The location is great, close to many places and near the beautiful Stadtpark. The robes & slippers they provide are very comfy and give you a sense of home; very clean room The hotel is big, but the elevators are fast.

The bathroom is tight. The room was good but a little outdated.

A very well-located hotel, close to all the city's attractions, museums, and monuments. The room was decorated in a classic style, which we personally loved. We requested a beautiful view from the window, and the staff made every effort to ensure we received it. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest. The staff was very friendly and communicative, especially the room service and Mrs. Paula, who was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a wide selection of products; everyone will find something for themselves. The coffee was fantastic! We sincerely thank Jocyleen from the breakfast room staff for her smile and warmth!

We consider our stary a success, but might be worth considering renovating the bathroom, as the shower courtain is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel.

I really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, which made the stay comfortable. The room size was spacious and provided enough comfort. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options to start the day.

The hotel’s location required around 20 minutes of walking to reach the main shopping areas, which was not very convenient. The room furniture and amenities such as towels and blankets felt outdated and should be upgraded. The room had an old floor carpet that clearly needs replacement. Additionally, the closet was placed inside the bathroom/toilet area, which made it inconvenient to use.

The reception staff especially the night staff on the days we were there were extremely helpful. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive too. Even the doorman was helpful.

The bar/cafe was nice but had very limited food options and was completely full every night we were there. This hotel desperately needs another restaurant which offers lunch and dinner. We were allowed a brief look in at the lounge at the top which had a very nice view and would be an ideal place to have the restaurant. Its a pity the most premium space is devoted to a handful of members with no revenue earnings. Finally there is no seating area for people who need it in the lobby unless one uses the cafe and it is unclear if that is allowed.

Excellent hotel and staff and breakfast. Even joined the ambassador club on the spot.

Our room was super hot. Even with max cooling and open windows it was too hot to sleep. We called maintenance but they didn’t fix it unfortunately.

Location was excellent.

Concierge quality. I was asking to make reservation in some outside restaurant , at around 7 pm Oct 15. The reservation time was around 8 pm. As I received phone call at 7:25 pm and she asked me to come down to the concierge desk soon, so I went to there at 7:30 pm. However nobody there . Another reception staff was known my name, room and the reservation and she called to the restaurant again. Actually, the reservation was double booking. Probably the concierge would like to go back home soon.

Entering the lobby, you are treated to a very grand and classic interior. The room and bathroom were well appointed and totally comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best and most comprehensive I have had in Western Europe. The location is excellent just across the road from a Metro stop and easily walkable to the centre of town and the grand buildings of the ring. It presented excellent value for money in terms of comfort, location, style, and ambience.

Reaching the building for the first time, the exterior was disappointing, constructed in a sort of 60s brutalist style. But that was short lived as the classic interior made up for it.

The hotel is very nice and well-kept. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I am satisfied. When I come again, I would prefer it again if I am helped to get a good room with a park view.

The room we stayed in only overlooked the road and the roofs. It gave us a bad feeling. I chose this hotel because it was close to the park. There was no extra fee option for park view. If there was, I would definitely ask for rooms with park view. Looking at the meaningless rooftops in the parking lot This made us feel bad.
