Modern room at the side of the hotel away from any noise from traffic. Very convenient position on Swedenplatz for trams & the River Danube & a short walk to the Old Town centre around St Stephens Platz. Excellent breakfast and afternoon tea & cake from 15.00 to 1700 hrs within the price. Very well informed & helpful staff. Viennese coffee & coffeee houses, do I need to say more.........ok, there's nothing like it anywhere else !

Towels again! They need to be renewed more frequently, also a hotel of this standard could spend just a little more on better quality toilet paper (it's actually cost effective as you use less) but this in no way should detract from an excellent hotel as this is common to other hotels of this standard in Europe.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to all the main areas, shops, bars etc. The staff were pleasant, especially Marco at reception who always greeted us with a smile and helped us with anything we asked. The staff at breakfast always cheerful, respectful and professional. We were impressed by the variety for breakfast. Everything was always fresh and displayed amazingly. Coffee and cake in the afternoon were a bonus. The doors and windows were double glazed which silenced any noise from outside. Everything was really good and we would stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning in our room was a little noisy but not enough to keep me from sleeping.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very polite whether front desk, at breakfast or tea. The room was spotless and cleaned each morning quickly. The bathroom was far better than most equivalent hotels in layout, facilities and size. The hotel was well situated for sight-seeing -whether walking up into the centre of old Vienna or taking public transport - trams, underground railway or taxis - rank just by hotel. Also some good restaurants in easy walking distance and away from tourist gast food purveyors ..

The hotel is set back but on a very busy throughfare with many emergency vehicles so it is important to keep windows and door to balcony closed at night if you want to sleep...

Everyone was so nice especially the breakfast staff - the right level of cheery. Eggs & coffee made to order (and came quickly). Plenty of options at breakfast for vegetarians and omnivores (sorry vegans it’s not great for you). So many excellent cheeses available! Rooms a good size. Bed comfy enough. A/c worked well. Shower pressure good. Kettle w/ coffee & teas available for free upon request.

Extra pillows in the room would have been nice. Shower needs a much bigger visor to stop water leaking out. Bigger tv on the wall and in room kettle as standard please.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, The tram and underground stations are right below the hotel. However, there is a great sound isolation of the windows so it was quiet. Walkable distance to the central places in Vienna and super close to the Danube river. The staff is super friendly and they offered us vegan options at the breakfast. Unlike other apartments and hotels in Vienna there is an air conditioner which was super nice in the hot days of August!!! We liked the balcony as well.

We would prefer a double bed and not two separated beds combined. The rooms are relatively small but that's not a big deal since all the rest was great!

The biggest asset to the hotel is the staff. They all were so nice, super smiley and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Very basic hotel but with everything what we need. We always look for the room with balcony - our room was overlooking very busy street but you could not hear anything inside. Slept like a babies after long sightseeing days :) We celebrated our 20th Wedding anniversary - greeted with bottle of bubbles and sweets. Thank you very much for a great stay!!! and super artistic painted eggs for breakfast - really sweet touch :)

Everything was great!

The hotel is simply amazing!! It is located very near to the city center, the u-Bahn station almost in front of the hotel. As for the hotel itself, is very clean, the breakfast very tasty with lots of options. But the most important part of the hotel is the staff! They are so friendly and polite. Thank you Angela and the girls of the breakfast crew that made us a beautiful surprise on Sunday, for my husband’s birthday!! You are so sweet! I think we found our forever hotel for every time we will be visiting Wien!

There is nothing to say! Everything was perfect!

- Great location, right next to a major tram and underground station, so easy to reach any point in the city. Also close to many restaurants and shops. - Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed. - While the room wasn't big, the space was well-utilized and it offered almost anything I could want: a desk, a fridge, a safe, a luggage rack. - Strong A/C in the room, which was much needed during a heat wave in August with temperatures reaching 35C! - Friendly woman at reception. - Breakfast included. - I really liked the box they use for toiletries! - They sell the Vienna city card that can save you money if you plan to visit many paid attractions. - I would happily stay again.

- The only thing that I think was missing in the room was a coffee machine or at least a kettle. That would be a great addition. - The breakfast room was small and crowded.

My 3-night stay was perfect. The warm and welcoming staff at the reception upon arrival was professional and always eager to assist. The team at the breakfast room was cheerful and kind, making sure you have a great start to your day. Breakfast was excellent, and room was well-appointed with AC. Location is within Schwedenplatz and a few minutes walk to the landmarks such as the Opera and Hofburg Palace. For vegans, there's a vegan restaurant next to the hotel with vegan burgers, wraps, and others.

The breakfast was nicely presented. The staff were uncommonly kind and energetic. I stayed 8 days, so the offerings became a bit repetitive. The room was decently spacious, quiet, and uncommonly tidy. The maids were friendly and conscientious. All the staff clearly take pride in their hotel.

The decore was recent and in "modern" style. I found the colors excessively dark and rather generic, but this was nothing serious.
