I recently had the pleasure of staying there, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable furniture to the tasteful decor. Additionally, the location of the hotel apartment was ideal. Situated in a convenient and accessible area of Vienna, it allowed me to easily explore the city's attractions and landmarks. Public transportation options were within walking distance, making it convenient to navigate and explore the city at my own pace.

The breakfast that is provided for an additional 15 euro fee is not really worth it. There are so many bakeries nearby that you do not need to purchase it. We tried it for the first day and then catered for ourselves. Of course it is optional, so you can completely avoid it.

The old world charm of Vienna is on full display in the building's interior shared spaces, the elevator being a thing of beauty. Appreciated all of the closet and counter spaces in both the room and the bathroom. Our room had a window that we could open to help cool down the room a bit and gave us a gorgeous view of the north tower of St Stephen's lit up at night. Located in a great section of the city with several cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk, a 10-min walk from the Stephanplatz U1 station, a 15 min walk from the Wein-Mitte Landstrasse station that takes you to the airport

The glass shower wall on the tub didn't go far enough to block a lot of the water, completely soaking the bath mat.

The location cannot be better. It's 4 min. by foot to the Mozart House and 5 min. by foot to Stephans Dom. The air conditioning was great. The building itself is lovely. The kitchen is good (save for the faulty fridge), the linen is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The cleaning ladies did a good job overall and the place was cleaned regularly. The coffee machine and the selection of coffee were excellent. The reception staff was welcoming, helpful, courteous, and nice.

We had a faulty fridge and so the food in the fridge went bad. The fridge was repaired the following day but I had to buy new produce. There's a massive restauration/construction work that is being done on 2 large buildings across the street, so the noise would start in the morning at 7 am. The toaster (it's on the upper shelf since the counter surface is tiny) was dirty. It was clear that it hadn't been cleaned for weeks, maybe months.

The location of the hotel is ideal, next to St. Stefan church. All the historical center is within walking distance.There is a metro station next to the hotel and few minutes away the main train station that connects the city with the airport. Many restaurants with great variety of options are located close to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was big, very warm and comfortable for families up to 4 persons.The kitchen was very well equipped, an espresso machine was available, with espresso capsules and tea available for free.The hotel and the rooms are much better than the appearannce in the site's photos. It is the best choice for your vacation in Vienna !

The property was in the center of Vienna, and it was super close to everything. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. The temperature of it was excellent. What was really impressive is that we had to go back to the hotel and the cleaners were already cleaning it, and we asked them how long it was going to take for them to finish. They told us they were done and they closed the door so we could open it. It might sound obvious but we really appreciated that they wanted to ensure that we are indeed the owners of the apartment and they wanted us to unlock the apartment ourselves. Other people may not have done this. We will definitely stay again once we go back to Vienna.

the best Hotel in central Vienna, near all the needed places and you can walk around the historical area good for families and friends full equipment of kitchen and beds 🛏️ you can walk to the garden I like the staff of this hotel they are ready to serve you 24 hours per day. thank you for the best service and time and memories in Vienna.

It was 90 degrees when we were in Vienna in early September so we really appreciated having air conditioning which was a requirement when I was looking for a place to stay. Nice view of the spire from St. Stephen's Cathedral from Room #531. Location was excellent for walking to the main square in Vienna by the cathedral. We walked to many sights from the hotel.

Wish breakfast was included with our stay. There weren't many places nearby for breakfast. We did have breakfast at a hotel on the corner; it was 20 euros per person and was terrible. Note that our room had a few steps down to the bed from the main level of entering the room. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone that has walking issues.

We liked having the space for our family of 3 adults and a child. The kitchen was useful and was reasonably well equipped. The location was handy for the sights and shopping. We shopped for provisions at 2 Spars which were about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants were close by. We really liked the car transport from the airport which was organised by the hotel. We used it again when we left. Some of the receptionists were very amicable and helpful while others were so so. The lift was tiny but so appropriate for that style of apartment. The sofa bed was very comfortable for one of the adults and at night it was super quiet.

I was a bit disappointed in the “city view” and the fact that when we opened the kitchen window we could smell smoke from another apartment. Whilst security was good it was a bit of a nuisance having to ring a buzzer to get into reception. It was called a “Grand Suite” but it was by no means luxurious.
