I recently had the pleasure of staying there, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable furniture to the tasteful decor. Additionally, the location of the hotel apartment was ideal. Situated in a convenient and accessible area of Vienna, it allowed me to easily explore the city's attractions and landmarks. Public transportation options were within walking distance, making it convenient to navigate and explore the city at my own pace.

I've stayed here about 15 times and as always: very good, absolutely comfortable aparthotel in a very good location. The equipment is exemplary, the cleanliness is exemplary, the kitchenette in a separate room is exemplary. The work of the staff is impeccable - as always.

One special circumstance: a major building reconstruction is underway on the opposite side of the street - it will take some time. We asked for a room on the inside, and we got it. Thank you. But travellers should be warned of this in advance, when booking. /But unfortunately now the inner courtyard was also under loud construction all day .../

Excellent location. Everything pretty much nearby. We got two studio apartments that were next to each other. Our two adult kids had one (two separate twin beds) and we had one next door. The 2 bedroom apartment was not available at the time of our booking but this turned out better. Our kids loved it. We requested that and we got that. We were on the 5th floor, the reception is on the 3rd floor. The elevator is great, beautiful. The inside of the building is very nice luxurious looking. The staff were very courteous and helpful. This is a serviced apartment, so if you want there is daily cleaning. They did our laundry for a very reasonable price. If you wanted to turn in a bag of laundry for wash and hand dry it was only 10 euros per bag. If you wanted it ironed etc that was going to be extra, but we did not need that. On the day before we left we asked the staff if we turned in the laundry in the morning if we could get another bag by that day since we were leaving the next day, and they got it done. Good coffee pods in the kitchenette. They even had a decaf pod which I usually do not find in most of my stays. One of the bathrooms in the studio was a walk in shower. The other one is a bathtub, with a shower but if you wanted a more comfortable shower, get the studio with the walk in shower. We traveled for 2 weeks three different cities, and this was the best apartment we stayed in. Excellent and highly recommended.

Easy to reach from airport train an d walking distance to everything in the center. Comfortably furnished. Very nice touches like good choice of Nespresso coffees and both herbal and regular teas. Bright room. Nice to know there was overnight staff, just in case. Friendly staff. Beautiful old building, well updated. Variety of restaurants nearby. Stubentor U and S Bahn near.

For some people, it would be important to know that there can be a few steps in some of the apartments. Also in my apartment, while the shower was fine, it was in a tub and some people are unable to step over the edge of a tub. So ask if these things matter for you. The other consideration is that because you are in the center, it almost never makes sense to take public transportation to a site in or around the center and therefore you really must do a lot of walking. Transportation is so good that for some people, staying farther out and right by a Transportation hub may work better.

The breakfast that is provided for an additional 15 euro fee is not really worth it. There are so many bakeries nearby that you do not need to purchase it. We tried it for the first day and then catered for ourselves. Of course it is optional, so you can completely avoid it.

The old world charm of Vienna is on full display in the building's interior shared spaces, the elevator being a thing of beauty. Appreciated all of the closet and counter spaces in both the room and the bathroom. Our room had a window that we could open to help cool down the room a bit and gave us a gorgeous view of the north tower of St Stephen's lit up at night. Located in a great section of the city with several cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk, a 10-min walk from the Stephanplatz U1 station, a 15 min walk from the Wein-Mitte Landstrasse station that takes you to the airport

The glass shower wall on the tub didn't go far enough to block a lot of the water, completely soaking the bath mat.

The location of the hotel is ideal, next to St. Stefan church. All the historical center is within walking distance.There is a metro station next to the hotel and few minutes away the main train station that connects the city with the airport. Many restaurants with great variety of options are located close to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was big, very warm and comfortable for families up to 4 persons.The kitchen was very well equipped, an espresso machine was available, with espresso capsules and tea available for free.The hotel and the rooms are much better than the appearannce in the site's photos. It is the best choice for your vacation in Vienna !

The location cannot be better. It's 4 min. by foot to the Mozart House and 5 min. by foot to Stephans Dom. The air conditioning was great. The building itself is lovely. The kitchen is good (save for the faulty fridge), the linen is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The cleaning ladies did a good job overall and the place was cleaned regularly. The coffee machine and the selection of coffee were excellent. The reception staff was welcoming, helpful, courteous, and nice.

We had a faulty fridge and so the food in the fridge went bad. The fridge was repaired the following day but I had to buy new produce. There's a massive restauration/construction work that is being done on 2 large buildings across the street, so the noise would start in the morning at 7 am. The toaster (it's on the upper shelf since the counter surface is tiny) was dirty. It was clear that it hadn't been cleaned for weeks, maybe months.

The property was in the center of Vienna, and it was super close to everything. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. The temperature of it was excellent. What was really impressive is that we had to go back to the hotel and the cleaners were already cleaning it, and we asked them how long it was going to take for them to finish. They told us they were done and they closed the door so we could open it. It might sound obvious but we really appreciated that they wanted to ensure that we are indeed the owners of the apartment and they wanted us to unlock the apartment ourselves. Other people may not have done this. We will definitely stay again once we go back to Vienna.
