we paid, although the hotel furniture could be brought into this century!

The hotel position was good near metro (5-10 min) and tram station (2 min). Parking place (17e per day) in the underground garage across the hotel. The room was a little small for four bedroom but it was acceptable if you dont want to spend all day in the room. The hotel, restorant and room was clean. Heating was good. There were a lot of option for breakfast and it was fresh and tasty. Sometimes the restoran was crowded with people and you need to wait for table. The staff was kind and friendly. Our overall experience is positive.

The staff, especially Barbara at the reception desk, we're very helpful and friendly. Barbara took the time to make recommendations for our first time in Vienna. She went above and beyond in her customer service skills and deserves a raise! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was complete. We took an Uber from the train station and it was a pretty direct trip from station to hotel

The carpet in the room can use some updating

The location was perfect, in front of markets, drugstores and restaurants and five minutes from bus, trans and metro stops. The breakfast was ok and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was very spacious, clean and equipped. I would go back for sure.

Besides it was Summer, the weather was cool, so to open the window and turn on the fan were enough to fresh the room, because it didn't have AC for worm days, unfortunately. The toilet had a bad smell.

The room was small and simple, but clean and comfy. The beds felt comfortable. The breakfast was much better than I expected. The personnel were very helpful and nice. I could leave my car in the parking place until 3pm (the check-out time was at 11am).

The wifi didn't work in the room. I only realized I was able to get some Internet connection when I opened the window and leaned out of it. It made me disappointed. There was different information on the official site and in the messages I received from the hotel, such as 50-euro deposit for a garage key as I booked a parking place for extra pay. No garage, no key. After being informed I could park my car in the street for free at the weekend, I asked for the parking place I had booked. And I was luckily given one in the yard.

Everything was pretty good! The location of the hotel was nice with train (S7) and metro stations within 5 and 10 minutes walking from the hotel respectively. The personnel was very kind and willing to help with everything. We had a last minute alternation to our plans that the managers dealt with very professionally. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only disadvantage I can think of is the absence of air-conditioning. But there was a fan in the room so we didn't come across any major issue.

Located few minutes walking from city Center with public transport only few steps away. The staffs is very help. Very clean and have a good breakfast.

On summer nights is very warm cause have no air conditioning in the room but have a fan. The fan helped sleep comfortable.
