The room was very clean. The bathroom could be updated but it was very clean. The beds are very soft, at first I thought this could be a problem but it was very comfortable. The location was great, half an hour walk to the centre, the Stadtpark is just around the corner and it‘s a ten minute walk to the Hundertwasserhaus.

The Coffee bar was a little arkward. Always check the small fridge on the right hand side to see if there is enough milk for the machine, we paid a couple of times for coffee without milk. A small info sign would have been helpful. The cleaning lady was very helpful snd friendly. A couple of teabags would have been nice too or maybe a small kettle.

Lovely and very cosy room with a private bathroom. Basic but nicely arranged. Glasses and some water in the room would be a nice touch and possibly a safe but otherwise it was perfect! Easy checking and check out process. Location was brilliant, only 5-10 minute walk from the tube station and a bit further a large shopping mall! Plenty of cafes, places to eat and shops in the area. Staff were really lovely and very responsive in messages and in person. Especially the cleaning lady!

One thing that really bothered us was the fact that someone let themselves into our room whilst we were changing! The room was apparently double booked! We were worried about the security from that point onwards although the manager assured us that no one else can access our room again. Just to reassure us further, he changed the code to a personal code. I’m not saying this to scare anyone and hopefully it was just a blip but it’s something to bare in mind (especially these days as many places use codes), so that this doesn’t happen again.

The room was very clean and the position, near the Prater, makes it very easy to walk around. You should expect very small rooms but that wasn't a problem at all for us. It was perfectly practicle to do whatever we needed to do. However, you might want to keep the small size of the room into consideration in case you're after something more """comfortable""" in terms of room size. But we had no complaint whatsoever.

Everything was great. We didn't meet the staff personally (face to face), but we were given the code to access the Building and enter our room in advance so we didn't have any trouble with that.

Surely this is not the luxury place, of course, but it is relatively very good! I was checking previous reviews and they were not so good and I wonder why: this place is not as bad as some of the reviews mention. Surely the bathroom is a little moldy, but that is completely not critical, the rooms are small, but there is more than enough room for basic needs, toilets are in rooms and are small, but consider the price per night. The location is great, near Vienna Mitte station, city center is very close. I personally have nothing bad to say about this place and would recommend giving it a try but do not expect it to be anything luxurious. If you value privacy - this place is definitely better than any hostel.

Its good value taken the location and the room itself (2single bed). We had issues with entrance code but the staff was very helpful (on site and phone assistance as well). It was pre-heated (wintee). Coffee machine is available (but paid), no kettle nor kitchen is present in the room.

In overall the room was cozy and seemed tidy (vacuumed, no dust, no mold). But on second look, the sheets, pillow case and in the bathroom there was a lot of tiny black hair left on both beds. Unsure if was not cleaned properly, or it happens during cleaning. This would avoid a lot of negative rankings in the future.

Clean. Easy to access even with late check in. Nice facilities and new looking. Nice staff. Good location and price.

We received many strange spam messages threatening our stay will be cancelled if we dont click the links. Kibi never told us what to do but we also contacted booking.com who told us it was spam and not to click any links. In the morning the shower fluctuates from too hot to too cold maybe from others showering at the same time. Sadly no option for storing luggage before and after checkout.

Basically the area was pretty good, a very nice place, the location is perfect! Close to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse station (5 minutes walking distance), where you can catch a train to the airport and the U3 and U4 metro lines, which practically reach the heart of the city! The mattresses are very comfortable and soft, the room has everything you need.

In the bathroom, in the shower cabin, you can consider a shelf on which you can place shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.

I have already chosen KIBI Rooms for my stay twice. I like its location near the stop of Wien-Mitte train station that connects travellers with the airport. The property sends codes and clear instructions for easy, quick check in. We didn’t need to use public transport as the city centre you can reach on foot in 20-25 minutes.The room, bed linen, towels were clean and white. The furniture of the room was simple but functional. The beds were soft. The window of the room had the view of the inner yard so it was quiet.

There is no air conditioning in the room but it is clearly indicated in the description of the property.

It was really clean, the cleaning lady was coming everyday. The hotel is located to many shops, sweet shops, supermarkets, church, a mall and many major public transport stops.

The room was really small, and the thing that was pretty weird was the open shower, I could hear my friend taking a shower and it was kind of uncomfortable.

Very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. Comfortable beds. There was heating that you can control which was really nice as it was late April but the nights were cold. 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre, many city transport stops nearby. Self checkin with codes.

There was no table or a single chair where you can put some things. Quite noisy when there was someone passing through the corridor. No place to leave luggage if you arrive early, but there is a city locker nearby.
