Great apartments - would highly recommend for a stay in Vienna. Apartment has everything you might need and the host responds to queries very quickly. There is a room to store luggage if needed, a self service room where you can get more coffee capsules, towels etc. is super convenient. The apartment provided everything we needed for our baby - cot, high chair, microwave. Location is perfect for our needs. Some nice restaurants and a good SPA supermarket very close. Will certainly stay again!

Nothing really - only a small comment that we stayed in both the one bedroom apartment (on a previous occassion) and this time we stayed in the penthouse apartment due to the larger size. We didn't really feel the benefit of the larger size other than that the terrace was much larger (we didn't use it as it was very cold, but would be great in the summer) and the living room also had a desk. We were instead hoping for a larger bedroom (it felt very slightly larger). Therefore, I would say unless you wanted a large terrace and a desk was important, then the one bedroom apartment is perfectly sufficient, although the bedroom with a cot inside is a bit of a squeeze.

Very nice appartment with everything you may need

The apartment was squeaky clean. Location was excellent, there was a SPAR market at the ground floor of the building, so buying groceries was very convenient. Very close to the city center, 15 to 20 minutes walk, and two tram lines, 1 and 0, both with very convenient routes can be picked up just outside the building. Even though there are train tracks close to the building, sound proofing was good enough to block out most of the sound. All utensils and appliances you need are there. There was a heatwave during our stay, but the Air-conditioner was very effective and completely quiet.

The mattresses were quite firm, but we got used to them by the second evening.

The location was perfect. Right around the corner from the #1 Tram. It was also attached to a Spar Grocery Store. It was a beautiful apartment- higher end finishes. Very safe area and convenient and easy to find. We asked for extra pillows and they were there when we checked in.

The trains were behind this apartment. If you like to sleep with the windows open, this may not be the place for you. The rental company does have other options- just ask. We used the AC on a couple of nights and we could barely hear anything outside. The bathtub was quite high, not easy to get into, but we managed.

Spacious apartment with a small outdoor deck / terrace. The apartment had dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, coffee pods, a washer (no dryer but had a heated towel rack and a folding drying rack). No microwave. I called for a microwave and they said there is a supply room in the building which may have a microwave but I did not see one. That's okay though. The building is a little strange (some exposed wires on what I assume was an apartment call box, lights that are off on the lower three floors so it is dark but the lights can be turned on whereas the fourth and fifth floors where the apartments are always have the lights on). The location is pretty good. It is right next to the 0 and 1 trams and a 13 minute walk to the metro. You can take the tram to the metro. Spar market next to the building which should be done with renovations on 8/8/24. Nice bistro (Gasthaus Wild) very close by.

Too bad there was no microwave. You can hear an above ground train line running periodically but it didn't bother us.

This is the third time in two years that we have stayed here. It's almost like our home in Vienna. The location is very close to the tram and bus stop and within walking distance of the city center. The team always makes sure that you have a pleasant stay over there. There is the supermarket downstair and the opposite restaurant open from 8 am - midnight.

Some room has strange layout, but I fully understand that if we renovate the old building to be apartment, it is difficult to have a standard layout for every room

Great location and comfortable apartment with everything I needed. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests or issues. Tram just outside the door and metro not far away (approx. 10 - 15 mins walk).

The metro passes right by the door and starts at about 05:30 - it is very loud as it turns a corner onto the street and successfully woke me up every morning! Apart from that it is a quiet location.

The apartments looked brand new and were very easy to check in and out of due to the key pad and if needed physical keys. The air conditioning worked well and the lift to the apartment was also great. The beds were comfortable, washing machine easy to use, and the separate toilet from the shower is also nice for multiple people sharing the space. The terrace was also nice to use. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well stocked.

The only thing I would recommend is to compile a neighborhood recommendation list with bars, restaurants and other local businesses. We ended up finding great places, but it would be a nice to have.

Modern apartment with all the amenities you could need. Good quality air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Despite being next to a tram line and train line the noise inside the apartment was minimal (didn’t wake up our light sleepers). Staff were very attentive and easy to contact. The apartment is well located, the cafe next door is very good especially for breakfast.

The apartment features several modern features such as electronic blinds but it was difficult to figure out how to use these features. A instruction booklet for the air conditioning and blinds would be nice.

Clean, well organized, has balcony to have breakfast and fresh air. Location was also convenient, just in front of Tram 0 and easy to get to the main station and central part of the town. Staff were very kind and responsive for my inquiries. When the elevator was out of order, they kindly helped me for the luggage. Their kindness and pleasant communication added extra flavor to my travel.
