Room was very spacious and included a small kitchen. Staff was really nice and helpful - especially doormen and reception. The doorman offered to arrange a car wash for us, which was nice and helpful. Minibar was full of free drinks including a very good Pol Roger champagne. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast only a la carte but very good. Location was really nice in the very center and right next to the city park.

Housekeeping turn down service on the first day was only to give us one tiny bottle of water (which was previously opened) and on the second day did not happen at all. Main restaurant Silvio Nickol closed on Saturday because of a weeding and closed every Sunday just because (also closed every Monday). Two of the sinks in the room were broken - there was no water outflow. One of the wine bottles in the minibar was previously opened. Gym was tiny, not functional and located in a walk-through room. Massage room was tiny, noisy because of AC, with no music nor atmosphere. Massage was just ok, not great.

Free mini bar, a bottle of champagne, and snacks ALL included. I chose the no breakfast option which was a mistake. Their turndown service was just subtle enough that I almost missed it until I noticed the tiny details, which made it all the more spectacular. Although the bedding appears a bit dated, the sheets and duvet are a dream to lay with. I didn't want to leave the bed, until I realized what I had left downstairs... The hotel is built inside a palace and I became lost more than once, ending up in random stairwells, dark cellars, someone's wedding, and gorgeous rooms with massive chandeliers. Highly recommend one of the tours in the wine cellar- you will be led through a history of Vienna, the palace and sample some lovely wines (Im sure) or Champagnes (which I did).

The stairs in the room are a pain, as everything is spread out and forgetting one thing upstairs means heading back down to retrieve it it was a workout located in the quiet part of town adds to the work-out (due to the distance of the sights cause you gotta walk there) Would have been helpful to have the breakfast items along with the cost listed, I may have avoided the astronomical charge.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, staff, food, facilities - so welcoming despite our arriving at 1:00 AM. A balloon and soft toy awaited our little boy in the room.

The breakfast was excellent. The service fulfilled all our wishes very quickly and friendly to our full satisfaction.

Maybe some more attention to the shower head in the bathroom and the fridge in the kitchen by the technicians :)

Everything was absolutely perfect, Staff, location, interier.

Only two small details: 1) moderd black glas TV table does NOT suit to this antient building with other antient furniture. 2) our room smell little bit , because of toilet pipe.

The historical feeling of the building, the reception and the restaurant. Room is spacious. Bed was comfy.

We didn’t like the bathroom. The shower over tub setting was not convenient. The tub was very slippery. Water became cold when the 3rd person wanted to take a shower.

Breakfast was great, little bit slow service but great food and ambience. Room was great and spacious and well equipped too

Spa zone - the water in the swimming pool was cold, the sauna didn’t work

The room was magnificent. Very large duplex. Hotel has such atmosphere and is very grand

There is only one usable restaurant as the other is a michelin star. so more of an apartment style hotel. The rooms have a kitchenette

Everything about the property was excellent - a beautiful, classic building exceptionally well-maintained, a helpful, friendly staff and excellent food. The quality of everything was excellent.

There was no room for improvement - everything was high quality.
