We had the "Appartment with mountain view" and it was gourgous. A large terrasse, Kitchen, dining rooom/Living room in one. Two large bedrooms, each with own bathroom, one of which had a bath top. Everything was new and nice. No complaints at all. The appartment is not central to visiting downtown vienna, but a good choice is you go by car. Parking: As per another guest's tip, we parked at the parking lot for Billa, Sagedergasse 18/22, 1120 Wien, Østrig. That was free. Parking in downtown Vienna. I can recommend WIPARK Technische Uni Operngasse Parkgarage, Operngasse 13, 1040 Wien, Østrig. 24 hours (tagespauchale) for EUR 8,90.

Very good option to stay in Wien. Comfortable and spacious apartment . Kitchen with all necessary equipment.

I suggest to owners to take some students as a part time job to be on reception and it will bring them 10/10 for accommodation. Sometimes smile and appropriate level of communication bring to everyone better day. It does not cost anything :-)

Overall the apartment was really good . The price was great for what it offered and the staff of the hotel was really helpful. It was clean and tidy . The city centre was about a half-hour trip but easy to reach by tram and the stop was opposite the hotel so super easy. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna .

The biggest issue for us was the lack of curtains or drapes . Also an extra towel for the bathroom floor would be helpful , a hair dryer and a bathroom bin because women have different needs from men 😉

Good location, very clean and cozy.

The staff is not flexible for your arrival time. For check in time you have to scroll a lot to find about the property policies which says that check in must be until 18pm. They a have a lockbox for keys, but they cannot asure if they gonna put the apartment key in the box, because they have only one. If they are not gonna put the key into that box and you will not arrive until 18pm- you will lost all your money. We recommend them to buy more lockboxes, and be more flexible for people needs, because there are a lot travelling people, there are such thing as traffic, and so on.

Very clean and modern apartment that was good for our family of five.

Beware payments - make sure you only pay through the booking.com payment system. The property say their IT was hacked and I was requested several times by the property through the booking.com message system that my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t go to a separate link and pay 150% of the price agreed in booking.com. I didn’t pay this and the property confirmed they been hacked, but it was disconcerting. Also, the reception fellow was pretty unhelpful on guidance for parking. They had no parking for a car over 1.0m and he had no guidance on where else to park (we figured out the Vienna parking system which takes about 30-45 minutes to do…).

I had a great experience during my stay here. The location was excellent—just a short walk from public transport, which made getting around the city super easy. The apartment itself was well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals, which was a huge plus. All the utensils and appliances were available and in good condition. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the spacious layout—it didn’t feel cramped at all, making the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical place to stay. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located space with all the essentials for a comfortable visit.

While the stay was generally comfortable, a few things could be better. The limited reception hours—open only from 2 to 6 PM and 8 to 10 AM—made it tricky to get assistance when needed. If you're planning to park, be sure to inform them in advance about your vehicle size. This detail isn’t clearly communicated and can cause some confusion at check-in. The biggest downside was the reception staff. The person on duty was unfortunately not helpful and seemed to make things unnecessarily difficult, which added stress during our arrival. A more welcoming and solution-oriented approach would’ve made a big difference.

View from balcony was nice. Very clean. Had underground parking.

TV was minuscule. You don’t have any place to leave car for 5 min near location until you go to check in an get details to enter parking so you need a person to go to reception meanwhile the driver is circling around the location with the car. The parking has strange rule that you cannot get the car in or out between 18:00 and 8:00. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and has a gap in the middle. Slept very bed. The big/main bathroom didn’t have hand soap and shower gel. We asked for it at reception desk, nobody came to bring. No hair dryer. Location not the best only 1 tram available for transport.

The cleanliness and the location.

The way the person “Zeljko milovic “ who is managing the property. He was not helpful at all. I asked him for cleaning the apartment, he said we are not cleaning till you check out! I asked for extra pillow for my child, he said we cannot provide, the worst thing when I asked for a toilet paper, he said you need to buy as we provide only one. He was the worst thing in the property. My recommendation to the owners to look at this which is affecting the business. This man gave a negative impression. Other than this unexpected behaviour by this man the property is fine.

Very clean, well maintained, new estate with reception service and private covered parking (for 20€ per day). Fast wi-fi. However would be a bit greater if they had located a washing machine too. The flat receives sunlight and provides a positive vibe. Linens are very well maintaned and clean. WC and Shower worked perfectly.

The only snag with this apartment can be the height of its covered parking which is 1.70 cm that did not tolerate our car's height of 1,80 cm. We had to look for another parking area nearby and luckily found one, moreover free, just behind the estate.

Value for money. The price was really good for 4 persons for the city of Vienna. In general, comfy appartment with a comfy bed and qualitative bed linen to have a good sleep. But the street is quite noisy, so, you will have to close the windows in order to have a silence in the room. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing meal. The lift in the building.

Very strange system of check-in. You can do that only from 14:00 to 18:00 during the working hours of reception. That has made us a bit nervose, because you can’t be late. Otherwise, probably, you will sleep on the street, even if you have prepaid your stay here. The hair dryer is also a something very special here. You can get it only in reception (no one in the room), but they have them in limited number. I wasn’t lucky to get one. The bathroom is rather spacious, but no any shelf for peronal belongins.
