It’s as close as you can get to having your own vacation apartment in Vienna. The location is perfect (few minute walk to St. Stephen) and the staff is friendly and helpful (kudos to Christophe and Marcel). It was our second time staying at Singerstrasse 21 and we would stay there again. We loved our apartment and would always prefer to stay at Singerstraße 21.

Be sure to request an apartment if you want a kitchenette. There really wasn’t anything to dislike- great location, great staff and comfortable, stylish accommodations.

Absolutely everything was great. If I could give a rating of 11 out of 10, I would for sure! Penthouse 803 was impeccable. It was very clean, you could almost "eat off the floor". It was warm even though we were in January and it was freezing outside. Cozy interior, very comfortable beds, clean sheets and soft towels. Amazing view from the roof terrace. And above all, fantastic service. All the hotel staff were extremely nice, helpful, friendly - just great! Especially Mr. Martin who helped us with the breakfasts. There were five of us, the whole family, and we celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday in Vienna. The hotel surprised us with a birthday card, delicious chocolates and champagne. We are truly grateful. Definitely the best hotel in Vienna!

Nothing! Everything was perfect :)

I used this place during my first trip to Vienna. It was very spacious with many rooms, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. Since the tap water was drinkable, I didn’t need to buy bottled water, which made my stay more comfortable. The young female staff member who assisted me noticed that I wasn't from a German- or English-speaking country, and she kindly explained everything in slow and easy-to-understand English, so I had no stress communicating. I would love to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Vienna.

There was a sign at the entrance that said, “Automatic door – please do not pull,” but as a first-time visitor, I wasn’t sure whether I was supposed to wait for the staff to open it from inside. After checking in, I was able to use the key card to enter without any issues, but I think clearer instructions would be helpful for many travelers. Of course, it’s possible that the explanation was already written clearly and I just missed it—if that’s the case, I apologize.

The location is perfect - 5 mins on foot from Stephansplatz ie the centre of Vienna. Also there is easy public transport all around. It was a quiet and modern hotel. When we arrived we received an upgrade to what was essentially a 1.5 bed apartment. It was very spacious and had all we needed in oodles of space. We ate breakfast in our room in the dining area but also dined out. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were beautifully cleaned. Wooden floors, tastefully decorated, perfect air con system that maintained the temp even when you were out so you came back to the cool. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Small thing - hairdryer was quite small so it took a while to lots of long hair. But the bathroom was beautiful and it had a separate toilet which is helpful for families.

I don't know if I was particularly lucky, but I had a very large room, with enough armchairs, chairs and tables, and everything really at ****+. Nothing was really missing, and the kitchen facilities were more than complete. Cleanliness and comfort at the top. Really good breakfast and very generous hours. The best thing about the location is being able to easily walk there from CAT and being 4 minutes away from Stephenplatz. I will definitely come back, and maybe it will be the first time this has happened in 12 visits to Vienna :-)

Just to look hard for something to add I would say detergent to wash 1 dish (but the very kind ladies washed it while tidying up the room) and liquid soap for the hands in the bathroom (but there are slippers!).

apartments in the city centre, near the St.Stephan Cathedral, but on the very quiet street which is amazing!! comfortable bed, all the facilities if you need to cook by yourself (we travelled with our 4 year old daughter and oat porridge in the evening for us is a must thing)). Very clean, with balcony, cozy and warm! Staff is very helpful. Will stay there again when we’ll come back to Vienna.

everything is good!

The location is superb, no need for public transportation, and you can go on foot to almost every site. The room is big, and always clean, the shower has a strong water flow. Large windows.

The bed wasn't comfy enough in our opinion, a second pillow could also help.

Location was great, able to walk to all landmarks we wanted to see. Close to the river. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. Staff on reception were helpful, we were able to store our luggage on the last day and they called us a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious, well stocked with towels, a hairdryer, shower gel and a coffee machine with pods. The reception is manned 24/7

The bed was quite soft. The curtains didn't reach all the way across the windows so did let in light in the early morning. There was also sometimes quite a lot of noise from church bells etc outside, but an eye mask and ear plugs blocked these out.

The Singerstrasse 21/25 is out go to location in Vienna. We have stayed in this hotel for the past 10+ years atleast once or twice a year. The apart-hotel is in the heart of the city. Important landmarks, museums, galleries and chirches are in walking distance. The staff is amazing, the apartments spacious with built in kitchenettes and all the amenities you may need. The only downside is the costs. It doesn’t come cheap. But, we’re willing to pay the price for the benefits it brings. Except for the breakfast - 21 €/person for a mediocre selection and avarage food is eay too much. Buy groceries in the nearby discounter and prepare it yourself. It’s cheaper and better.

staff friendly and always happy to help, liked coffee machine in room and kitchen well equipped, bathroom roomy and shower hot with good pressure. plenty of clean towels and liked slippers. Also the umbrellas by entrance is a nice touch which you are far to use and return when you return. I am a wheelchair user and although I did not pick an accessible room I found it easy to get around and lift was also a good size, lots of supermarkets around and the underground near by too. we would definitely stay here again if we returned to wonderful Vienna. thanks for having us!
