The images shown by booking.com absolutely corresponds to reality. Location was perfect. Very quite and safe street. Supermarkets, underground, train/bus stations are near.

The check in was on 14:00 and when you arrive early in the morning, you can not leave the luggage until check in time. It was very inconvenient . You have to go to the station to pay for luggage storage, walk to the city until check in time , then go to the station again to take the luggage and go to the Steiner Residence. If they just make a small space for luggage keeping for couple hours will be really comfortable for guests who arrives early in the morning.

A very clean apartment on the 2nd floor, in Perfect Location ! 300m from supermart, cafés and bus/tram/u-bahn in a very safe neighborhood. You can also walk down to the Inner Stradt. The apartment was slightly different than in booking pics but no issues . All amenities and interiors are modern .

No elevator ! The access to apartment is via 55 run down and worn steps - that’s nearly 4 floors . It should have been mentioned upfront as this can be a decision point and this is a safety is issue due to condition of staircase. It may be good to put adequate toiletries / cleaning supplies . I would definitely come back again if they put up an elevator !

Clean quiet comfortable apartment in a good location. 15 min walk to Pratestern, a metro station and tram in 2-3 min. of walk. A lot of super/minimarkets in the area, restaurants (including kosher), a large Augarten park, etc. Ground floor, inner courtyard - ability to smoke. Fully equipped kitchenette with high-quality kitchen appliances (Siemens). Dishwasher (with tablets), washing machine. Nespresso (with two capsules). Self-check-in by code lock on entry to the building and apartment. That's much more comfortable than a traditional lock or card: you cannot forget/lose it somewhere.

Mattresses... Two separate mattresses in the double bed. First, they are too weak. Not soft - weak. If you sit in the middle, legs down on the floor, both mattress sides - head and legs are jumping up from the bed. Second, they - mattresses are crawl away one from other and you get a hole or, more accurately, a slot through the middle of the bed.

Great apartment and great location.

The apartment was musty, which can be seen on the walls that are bubbling up from humidity. Also the curtains were stained.

Old world charm with a modern apartment. Great location. Lots of space for a family. Clean apartment, and management was very attentive & friendly via booking.com messages. Instructions were quite detailed and helpful.

There was nothing not to like. However as these are walk up apartments, better to communicate with the property before hand, incase one is not able to climb stairs, request you get an apartment on the ground or first floor. The staircase is wide and gradual. We enjoyed the climb 😊

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Vienna. About a 20min walk into the centre but some restaurants located closer and in a very quiet area. The apartment was very large and meant we could spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet too, that worked well for us. Lots of hanging space for clothes too. I l really liked the code entry system for both the main door and the apartment door which is very efficient. There is no lift in the building so I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues but for us it was great.

The sofa was extremely hard to sit on but I am really nit picking now. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment so it didn't bother us that much but it really was like sitting on a piece of wood!

Usual Steiner Residences quality standard. This apartment looks newer that ones named Augarten. Clean, fully equipped, keyless, comfortable. Still looks new and not used too much. Everything is brand new, shiny and white, in high quality. Sparkling clean. Comfortable bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. 10 minutes by foot to city center, 5 minutes to metro stop. Billa market and McDonalds 3 minutes away by foot. No need to meet hosts, but communication with host is excellent via e-mail and especially provided app. Smart TV, super fast WiFi, everything you need for a perfect stay.

The apartment is on a ground floor, and two large windows are facing the street. So you can't let the fresh air in side, and you have to use the curtain because of the people passing by. For a short, one night, stay, it is not a problem. For a longer stay, can be an issue.

Good and fast communication, easy check-in, good location since it's close to the bus station and market. Clean and new. There is paid parking a few hundred meters so you can leave your car there for the whole length of the trip.

No natural light in the kitchen which is a bit weird since it looked like a sunny kitchen in the photos. The beds are way too soft, but that's just our personal opinion.

Was described as 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom was really only a partition. Very small and cramped with no window or wardrobe. Wardrobe was in the sitting room.

Location, apartment, cleanness, easy to access because of the digital platform and easy communication with staff.

The first day the heating was down, we arrived late and we didn't understand how to make the room warmer. The next day we contacted the staff and they helped us with instructions available on their digital platform.
