It was a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the breakfast and the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, great warm meals! Nothing was to much to ask. At the reception they helped us always immediately with every question we had. The room was lovely. The location is also amazing, near to a lot of things. We will gladly return to this hotel. Thank you all.

Very clean and freshly decorated. Room was large with a comfy bed and excellent shower. Bar area and outdoor area are a calm oasis away from the bustle of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional with excellent service at all times.

Highly recommend with comfortable bed and very spacious shower. Clean, compact bathroom. Check out at noon was great. Location excellent. Tram a short walk. Surrounded by restaurants & shops.The staff were very helpful and friendly...special mention to Murat. I would have enjoyed a kettle in the room so I could have a quiet cup of tea.

It was very warm in the hotel and at night the AC was on hard lock so we couldn’t use it. We slept with the window open but not sure how this would work in summer.

Great location, quiet side street close to the central sights. We had a Coeliac in the group and the staff at breakfast couldn't have been more accommodating.

Brilliant and quiet location from which to explore central Vienna. Staff cheerful and attentive, made being a solo traveller very easy. Breakfasts delicious, perfect start to day. Newly refurbished so everything clean and fresh.

location is perfect. Breakfast is quite good. no refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping knocked on the door too early and disrupted my sleep. “Do Not Disturb” sign should be added to the rooms.
