The hotel is located right next to the Botanical Gardens of the Vienna University and the three palaces: the Belvedere castle, Palais Schwarzenberg, and the Orangery of the Lower Belvedere. The city centre is within walking distance, with several restaurants and bars even closer. Even though the hotel is located very near the inner city, it is quite easily accessible from the main highway; the train and tram stations are on the same street. Despite the proximity of traffic, the rooms are quiet, and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast options are plentiful, including a variety of egg dishes made fresh on order.

Very modern hotel with comfortable, spacious and soundproof rooms. You couldn't hear a thing, it was so quiet, even though the hotel is located in a busy street with trams passing by. I particularly liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't available yet, but we could leave our luggage at the reception. An hour later they already called us to say our room was ready. The location is good, not too far from the train station and near Belvedere. There's public transport nearby, but we did everything by foot. This is a great place to stay for several nights. Great value for money too. If we ever return to Vienna, we will definitely stay here again.

Location was 10 minute walk from the central train station, 3 subway stops, 12 euro taxi, minutes from the Belvedere. Steps away from the trams that either went directly to major sites or easy connections. Very safe- 2 women walking late at night feeling safe. The rooms were roomy and lovely, daily service. Welcome water and chocolates and fruit. Nice toiletries. No robes but I did see them so could have asked. Every person in the hotel greeted me warmly, made me feel welcome. Rudimentary gym but in a nice space. Lovely breakfast buffet. The bar which I gave the lower score was not great food but again lovely staff. It was my birthday- not mentioned ever- and on the day a large bottle of wine, small cake, chocolates awaited me in my room. Would definitely stay again. I like a slightly softer bed,(my friend thought her bed was perfect) but lots of pillows, nice linens, perfect temperature. Good black out curtains. I travel a lot and this hotel met all my requirements. Not luxurious but clean, bright, attractive well executed design. Never intrusive always thoughtful. That would be my bottom line thoughtful.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very tasty.

When we checked in, we were told that there was a small "problem" and, although we booked a room for two people, only one breakfast was included, the second one costing about 20 euros per day. I never heard of this in my entire life.

Room: Our room was very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. We had a view over the gardens of the Belvedere, which was lovely. Great work space in the room--we were happy to have a full-sized desk and sofa/sitting area to do a little bit of work/reading during our stay. Location: The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from several tram stops, so it's really easy to get to the Ringstrasse and into the city center within about 15 minutes. I also loved that it was so quick and easy to get there from the airport, since it's about a 5-minute walk from the Rennweg train station.

One day during our trip, we asked for an additional instant coffee packet (we'd only had 2, and I consider coffee to be a very basic need from a hotel room), but the staff at the concierge desk were oddly incredulous and rude about it and refused to give us any more coffee! Strangely tense interaction during an otherwise excellent stay.

We loved our 4 night stay here. The room was very large, and has a small lounge section with table to sit for tea/coffe/read a book. The bathroom is also large and spacious and the bathroom is great, as are the toiletries provided. We found the location perfect for us, as it is only a few minutes walk from Rennegg train station, just come up and turn right, and you are there! We arrived from airport by train, only 20 mins. And caught train to many places in Vienna, and also Bratislava. The hotel is very close to the beautiful Belvedere Palace and botanic Gardens. It also has a sauna and steam room, and small fitness area, but no weights. Would highly recommend.

The fitness room would be much better if it had free weights. They do not provide milk in your room.

We were upgraded for no additional charge to a splendid suite. I was traveling with my great niece and we wanted twin beds to be separated. The hotel front staff were so cordial and friendly and they were so helpful with information. Any requests made were answered or attended to immediately. The suite was beyond spacious; the bathroom featured a giant shower stall and the toilet was a separate roomette with a bidet. There was also a dining room, a bar, two televisions and a guest 1/2 bathroom. The rooms were sparkling clean, the linens were soft, fluffy and white, and extra towels were provided within two minutes after the request.

The gym was nice but the uni-gym machine wasn’t easy to operate certain resistance routines

Very pleased about the size of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and everything was as expected. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, very close to Schloss Belvedere and Botanical Garden. From here you can easily get to the Center by tram (line 71).

If you travel by car you would find the hotel parking quite expensive: 18€ per day. The staff looked not well prepared. They messed up the room assignments and it took some time to fix it. At check out they have wrongly charged me 4€ for the minibar even I didn’t touch anything from it. The guy from reception assured me it was a mistake and he will refund the amount (it never happened!). Additionally they said I have to pay 24,99€ for the bar (we never got to the bar!!!). After explaining it, the reception guy only said: OK, no problem… Very dissatisfied with this mess.

Very friendly staff!!! 3 minutes walk to tram station with direct connection to opera. Access to garage parking (at time of writing 18€ per day). Belvedere is accessable by foot. Locations for drinks nearby. The hotel is in the ambassador district, so lots of nice buildings when walking. Big plus, bathroom privacy!

Due to the adjacent park, a few bugs flew in. But the park is great (botanical garden). At time of stay minor construction ongoing, thankfully not noisy

Our Hotel rooms were spacious, had a large bathroom, separate toilet that opens from the bathroom, we had an extra bed set up for our 9 year old in our larger room. We had a seating area with a table, small TV, minibar was full of drink offerings, we used the small fridge to keep our waters/drinks cool for next day. Tram and bus stations are only 4 minutes up the street. We booked the 2 rooms without breakfast and had a delicious gourmet breakfast two streets over for 50 Euros for 5 people. We used the underground garage, it was clean and spacious, easy access from the side street, and with elevator to the lobby, easy to get to with 6 luggages. Hotel was clean, cool, quiet and comfortable, and a great base for exploring Vienna.

Beds were a bit hard for us, but the area was quiet at night, rooms had great window shades, great A/C, so we all had a good night sleep.
