since i know vienna well, this area was not chosen by chance. before arrival there was a need to communicate with the staff of the facility. all questions were answered only fully. therefore, upon arrival there were no problems (and we arrived at night, when the facility staff was not there). the room was small and very cozy. and clean, there was also soap and shampoo. the facility is located a few meters from the central street, so noise is not heard. if someone needs to go to the center, then 5-10 minutes on foot. excellent transport links: tram and metro. special thanks to the staff for full information about checking into the apartment. and there is also a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar

Loved the location, the building, and especially Meta, the staff person we interacted with on both days that we were there. She provided us with detailed recommendations about nearby places of interest. Great morning coffee. Had a nice common area for having our own breakfast. Bed and bathroom were both great

The room we had was quite small and tight for two people, but we made it work out. A little more space would have been nice for lounging; it was fine for just sleeping

The room was huge and very bright, huge windows and they were open in advance of our arrival. We received detailed instructions by text in advance and a key in an envelope was waiting for us in an unmaned reception (we didn't mind there were no people there). The building itself is a work of art and very central. We asked for a room with a balcony in the booking and they provided that, the balcony overlooked a square with gorgeous buildings. The location was very convenient, close to tram and subway. The bed was very comfortable.

The soft furnishings need some deep cleaning - the headboard and the sofa were dirty/stained.

I had a nice stay here. The host was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city.

The only issue was the Wi-Fi — it was very weak and almost impossible to use. If that gets improved, it would be an excellent place to stay!

Very near to city centre. Superb location. Very charming building and spacious rooms.

Our room cleaning wasnt done inspite of requests. There were ants on the floor and we specifically asked for room cleaning next day which is usual practice in every hotep but it wasnt done. Also staff is only available at hotel from 8am to 11am. So everything has to be managed by self but that wasnt too much of problem as the host is prompt on messaging.

Super location, and they allowed us to leave our bags when we checked out (although it wasn’t a storage room, just on the floor inside the reception). the beds were comfortable and we had our own bathroom

the shower/toilet made extremely loud noises whenever you used them, it sounded like a clunking/growling noise. It made us feel awkward about showering/using the toilet at night, and sometimes woke us up. The keys are metal and extremely loud so if anyone is entering their room you can hear it and it can disturb you. The walls are quite thin, and we could hear children running around until 11pm at night/very early in the morning.

When I arrived at the property, I thought I had got the wrong place, I was so impressed. The room was perfect for a short, solo trip, and great balcony views. Lots of decent places to eat and drink nearby, including several well-stocked Spars. Location was incredible. I could walk to all the sights I wanted to see.

I can't think of anything. I would definitely chose this property next time I visit Vienna.
