The flat is as featured on Booking.com. The flat is looking great and well.maitained. bedding is comfy as well as the sofa. The kitchen has all you need for a few days and prepare simple meals. Loved the washing machine and drying facilities in the basement as well as the lounge. Location is very handy with a major tram line next to the house as well as the Renweg train station. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity. The staff managing the message box quick and helpful.

The coffee pods used for machine in the room are professional ones, which you can't find in a supermarket, so have to use the vending machine provided 3.5€ per 4 pods. It was not clear if there's cleaning services as we couldn't find a mop to clean ourselves but once the flat was cleaned during our stay. Also only two pods for dishwasher is provided so if you want to use it more, need to get your own.

We had the studio executive and it was a really really big room! Bigger than we actually expected, and probably needed. But it was really nice anyway to have a separate room for the bedroom. The living room and kitchen was really spacious. The kitchen has everything to cook a decent breakfast, and that's why we ate breakfast at home everyday. There was SPAR and BILLA with walking distance. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. I can say that the apartment comes very well-equipped. Tram 71 was also very near by, which was just what needed to go to all of the main sightseeings in the city. very well-connected.

There was this weird smell in the bathroom, probably from the drain, but after I communicated with the ower it got fixed immediately so that was not really a big problem. Another thing is the temperature, it's very confusing to adjust, sometimes it does get too got in the apartment.

There are so many things I liked about the property (I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Studio): 1. Communication with property management was easy and they were responsive and helpful 2. Access to the property and room was a breeze (was provided access codes the day of arrival) - no hassle, no contact, no lost keys, etc. 3. Room was excellent - modern, spacious (by European standards), clean, all the amenities that you will need during your stay was included, quiet and safe. 4. Awesome Location - 2-3 mins from the tram (#71) that can take you anywhere into the city (Ringstrasse) within 10-15 mins; restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance 5. Nothing to do with the property but definitely buy the Vienna Pass (free to over 80+ attractions and Hop On/Hop Off Tour included in the price). Unfortunately public transportation is not included with the Pass. Just pick up a day pass (about 8 euros) at any major station

The building only has 5 stories and near a major street and tramway. That means you will hear traffic noise (if you leave the windows open). Also, there's a popular Italian Restaurant just below the property so it gets pretty lively and noisy but the restaurant closes around 11pm during the week.

The flat had a full kitchen and utensils etc which meant we could buy from a very close by supermarket and have the ability to have breakfast and snacks at a good value. Heating was exceptional as it was in december and the flat is close to a tram which takes you directly to main attractions and stations. We also managed to wash some clothes in the laundry room which is shared with all the rooms

The main bedroom was as big as the bed so it could get uncomfortable going around the bed etc especially since we also had a cot in the same room. The washing machine was in German so we weren't sure in which settings to use, maybe they can add a paper with common settings? When we used the thumble drier it didn't dry our clothes at all, not sure if the drier wasn't working or whether we didn't use it properly. The dishwasher also doesn't properly open as it hits the skirting which kept falling on our toes

Flat was large and luminous. Best point of the building was the visitors lounge equipped as a flat with kitchen, bathroom, where you can stay after you've checked out. Big plus. Staff was very responsive when we had questions. Well located to get to the airport (train station 10mins away).

Overall the flat was clean, however dust in the room in corners which got stuck on luggage. Dish washer and tablets given but no dish soap. No salt, pepper (containers were empty), oil which for a short stay isn't too convenient.

The apartment is nice and cosy, and equipped with anything one might need. The staff was extra nice and let us enter earlier (shoutout to the overseer). All around pleasent experience.

One bad thind is that we stayed while the heat wave was present and there is no air conditioning present in the apratment (understandable as we are in Europe, but it would surely come in handy. But still staff gave us fans to cool ourselfes while we were presenr in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, on the line of tram 71, and not very far from the main station. In spite of the fact that it is close to a rather trafficked road, it is quiet, both during the day and at night. There are many shops nearby, including a non stop convenience store about 5 minutes away. There is also a café on the corner- which we did not try, but it seemed popular for breakfast. The apartment was very clean, the access instructions were clear, we had no issues getting in. It is well equipped for preparing small meals at home, the fridge is spacious and clean- and above all, quiet :)

Small niggles like the shower cabin being quite cramped and with the shower placed in such a way that a bulkier person hits it every time they enter+no shelf for toiletries. The coffee machine is great, but works with E.S.E. pods, so it was basically impossible to buy refills once the complimentary ones ran out.

Super clean , complete in all areas, location it’s amazing , there’s many facilities nearby , wash machine in the basement , very fast WiFi connection.

Good location - quiet but close enough to walk into the centre when we wanted. Had a Spar close by - handy for any food bits we wanted. All furniture was in good working order. Bed was comfortable and shower was fab. All kitchen amenities were great - only lacking in tin opener and toaster.

As I said only really needed toaster and tin opener to make it perfect. Also as we arrived late at night a small welcome pack of water, milk,sugar, tea/coffee would have been nice as we couldn’t get anything until the next morning

Location not far from Rennweg train station (direct access from/to the airport by train) next to Belvedere and the main tram line. Historical building, spacious and well equipped apartment. Lot of options to eat/drink in the area and large Spar shop nearby.

Shower in our aparment was located in the hallway and had a transparent door. Not a problem (even some fun) for the couple but could be an issue if you stay with family.
