Great location, nice room design.

It was missing toilet brush and towel hangers in the bathroom.

Amazing hotel, really lovely facilities, friendly staff who gave us great recommendations for breakfast / lunch / dinner / bar spots. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The only piece of constructive criticism I can say is to provide guest amenities such as slippers, and a vanity kit in the bathroom including cotton buds / shower caps. For a 5-star hotel I was surprised that they did not provide these. For someone who travels frequently, it’s the smaller details that make a difference and make a hotel stand out from the rest and make the experience that bit more memorable.

The breakfast bag, coffee and tea facilities and cold milk in fridge together with coffee and croissant in the bar area worked well on the day we didn't have time for the excellent à la carte breakfast, which I highly recommend. Very good service and beautifully presented food. We arrived very late and tired and didn't quite understand that the room cleaning had to be requested, but apart from that, very helpful staff and clean room. Lovely comfortable bed. The location really could not be better on the edge of the Stadtpark. And great views from the 7th floor but probably from any floor given its position.

Would just say the room lacked a bit of clothes storage space. A couple of hooks near the entrance would have solved it easily enough. A bit higher standard of housekeeping without having to request it.

This hotel is simply gorgeous! The decor is vintage and cozy. Everything is clean and pristine and the staff is very friendly. We particularly loved the bed in our room, which was extremely comfortable! Having a mini fridge in the room is a nice plus we weren't expecting! We didn't try the restaurant, but the downstairs bar is lovely and the service was incredible. The neighbourhood is quite quiet and it's easy to travel to with stations a few minute walk away in several directions.

Coming from Scotland we found the room a little warm at night with our thermostat not going any lower that 20 degrees, but we forgot to ask the staff if we could change this, so this might be more on us!

Hotel and the facilities were great overall. The reception has welcomed us very friendly even though we have arrived earlier than the check in time. Lea at the reception was great, she helped us a lot and she was very energetic and lovely, special thanks to her.

There is no toilet brush in the room toilets. I found this very awkward. It is very disturbing, not to be able to clean the toilet after using it if you are sharing the room with someone.

Great location in easy walking distance of the centre and good transport links. We loved both the lobby cafe bar and the roof terrace with wonderful views. The food was very good , in both the restaurant and in the reception bar . The Hoxton shop gave good value ,for a bottle of wine on a Sunday evening, after city shops had closed! Comfortable bed and well designed , beautiful bathroom . We enjoyed the view from our room on the upper floors at the front of the hotel . Friendly, helpful staff .

All was good

The swimming pool is a strong point because it is on the roof and you can see the city. It is well located and close to the tourist attractions. The air conditioning is very good.

I took the biggest room, the double bed is small (170 cm wide) and left on the edges and is uncomfortable for 2 people. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay extra charge so that I can consume something and have it already paid under the pretext that it will be returned to me at the end. The first room offered had a defective safe box and the window did not open, and it was necessary to change the room. The pool could have a changing room, because they have 5 large toilets, at least 2 could easily be transformed into changing rooms.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and uncomplicated efficient service, good vibe throughout, excellent breakfast and a great rooftop bar. I expected much less also based on past reviews and were very positively surprised. This hotel is well run and one feels that the entire staff are committed to make one’s stay as pleasant as possible. Location is actually fairly central - only a very short walk to the pedestrian zone in the inner city. Can definitely recommend The Hoxton Vienna.

Great value for the money. The hotel is located in a very convenient part of the city and offers lots of transportation options. It’s an absolute gem in terms of design and style with a lot of thought put into it.

Since it is part of a bigger group of hotels and having visited a few of them, the room size and amenities were a bit below standard. No space to even put the suitcase and having the shower/toilet in the same room as the bed with no way to open a window the humidity of taking a shower before bed was way too much.

It was nice and stylish room, but looked smaller then 26m2. I also confirmed at the Reception that we were staying at the Roomy room, as we booked. But it was less spacious as I thought it would be. A great breakfast (a-la carte). Great rooftop bar. Good location. Friendly personnel.

So, room was a bit smaller than I expected. And it was not so comfortable since there were no hooks for towels in bathroom, not enough space for suitcases and clothes. Nicely equipped but not as comfortable as it should be to live.
