We loved the location, restaurants and coffee shops nearby, walking distance to StephenPlatz. Great staff, comfy beds, all amneties provided, daily room service, breakfast was fantastic with made to order eggs, hot crossants, pancakes. Special thanks to your kitchen staff Ghazal , always smiling and acomodating our requests, We even had a late check out due to our late flight, very welcoming reception staff. Thankyou and will come again.

Toilet was separate from main bathroom which was bit of inconvinience, otherwise all good.

15 minutes walk to Stefan Platz. Modern building with very good options for bars and restaurants near by. It is also 10 minutes walk from Vienna Mitte station if arriving by CAT. Very convenient. Staff very friendly. My wife forgot her mobile in the lobby and it was returned to the reception that held it until we realized and called.

We were asked to check in online the day before arrival which we did. But apparently this did not mean anything as we had to still do the old fashion paper check in. Another thing- there is a loud night club accross the street. Our friends had trouble sleeping due to the loud thumping. Do ask for a room that does not face the main street.

This hotel is on top location, 30 minutes walk to Stephansplatz, or by undergraund 2 stops and in 15 minutes you are there. Hotel room were perfect for 2 adults and two kids (9M and 4Y), we get crib for baby. Breakfast in hotel is verry nice, children frendly as well. All hotel stuff are very attentive and always willing to help. Hotel is great value for money.

Their parking arrangement. Hotel garage is expensive but close to hotel you have two garages for 8€/day so it is not big deal. Front desk guys give you options for garage: Praterstraße 62 or Afrikanergasse 3 so you can choose. Parking on street in front of hotel is more expensive option as you are in city centre.

It is a very clean hotel and located very close to the City centre, just a few minutes by walk. Staff was carefull with our needs, breakfast was also delicious. Two metro stations are just a 5 minutes walk away and you can reach any part of Wien easily. I really recommend it!

The fact that they didn’t prepare something nice in the room upon our arrival even if i asked for it and reveiced the confirmation from their side…It was my mom’S birthday on 1st of February, right on the check in day…Anyway, they managed to change the situation and after our night walk a nice surprise was expecting us in the room (flowers, chocolate). :)

Part of staff is totally unprofessional. I forgot my parking access card in my car and asked for another card to enter the parking lot. The person at the reception desk, called Cristian, had a totally inappropriate attitude towards my wife, explaining to her not to forget the card another time because he will not help anymore (as if he had done it on purpose). He was totally rude and even aggressive in his expression, which I also noticed in contact with other customers. We we old clients , but I’m sure this was the last time when we chose you’re hotel.

We liked the outstanding customer service and the hospitality that the hotel staff has provided. Maxim at the reception was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff at breakfast as well are very kind and friendly. Nice, modern and clean accomodation,the air conditioned-room was beyond comfortable. We were given a very quiet room at the 7th floor. Breakfast was enjoyable in the modern-cozy restaurant. Hotel location is great and the initial reason we booked this hotel. It is within walking distance to the city center and many well known restaurants and major destinations. Tram lines metro and buses are within 250-500 meters and due to Vienna's transport system which is very good you can go to your destination in matter of minutes. We would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

The location to the main part of town by foot or by ubahn is so simple. The river is so close as well. The executive rooms are so comfortable and the balcony was a real treat at night. The staff are a credit to the Hotel and nothing was too much trouble and they were so professional at all times. The cleaners were superb and as a family we couldn’t fault them.

Good location. Minutes away from metro and 10-15 minutes walking to city centre. Good room and very clean. Very good hotel, I was very happy with my family with our choice. Friendly staff. Mohammed at check in was really helpful providing information about the city (was our first time in Vienna) and where to park the car

I was a bit surprised I was asked to pay 39Euro for late check out (2 pm instead of 12) but it looks this is the common practice around here

We really enjoyed our stay in Vienna and in the Novotel Wien City hotel. The room was big, clean with all required facilities. A big additional bed was organized for our tall son. We had a nice quiet room with a view towards the city center. The gym was available to keep ourselves fit during the vacation and after regular dinners involved Vienna Schnitzel. The city center is reachable by tram, metro or just walking.

Loved that the hotel had a small playground for the kids. Made a huge difference as it kept my youngest busy between activities to and from the city center. Location was very good: a bit of a walk from the center, which was ok in the morning but a little challenging for my 7 year old on the way back.

The price could have been a little lower, I think. Or, for that price point, the breakfast should have been included.
