Stayed in a comfort room for 5 nights. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. The minibar was well stocked and there was a drawer just for the champagne 😀. Free water bottle in the room and some toiletries. The breakfast buffet was on the rooftop, on 8th floor, and offered a large number of choices. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room design (I stayed in a comfort room on the 4th floor) is a bit unusual. The shower is next to the bed, and the sink is in the living room. There are no drawers to put your stuff and no desk or chair to sit on. The night stand was a small wobbly table with some sort of a magnet in the middle, making it hard to put anything on it. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable. But these are small details and overall, my stay was quite pleasant.

Breakfast was superb. I left my perfume to the room, and was able to retrieve it back. It was sent by post to my home address. Excellent service.

There was no Nespresso machine nor hot water kettle in the room, which was very surprising

The location of the hotel was perfect for the places we had booked to see and things to do. Very clean and respectful area while also a busy road outside. 4/5 minute walk to the U Bahn was great. Lisa, one of the staff that works in the breakfast room is just a lovely person working at the hotel. She looked after my wife and I throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed when we went for breakfast. I can only compliment the girl for being excellent at what she does. The hotel are lucky to have her.

The breakfast room was chaotic on Saturday morning. We travel a lot and we noticed how two self service coffee machines would help the staff from 9am until 10.30am as they can be quite busy. Our coffee order was forgotten on Saturday morning, and we also noticed that we were not the only ones that this happened to. Lisa, one of the breakfast room staff, noticed and apologized, even though it was not any fault of hers. She went out of her way to look after us and made my wife feel special for the next days at the hotel at breakfast. She is a credit to the hotel.

What a lovely hotel ideally located within walking distance of music venues, art galleries, shopping and historical buildings. The hotel is quirky with a retro vibe, the rooftop pool is a real bonus with lovely relaxing bar alongside it. Breakfast has an extensive menu and is most enjoyable. Reception staff warrant a special mention as they are friendly and helpful at all times.

It’s personal preference but I found the bed extremely firm and found it difficult to sleep comfortably. The design of the room is unusual with the shower and basin in the bedroom. Not much privacy but a quirky alternative to the norm.

The location is perfect. Restaurant, rooftop bar and wine bar are just delightful. This is a return stay and also our friends came this time and many have stayed before as we loved it so much. The rooms are quirky. Great beds, shower is sort of in the room, this time we had a door, last time a walk in, private toilet, but room sharers who are not into public nudity might find it a bit off putting. Couples, it's fine! But the location is a huge draw, plus onsite food choices are excellent and great value. Don't miss the little wine bar next door that is a part of the hotel. Top tip, don't do B&B in the hotel, do room only and go to the wine bar for breakfast. Great eggs benedict etc!! Oh, and book the Schnitzel restaurant. It's ALWAYS full!!

Twice daily cooking smells in our room and a lot of early morning noise from below in the restaurant/kitchen. Room 501, comfort room, was facing the interior courtyard. The bottom of the courtyard is the main schnitzel restaurant and the smell of frying was awful, even though the food was amazing. I am surprised that having had the comfort room, not the basic one that we ended up with no view and smells! The AC was very minor and we like fresh air, especially in March in Vienna! We tried to close the windows but then were too hot!

Nice hotel, big room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and lots of candy everywhere which was super nice. The location is a bit noisy on weekends because you are in a very touristic area but is not really bad

Excellent location. Near the most important sightseeings and the center . Fantastic roof restaurant where we had the breakfast . Beautiful views of Vienna from there . Very nice decorated , stylish and classic . Satisfying breakfast and very nice and helpful stuff who helped us with our lost luggages and were very kind and communicative . Comfortable beds !

The superior room looking at the internal yard was darker than it should . The window obviously for safety reasons could not be opened entirely for fresh air. I expected that the room would have 1 double and 1 single bed because we had made a reservation for 3 adult persons . But when we checked in we saw just one double bed …Ofcourse they brought an extra bed after we told them. It is ok.. Generally was a nice experience

Room was slightly on the small side, and shower integrated next to the bed rather than in a separate bathroom.

Location is excellent, walking distance to many attractions downtown. The restaurant of the hotel is a must go for schnitzel and tafelspitz. Rooms very clean, nice decor, rooms are spacious. A tip for the guests who would like to try the schnitzel but can not book Meisl&Schadn, the main restaurant, which was very crowded when we visited: the smaller restaurant, Gulasch & Sohne, has a shared kitchen with the main restaurant and will serve you the same schnitzel. This restaurant also provides good option for breakfast.

The electricity switches did not allow the night lamp to be lit by itself. But this is a small thing, really.

BUT I leaved my blouse in the room and I told the hotel about it directly after a day. And I ask to find it in the lost and found and est. And I wrote an email to the hotel. But after several email. (after 10 daya and more) They answered me that nothing found in the. So this is really disappointed. And I have been in the hotel 2 times. So I guess this one was last one. I had an experience like this when I forgot my Gucci scarf in another hotel in Vienna and the Staff found it and Sand my by DHL. So This is the difference between The service of this both 5 stars hotels
