The location is in one of the main streets of Vienna, not the most touristy place, but with connections close by to pretty much everywhere. The staff is nice and was very helpful. The room was clean. There was soap and moisturizer. They offered a bottle of water, coffee and tea. The temperature was OK.

The room was not that big, the door of the bathroom would hit the toilet seat, you couldn't move inside the room. The bed would sag on side you can enter from. The other side would be better, since it is less used. They asked me directly for my credit card number as a deposit. This is a big no no, since that's how you lose credit cards. The breakfast was very limited, but I suppose there weren't that many people staying, so there is no point in oversupplying.

Great location with plenty of transport or walking options in a vibrant neighbourhood full of shops and eateries. Huge room,very clean and fresh after obvious renovations, lovely staff.

The main disappointment at the hotel was the breakfast which doesn't match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Not enough hot choices for vegetarians such as scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, only sausages and boiled/fried eggs. Some fruit salad could be provided for the yoghurt and cereal. If someone doesn't eat fried or boiled eggs, the option of making an omelette could be offered. The room can be a bit noisy from the street traffic.

Our stay was really great! We came with our dog and forgot to mention it in advance, but it was no problem he was welcome at the hotel. we just had to pay a small fee of 15€ per night, which was totally fine. The location is very central youcan walk to the city center in just a few minutes. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels daily. You could also request small items like a toothbrush or slippers for free, which was a nice extra.

The only downside was that there were no phones in the room, but you can contact the reception via whatsapp, which was actually very convenient.

An amazing location which has a very good access to public transport (to centre 2 stops with the tram). Very good staff, welcoming and helpful. We really liked the room and had everything we need. Breakfast also good for extra €15 which was totally worth it. Good for vegetarians too. 5* for the receptionists. When we arrived was very easy to check in and the girl was very friendly. Same for when we checked out, girl was also friendly and nice. Hotel Florum, well done. I hope we will find betel’s like yours in the future! All the best, Mihai & Govinda

Modern, clean, freshly renovated room, enjoyed the good location, friendly staff as well having the room on a higher floor and oriented towards a side street, instead of the noisier Taborstrasse with a tram line

We have already stayed a while ago in Hotel Florum, having experienced the feeling of a four star hotel with a nice and spacious room, this time however, even though the room was new and clean it was much smaller and simpler decorated, the standard of the bathroom was also quite basic, however everything was functional and clean.

Good location,nice staff on reception and great staff on breakfast too ! Good value for money . In room we have coffe and water on arrival . Only thing i didnt like :i was asking maid for 1 more coffee, she told me that for coffee i have to go to restaurant .not problem to pay for one piece of 2in1 coffe but whe was rude and not nice . Also bathroom was not clean !

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a few nights, great location and very good value for money. We had booked another hotel and its was absolutely horrible, so we booked this room last minute and got a really good deal on it, so was nice to arrive to a warm welcoming hotel with lovely staff which made our stay extra special. We loved the extra touches such as mini fridge, dressing gowns and tea and coffee. Very good location for transport both underground and trams.

The room was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious also kettle, tea, coffee and water. The beds were comfy plenty of space for your clothes and bags. Breakfast is optional extra at €10 each and is definitely worth it with hot breakfast pastries fruit meat and juices. Location also great 15 minute walk from the centre and 10 minute walk from prater and the local area has bars and restaurants and shops so would recommend for a couple or a few friends.

When checking out no one was at the reception for me to check out so had to just leave keys on the desk and ring them to say I’m checking out.

The hotel was spotless, with an excellent location. The staff was always on hand and ready to assist with anything we needed.

The mattress from the bed was separated, which wasn’t very convenient for couples as the bed kept splitting apart and needed constant adjustment. The bathroom is too small and impractical. The breakfast selection is too limited and not suitable for everyone.

I stayed at the hotel for a short business trip. My flight was canceled, so I had to stay another night. Before, I had an apartment, but it was not available, so I decided to book the Florum Hotel. I totally regret not booking this hotel from the start it was amazing! The hotel is very central, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked the hotel and would definitely stay here again!
