Centrally located, spacious rooms and nice breakfast.

1. The clothes hanger dryer works only in winters and not otherwise and it's a necessity when travelling for a long duration so the hotel needs to do something about it. 2. Breakfast could do with a variety....it was same for the 5 days we stayed.

Location was good, 20 min walk into the city. Nice and quite area but supermarkets and food options right by the Hotel. Rooms were spacious, big shower with great pressure. 24/7 reception which was handy. Gym area and sauna were good with great opening hours.

The room was super stuffy and hot, reception said they don’t have air con in winter but the heaters were far too hot, we had the window open all night and could barely sleep as we were so hot. Pillows weren’t the comfiest. For quite an expensive hotel out of the city centre it wasn’t the best value for money but still a great stay.

The room was a good size and quiet with the windows closed. The location was central enough to get to trains quite easily, including the train to the airport which made it easy when it was time to depart. For runners, there are two parks to run in within a short distance (Augarten is smaller but very close and Prater is huge but farther away). Lots of dining options nearby. There is a sauna available (no charge).

The gym lacked dumb bells and was very hot (due to it's proximity to the sauna). The room wasn't completely dark at night with the drapes closed. Breakfast was quite costly.

Wonderful hotel – we are staying here not for the first time. The staff is polite and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival: our room category was upgraded for free, and even though we arrived in the morning, our room was already ready, so we didn't have to wait. The location is very convenient – close to the city center, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and the room rates are quite reasonable for the level of service and quality this hotel offers in Vienna. It's a great choice if you’re looking for peace and quiet in the evenings – all the rooms face an inner courtyard with balconies decorated with flower pots. Everything was perfect, as always. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The breakfast is generally excellent, though it could be a bit more varied.

Private parking garage just front of the hotel (25 EUR/day). Restaurants and shops nerby. Big walk-in shower, shelves in the bathroom for your toiletries. Other quests were surprisingly quiet so we could sleep all night. Breakfast: meat dishes and sweet pastries were very good. Overall the breakfast was good with quite wide selection.

Small room, practically no space around the bed, uncomfortable for longer stay. Room was not clean enough, dust and hair everywhere, the room and furniture were outdated. Pillows are too soft and flat but the mattress is comfortable. Size and condition of the room rather 3star. Breakfast: pre-made omlette was horrible, coffee could be better.

The hotel is new/newly renovated and the entire structure is clean and well kept. The rooms are also clean and confortable with a nice clean bathroom. At my booking time the price for my room was very competitive respect other hotels. Breakfast has a big offering and it should welcome the need of most of the people. Position is also very good: it is in a quite zone at around 10 minute walk from the center. It is a pleasent walk.

Nothing. All perfect. If I'm forced to be very very picky... just the breakfast staff, constantly observing me whenever I was standing up taking a coffe from the coffe machine or food. They for sure do their work, but a more discrete way would help. But again, hotel is great and this is really a minor, minor issue.

Staff is nice, room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. I was on the 2nd floor and my room had a door to the indoor courtyard (which is basically a roof on top of the first floor). The location is also good, very close to the center, with restaurants/cafes and lots going on in the area.

They have a parking garage just opposite the hotel, though it is a bit small and some spots are hard to reach (especially with a bike and some bigger vehicles here and there). Also not very convenient to get in and out as I had to always ask the receptionist to open the garage door. For the price, I would rather find a parking garage nearby. The room was also warm, I had to sleep with the balcony door open. Another minor thing - no sign on the door which was a bit confusing. They all say Imlauer but the 2 hotels share the same building.

Great location. Shops, restaurants and public transport all within walking distance. Less than a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and we were upgraded to a deluxe suite upon arrival which was a nice surprise.

Housekeeping took our second key card from the light switch on our first morning as well as one of our towels that we hadn’t left out for cleaning, but reception were quick to replace them both. Pillows were too soft also but that’s just personal preference.

The property was excellent! We loved the room, the bathroom was very spacious and well equipped, the room itself was spacious enough and it had a TV (netflix or youtube didn’t work, I assume they are disabled by the hotel). I loved that they give 5eur. voucher for the bar if you skip towels change for a day!

The floor around and under the bed was a but unclean when we arrived. The room temperature at night was very very high, we didn’t get a good sleep any of the nights because of this and there is no way to turn it off. Opening the door to the “balcony” area is not an option since it’s connected space with all other rooms so anyone can enter the room at night.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was perfect, clean and a good size. Good mini bar if you want to use it. The location was good for us, as it was away from the really busy area, but a short walk to get to a lively part of the city near the river and beyond. Overall no surprises from what I booked. The parking was secure although getting to it meant going to a different building in a different street 5min walk away. The use of the iron at a specific location in the hotel was good to use.

Air-con, that's debatable, it's more like the heating on its coolest setting, not air-conditioning from my experience. But it was also 34 degrees Celsius outside when we were there so it's probably fine most other times. Breakfast is 24 euro pp, very expensive. Also the parking is also expensive I think 26 euro per day. But again I new this when I booked.
