The building, interior and living space all high quality material which created most comfortable stay. Reception attended by most gracious staff.

Location was farther from the centre old town than hoped for, but once you figured out the underground very easy and fast: the U4 subway line, which connects the city center with Schönbrunn, as well as the U6 will take you directly to the Grätzel. Excellent breakfast around the corner at La Cremerie and the Meidlinger Markt (market) provided for easy dining with a fine restaurant experience at wirtschaft. am markt.

The gps is not easy to find the hotel , it take me a while to locate the exact location ,

Anett and all staff involved were amazing, they gave us all the info we needed during checkin and Anett even stayed late to welcome us herself and give us a tour of the apartment. They asked us every day if we needed anything and at checkout they helped store our luggage until it was time to leave for the airport. As for the room, it was perfect, very clean design and came with some complementary snacks and water.

Everything was great, the apartment was super clean and spacious. Self check-in is very easy, host sent us clear instructions. Parking was free and in the garage which was very important for us.

Everything concerning the property was great, the Nighborhood was quite and easy to work around at night ,the metro station 🚉 and supermarket was very close to the property and the room was big and very clean duel to I am allergic to dust they provide the necessary pillows and blankets for me thanks alot for that ,and the kitchen hard every equipments that we needed for our stay ,the reception staffs was very great and professional and they speak English,even when we hard a problem with the garage we received ugente help from the guy in the reception ,him really helped us alot ,next time I visit VIENNA I we surely return to this property

Super accommodation, with many extras that make your stay really comfortable: for example parking in the nearby car park, a comfortable bed, very good quality bed linen, a large terrace overlooking a quiet inner garden. And we had an extra surprise, my husband had a birthday during our stay, a bottle of delicious red wine, balloons and a kind greeting waiting in the room. There are two metro stations within a few minutes' walk, and the city centre can also be reached quickly and easily by bike. The Meidlingen Markt in the nearby square is a great place to eat, with not only good restaurants but also super wine bars and cafés. We had a great time here and would come back again.

We arrived a few minutes after 4pm, so there was no reception and the online check-in terminal was not working, but the staff arrived immediately after calling, so there was no inconvenience. Parking is paid for with the daily parking tickets given at reception, we accidentally left two with the room cards, but it was absolutely our fault, not the hotel's.

We stayed in two different rooms - both were fantastic and spacious. Kitchenettes are equipped very well, nespresso coffee machine, fridge, dish washer, and many other stuff - all of very good quality; spacious bathrooms; very good body wash. The property is located only four stops from Wienna city center - Karsplatz (ubahn U1), its station is in 7min. waking distance from the property; there is a station of U6 around the corner; two stops by U1 to Schoenbrunn. Spaar supermarket and local fresh market are located around the corner. Besides, the property is located in a very nice residential area, so it is quiet and nice. Finally, the STAFF is more than friendly. We had a request at a very short notice and it was handled instantly, efficiently, and without any problem. Apartments with balconies face an internal yard and they are OUTSTANDING. No doubt, next time in Wienna, we will book at WELTWIEN Luxury Art Apartments again!

No single point to complain about

Impressive apartment, with one of the most comfortable bed and bed sheets I've slept in. The check-in after working hours is very simple, and there are a lot of free parking spaces outside the building (and also they offer free underground parking nearby). I recommend this place with all my heart.

This is not about the apartment itself, but the area it's placed in - the surrounding seems to be a bit extinct, we were there on the Sunday afternoon and almost all the cafes and restaurants were closed, only two Arabic restaurants were open (the one we ate in was good, but if one doesn't like this type of cuisine, there is a problem). On Monday morning, there was also a problem with finding a place to eat breakfast - all the cafes were still closed, thank God there was a bakery open, but it was impossible to sit and eat there. So, as the apartment is superb, the district is not special.

- Very nice facilities. The apartment had everything we needed to stay for 4 nights comfortably. - Very good location. The subway station is near and there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There is a nearby Turkish barbershop. There is a big SPAR supermarket nearby. - Staff were super nice and helpful.

- The apartment is kind of small but not in a very bad way. We were two, and it was just good enough. Had we had an additional person like a baby our child then it would have been a little annoying. - the parking garage is not in the hotel. In fact, I had to walk 10 minutes to get to the parking garage which was a little bit annoying.

Beautiful, very high standard accommodation with great big balcony and well appointed furnishings and facilities. Close to a food market, free parking is a bonus, close to public transport.

The Superior Apartment states separate bedroom, but there is no door to the bedroom, so no privacy from others within the apartment. My friend snores loudly, I chose this apartment specially for the separate sleeping places and had a terrible sleep due to no door on the bedroom. Also, too many automated messages before check in that require attention, some not relevant - but reception closes at 4pm so these messages need to be figured out to get access.
