Location was fantastic. 8 minutes to the Opera, 8 minutes to St Stephen's. For a city break we are expecting to be out all day, so all we needed was a bed, a shower and to be within walking distance of transit and the sights and this was it. Super clean and friendly too, with the option of a breakfast buffet to set you up for the day if needed.

The only thing to note is that the apartment had no lounge or central sitting area. It had a kitchenette with table, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. We didn't really need a lounge, so it was fine, but something for others to note.

No noise from the street or other rooms. Airy rooms (each with a window which you can open and with a ventilator built into a ceiling).  Very good staff: they speak several languages (Nicola from receptions speaks 7 languages!) and they are very helpful, professional. We received from very good restaurant recommendation from Nicola.  Very good breakfast, everything served was quality (not the cheapest which like to be served in chain hotels) and the smell of coffee went up to the second floor at least!  Excellent localisation to explore city.

The location was superb!!! And the cost/location ratio was even better.

Of course A/C would be nice but the tall ceilings and ceiling fan worked despite the 90F heat.

MyNext is listed as an apartment but it offers facilities that are similar to a hotel. The location is very good. You’re in the city center on walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast area offers a very nice garden view and outside seating is available. Breakfast is good. Personnel is friendly and professional. The garden view room 3.12 is well maintained and clean.

We were here in a short stay. For sleeping it is perfect but when staying for a longer period you will miss a ‘living’ area.

The location was absolutely wonderful! It was an easy walk to the sites we were interested in visiting. No need to take public transport! There were many, many restaurants close by. Our room was actually a college dorm room. (Starting October, the building was to be used as student housing again for the school season.) It was absolutely sufficient for our needs and the price was very fair for that section of the city! It had a large bathroom, a comfortable bed, good amount of storage, a television, a queen sized bed, a refrigerator, microwave and even 2 electric stove top burners. (Although I don't believe there was any cookware supplied.) It was quiet also. Breakfast was available for 12 Euros but we did not try it. For the "Did the property meet your expectations?" question, I checked No, but that doesn't mean it was bad. The advertisement on Booking. com made it sound like they were apartments but we weren't really sure what to expect. Upon arrival, when we learned that our room was actually a student dorm room, it was quite a surprise! Actually, it was a nice surprise because it was completely sufficient for our needs and the location was excellent and the price was reasonable!

It was a challenge for the Uber driver to locate.

The building itself and the location is amazing. Besides being in an old convent you are surrounded by music-related institutions and there is the granny-run cake cafe next door. The staff were really cheery and helpful. The breakfast was really good and in lovely surroundings. The rooms were very quiet despite everyone having their (courtyard-facing) windows open.

There is no air conditioning as it is a historic building. We already knew this, so it is not the hotel's fault. We were not quite prepared for the heat wave though. The lighting in the small kitchen area is insufficient...it was quite dark. Parking was a bit tight (we had a Kia Sportage SUV).

The location is great. It is close to all the great restaurants, cafes high-end shopping brands. We booked a two-bedroom suite with a dining table and a basic kitchenette. The rooms were a little simple but comfortable and very clean. WIFI was good. Bathroom was good with lots of toiletries. The staff/receptionists were friendly.

Ok, the apartment has no AC, and we stayed there in the month of August for a couple of days, and it was very hot at that time. So, my suggestion would be to stay in this place in winters, fall or early spring but not in summers. It has a heating system but no AC. But it was a comfortable stay for us overall. I recommend this place.

The place is very well located. It's a short walk to the Cathedral, Opera or the Hofburg Palace. The TwinCity Liner Stop in the Danubio River is also within 15 minutes walking (if you plan to visit or you are coming from Bratislava). Hop-On / Hop-Off stops within 8 minutes walk. The Vienna Pass Office is also a short walk from here. So, it is definitely the region to stay. This place does not offer breakfast although you have as many options as you want just around the corner (even a McDonald's restaurant in the same street, 2 minutes walking). It was a completely silent stay also, no noisy at all (night and day).

If you are going to stay during the summer season, please remember there is no air conditioner in the rooms. We took the risk and, oh boy... It can get REALLY hot in Vienna and fortunately the room had a ceiling fan to minimize the "feels like hell" mood in our faces. Based on the room dimensions and the heating system we saw there, during fall/winter the stay seems to be more pleasant.

Ancient convent beautifully transformed into student housing and vacation rentals, hence has a special atmosphere. Nice very clean 2-bedroom suite. Excellent breakfast. In a very quiet street.

Central location near to main shopping street, but underground/tram is about 500m away. All the rooms are overlooking the same inner courtyard, which means noise could be a problem, depending on other occupants. No airco means in July/August temperatures could be high, in September it was ok. Note that there is no common kitchen as written on documents - this is for students and was locked when we were there (beginning of September).

The location was great. One minute to the main street in Vienna. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. It had a nice selection of classic hotel breakfast food, and it was tasty. Room was nice and big, old building with high ceiling gave us a bit of imperial feeling.

Cleanliness wasn’t up to standards. Room was clean enough, but bathroom wasn’t. Toilet brush was awful and needs to be replaced. Shower curtains had stains.
