Excellent location, couple of minutes to metro,bus,tram station, same to restaurants,try food at Beim Czaak and ice-cream and sausages nearby!Transfer to Bratislava as well minutes to go!Simply perfect!

The room was very clean and quiet with a floor length mirror and plenty of storage and loads of plug sockets. There was enough shower gel/ shampoo for a 6 night stay. The bathroom gleamed with cleanliness. The single beds were comfortable. The reception staff were helpful, and the breakfast was splendid: fruity and natural yogurt, tinned and fresh fruit, 6 different types of bread, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber,red peppers , boiled egg, egg mayonnaise, different dips, jams and cereals The hotel is very close to the underground network. The hotel was extremely good value for money.

I loved everything about the hotel. I did wonder if the small lift might mean I had to wait for it, but it arrived immediately I called it every time over a 6 night stay: we never had to wait.

Pension is a gem!! Traveling with my husband and 3 small children, we reserved the Two-Bedroom Studio - which was perfect. The double beds were big enough for both of my older children - the bedroom on the inside / back of the building so wasn’t too loud with traffic - sand the room was still large enough for a small travel crib. The main room was huge, ample space the move around and lay out luggage on the floor. Each room had a table or desk and chair(s) with large windows letting in the beautiful summer sun. The master bedroom had floor to ceiling windows with a balcony which was so lovely. The rooms were simple but clean. The beds were extremely comfortable!! There’s a small elevator and stairs. The hotel lobby and breakfast are on 8th floor (our apt was the 6th). Breakfast was ample, lots of variety and fresh. Typical Viennese style with a variety of fresh backed breads, meats, spreads and some fresh veggies. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is easily located to a few tram stations and main subway lines. Easy to get to from main train station. Easily walkable to main parts of Vienna.

Great value for a lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. This was 1 min walk from the subway, a block away from grocery stores, around the corner from a post office, souvenir shops and many restaurants.

The carpet in our room should be removed.

Location was the best. Excellent for walking, station/airport transfer, tube and lovely neighbourhood. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Had en suite and breakfast included. On my birthday they gave me a box of Mozart chocs!!! So kind. We could access the room at any time and were told we could also contact reception in case of emergency any time. They offered to organise tickets for events too.

Just one thing, but it was very significant and put me off going back: the toilet/drain smelled terrible in the en suite. Put me off going into the bathroom and we had to keep the ensuite door shut all the time. It was clean, it was the drain. How you sort that ? I don't know. Such a shame. Smell was like a dead rat.

The lady who works at the breakfasf kitchen is incredibly kind and warm person. All credits to her. I liked the location as well. Room was ok- no complains.

I haven’t realised that I would get a room on the 6th and the shower on the 5th floor. But maybe I should have been a better reader and should have found out abt it before ordering the place.

Excellent location very close to the U4 metro and D2 tram but also within easy walking distance of the beautiful old city centre. I had a comfortable room with a shower over bath arrangement and the shower was very powerful and excellent. The breakfast was always fresh and tasty but there was little variation although that’s not a problem for a short stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful with guidance.

Nothing. Good value, clean, convenient location. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Vienna.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. Location is good as its near to St Stephan and public transportation. Amir was extremely friendly and even offered to take me for drinks after work, however, I had declined his good offer as I don't drink.

It will be great if they provide kettle in the room. I am so embarrassed to keep going to the reception asking for hot water due to medical needs.

The location (10min Wine Mitte for airport train, 2min underground, tram, bus and boat to Bratislava), the breakfast (good selection), the room (bit dated perhaps but everything needed was there), the staff, very welcoming, smiling and helpful.

Overall nothing. Depends on what you're after, we wanted a base to explore Vienna and that was perfect for us. There's always little details people will pick up but for us it wasn't important (example: towels a bit old but still doing the job).

The Pension is located in the city center, close to the metro and a bus stop to the airport. The staff is very polite and provided information about the most interesting places in Vienna. The breakfast is simple but fresh, vegetarian options are sufficient and won’t get boring, even though it’s the same every day. The staff is friendly and welcomed you with a smile.
