It was a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the breakfast and the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, great warm meals! Nothing was to much to ask. At the reception they helped us always immediately with every question we had. The room was lovely. The location is also amazing, near to a lot of things. We will gladly return to this hotel. Thank you all.

Very clean and freshly decorated. Room was large with a comfy bed and excellent shower. Bar area and outdoor area are a calm oasis away from the bustle of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional with excellent service at all times.

The location is right in the centre of Innere Stadt. I took the underground (U4) from Landstrabe after transferring from the CAT (City Airport Train); it's about 5-10 mins walk from Karlsplatz Station (Closet exit: Exit 2 - Dornbach). I stayed in a double room on the first floor, which was spacious with high ceilings. There's an old-style lift that fits 2 people and 2 small carry-on bags. The air conditioning was a great addition, especially during hot summer days in this Central European city.A A welcome drink is included during the stay.

I would have appreciated having a minibar, mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is in a great location and beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable, and everything was just as it should be.

It’s clear the hotel recently underwent renovations, but unfortunately, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned afterward. In our room, the windows were dirty, with dust smeared across them as if they had been wiped with a damp cloth. There were also streaks of what looked like tar across the floor, and a visible layer of dust that could be easily picked up with a wet tissue, which came away filthy. Walking around in socks left them visibly dirty as well. I reported this to the staff, and someone came to take a look, only to say it was due to the renovation, and that was it. It was pretty shocking, to be honest. If they are aware of the issue, it is surprising that they haven’t taken care of it properly. Overall, it was an extraordinary and disappointing experience.

Everything about the hotel and staff was excellent, including location and breakfast. Made to feel welcome from moment of arrival by the lovely Nancy. Went out of her way to suggest places to visit and marking them on a map. The excellent Nic behind the bar welcomed us to breakfast every morning with a beaming smile. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel arranged transfer back to airport. Although no restaurant in the hotel, there were numerous restaurants within a 300m radius, with a couple as close as 50m.

Located in a privileged position, the historic building is gorgeous. The personnel at the reception really made me feel at home - Vivi in particular, she saw I was born in Argentina and welcomed me in an impeccable Spanish! The rooms are huge, silent, fully fitted with enormous cabinets, great bed and linens, impeccable bathroom (incredible toilet paper!) and outstanding lighting arrangements. The gym is small but very useful. They were so courteous they lent me an umbrella because it might have rained when I was on my way out - finally it didn't, but the gesture was charming. The inner courtyard is fantastic to have a drink or meet with friends. They have a small table at the reception with a carafe with lemon water and a great Cava, the fantastic Spanish sparkling wine. The people at the reception helped me with tickets for the opera, for the train and for a concert. Just superb. The grand ball room is out of this world! It seems as if Empress Sissi will appear from behind a windscreen! Lovely place, would definitively return.

My room was immaculate, showcasing top-notch furnishings and thoughtful touches that made the stay truly memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were first-class, and it was clear that everything was carefully curated with guest satisfaction in mind. The staff, as always, were warm, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, and it was clear they were proud of the beautiful transformation the hotel had undergone. Breakfast was absolutely delightful! The variety and quality of the options were impressive: it was clear the hotel put as much thought into their breakfast experience as they did into their renovations. What stood out the most was the seamless blend of luxury and functionality, creating a space that's as practical as it is beautiful. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. It's rare to find such a genuinely welcoming and professional team. Another big plus was the breakfast — absolutely excellent! A wide variety of fresh, well-prepared, and tasty options. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it, especially if you value great service and a top-quality breakfast to start your day.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I believe there’s room for improvement in the housekeeping service. During my time at the hotel, there were some delays in addressing maintenance issues in the bathroom, and the room cleaning and towel replacement could have been more consistent. These are small details, but they do make a difference in the overall guest experience. I hope the hotel can improve in this area, as everything else — especially the staff and breakfast — was excellent.

We loved our time there and we wish to go back. The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. We arrived in the morning and they let us use the spa area to get changed. Since it was raining during the day, they let us borrow umbrellas. The hotel room was very nice too. Plenty of space with a nice and clean bathroom.

Our room was all the way down the corridor and it was like a maze getting there, through multiple doors and bents. We didn’t mind it too much but it was a bit difficult getting there with our luggage.
