It was a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the breakfast and the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, great warm meals! Nothing was to much to ask. At the reception they helped us always immediately with every question we had. The room was lovely. The location is also amazing, near to a lot of things. We will gladly return to this hotel. Thank you all.

Very clean and freshly decorated. Room was large with a comfy bed and excellent shower. Bar area and outdoor area are a calm oasis away from the bustle of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional with excellent service at all times.

The hotel is in a great location and beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable, and everything was just as it should be.

It’s clear the hotel recently underwent renovations, but unfortunately, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned afterward. In our room, the windows were dirty, with dust smeared across them as if they had been wiped with a damp cloth. There were also streaks of what looked like tar across the floor, and a visible layer of dust that could be easily picked up with a wet tissue, which came away filthy. Walking around in socks left them visibly dirty as well. I reported this to the staff, and someone came to take a look, only to say it was due to the renovation, and that was it. It was pretty shocking, to be honest. If they are aware of the issue, it is surprising that they haven’t taken care of it properly. Overall, it was an extraordinary and disappointing experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. It's rare to find such a genuinely welcoming and professional team. Another big plus was the breakfast — absolutely excellent! A wide variety of fresh, well-prepared, and tasty options. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it, especially if you value great service and a top-quality breakfast to start your day.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I believe there’s room for improvement in the housekeeping service. During my time at the hotel, there were some delays in addressing maintenance issues in the bathroom, and the room cleaning and towel replacement could have been more consistent. These are small details, but they do make a difference in the overall guest experience. I hope the hotel can improve in this area, as everything else — especially the staff and breakfast — was excellent.

I loved everything about the Hotel: location on AnnaGasse ( my daughter name is Ana ) and the proximity of 2 beautiful art galleries plus 2 very nice restaurants ( Italian and austrian). The stuff is very nice, breakfast fantastic, SPA OK- a bit too small but I could do a bit of exercise during mornings and a nice sauna in the evening. Rooms nice and clean, our was a bit hard to reach by foot ( 315) but was very large and everything smelled as new. Maybe not fit for elderly people as it was quite a walk from the elevator but me and my daughter did not mind. Anda I loved the fact that was a NO SMOKING environment, even in the interior courtyard was o smoking. And thank you for the wellcome drink .

The hotel gets top marks for the cleanliness, staff, location and breakfast. The staff tries really hard to be attentive and helpful, which is refreshing in a city where many people seem to carry some attitude. In an expensive city like Vienna it would be difficult to beat the value this hotel delivers.

The basic room is very small even by European standards. This issue could be significantly minimized with some smart choices like replacing the door to the bathroom with a pocket door instead, better layout of furniture, better use of dead spaces and installing simple wall-mounted coat hooks. Would possibly stay again but would definitely consider upgrading to a bigger room if available.

Gorgeous hotel, recently renovated and they have really paid attention to comfort and detail. The room was wonderful, spacious, comfy bed and modern bathroom. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The staff were wonderful every time we spoke to them. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a quiet street just off the main shopping street. The free drink at the lovely downstairs bar for guests was a very kind bonus. Overall a fabulous stay.

Very small lift but we managed to get the baby pram and one adult in there.

Highly recommend with comfortable bed and very spacious shower. Clean, compact bathroom. Check out at noon was great. Location excellent. Tram a short walk. Surrounded by restaurants & shops.The staff were very helpful and friendly...special mention to Murat. I would have enjoyed a kettle in the room so I could have a quiet cup of tea.
