Very beautiful hotel with mid century Wien-fitting original themes and a very cheerful and bright reception team. Very good location at a few meters from the train station that brings you to the airport and a short walk to Stephansdom, the Secession, or Belvedere. Front rooms have views of the center (I could see Stephansdom!).

Front rooms are facing the S-Bahn line so you'll have a bit of noise if you leave the window open (acoustic insulation was amazing with the window closed). Some travellers might find the installations a bit old: my impression is that the things that benefit from modernity were up to date (shower, bed, windows) and the ones that don't still preserve their old-time beauty (most remarkably the lift).

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5-7 minute walk from the Wien Mitte railway station. From there, you can easily reach anywhere you want to go. The hotel staff are very supportive; I want to give special thanks to Andrea and Peter, who helped me immensely during my stay. Another nice feature is that while there’s no breakfast provided, you can always find croissants and coffee or tea in the kitchen.

Very welcoming staff. Very helpful with every question asked. There were tea/coffee snacks available free throughout the day in the breakfast room/ kitchen area. Excellent new Asian restaurant across the road.

The towel could have been larger and of towelling material. The position of bed & TV made viewing awkward. No austrian food available nearby.

Great location close to the train station from the airport. The staff helped me get my bag up and down the stairs which was much appreciated. I liked the free coffee and croissant in the morning, that was a lovely start to my day

Only a fan, no AC so a bit hot but I think this is to be expected for the price and quite normal in Europe

The location is perfect - entrance to the train station to the airport in front of the hotel. I stayed here only for 5 hours - for sleeping and taking shower before flight. Reception works 24/7 - this is really good because I checked in at 00:00 and checked out at 5 am easily. And this hotel is close to the city center and to the all attractions.

A bit noisy from outside because the trains pass by the hotel. But for me it was okay. Not convenient shelf above the sink - please remove it or move to the side - I spilled a lot of water on the floor because of it.

Superb location right next to the railway station and just a short walk from the city centre. Really friendly staff and spotlessly clean rooms with a nice warm shower.

The walls are thin.....and I was unfortunately disturbed by some amorous activity from other guests on both nights....it's a basic enough property but that is what you pay for so don't expect too many frills. But you get what you pay for. Pillow was a bit lumpy though.

It has an awesome location, in 10 minutes walking to the St. Stephan Cathedral and other historical places. And also it is right in front of the railway station which can take you anywhere

The mattress was a bit too hard, but maybe it is just my personal preference, that didn´t match

From arrival we received a very warm welcome from the night manager. Extremely helpful staff with easy checkin-checkout and absolutely amazing suggestions to make our stay in Vienna exceptional. Clean room and everyone is welcoming. Fun building design 😉 Location-walking distance to main attractions and 2mins from train station. Additional, thank you staff!!!

Fun building design might be confusing for some people.

Great location right in front of the station to reach the airport, very close to downtown, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to a mall. Comfortable bed, ample bathroom, pretty clean. 24-hour reception. Room is spacious enough. Soundproof, we couldn't hear the neighbors nor the trains from the station next door. Luggage storage room.

Could use more plugs in the room. The bed was against the wall when there was plenty of space to place it in the middle of the room. It used to be good value, now not so much anymore compared to other accommodation facilities in the city which are more modern.

Great staff, got small bottle of champagne upon early check in , rooms are big and spacious comfy bed good location to centre and restaurants and got a late breakfast.

Close to train tracks but didn’t bother me much as expected. For what you get here I’d keen happy to overlook it cos I slept very well overall but some may not like this.
