The hotel is located 4-5 stops from the city center and one stop with metro from Schonrunn palace. The staff was nice, the room was clean.

The bed was not comfortable. I can't understand why the private parking is 20 Euro, when there is a nearby parking for 8 Euro per night, some just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Location is walking distance to the bus stop & U bahn station, as well as to many restaurants and big supermarkets. The bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean with reasonable size,considering the price I paid. Check-in was fast and stress-free. Standard amenities are available in the bathrooms, but no kettle (which is fine by me).

The wall is really thin though and unfortunately I've got a very chatty and loud neighbour. Every night, I could literally hear their whole conversation when I lay on bed, and they chatted the whole night till after midnight. Once, I had to turn on Netflix through my phone just to level with their loud talk ... it wasn't quite pleasant, to be honest.

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay for three nights. The hotel location is very close to the metro stations, the staff were very helpful to tell us from where to take the metro and we can go to the center in 15 min. I really LOVED the fact that the room didn't have carpes like most hotels which are usually very dirty. The room was spotless!!! Everything was very clean and the cleaning staff came up every day to change fresh towels, sweep the floor and surfaces and empty the garbage bins. Overall it is great value for money, definitely will stay there again.

There were things that should be improved BUT let's not forget that the price point is perfect for a hotel so clean and so close to the metro and thus the center.

Breakfast was rich and tasty. You can find a nice variety of buffet breakfast items, eggs, ham, salami selection, coffee station with a nice cappucino, sweet bites, etc. We just had a short overnight stay, but everyone we met was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was on the 1st floor, but windows were opening to the backyard ground, which was messy and I did not feel safe and comfortable with.

The location, the staff, the room, the value for money, it ticks so many boxes. I would recommend and stay again.. Plenty of food places and bars around. It's easy to get around Vienna from here. The room was large and well laid out, the en suite was well lit and had a large mirror. The shower was fantastic. There was no noise from outside our room, either from other rooms or the street outside.

It's only personal things which not everyone would consider an issue. The mattress was a little soft for me but my wife loved it. The room was a bit too hot and we couldn't cool it or open the windows. No fridge or coffee or tea facilities.

It's been said in the reviews of this hotel many times before - but it's worth repeating. The breakfasts are absolutely perfect. The staff have a tough job constantly topping up the self-service tables as there are a lot of people coming in for breakfast, but they manage it brilliantly - full marks to them! Another big bonus is the almost total silence at night. The hotel is in a good position for visiting Schonbrunn - just a few stops on the underground - as well as for visiting the old town centre. That's a little further along the line, but you return from the hubbub of town to the peace and quiet of the hotel...

The beds are terribly soft, but that's a personal problem. Also there could be a decent wardrobe in the room instead of just a tarted up coat hanger. However, for the price the room was minimalist, and we spent minimum time there.

Breakfast was excellent value with all sorts of good and nutricious foods on offer in the buffet. Room was fairly plain but most comfortable bed, clean shower, nice bathroom, and the floor area was good. It was also a nice quiet room. Location a bit of a walk to the Laengfeldengasse U Bahn Station which is unmanned, but it was a good place to connect with the main stations of the U Bahn in Vienna.

Honestly I could not find fault, everything was fine; it would be good if they could restore the ice machine in the corridor which has broken down, but otherwise, everything was fine.

We arrived late night and tired, the receptionist big muscles guy made us wait while he was on the phone talking, he probably could have let us check in first then continue his call. I did not feel he felt sorry for making us wait, I wouldn't say him rude but he was not polite either. Their breakfast did not have much varieties comparing to other hotels that I stayed, this was disappointing. However, their aircondlting requires to be checked as it was not cooling properly. Room did not have mini refrigerator.

Breakfast was diverse, including various types of bread, eggs, dry meat, and cheese, as well as vegetables and pastries. Over a longer period, it might become monotonous since it's always the same. The location was amazing. It's a quiet spot near 3 U-Bahn stations, Interspar, and plenty of small restaurants and fast food options. The room size was spacious.

The bed was too soft. The tap in the bathroom sink was too short and inadequate for the type of sink, making it challenging to wash hands. The rooms don't have a closet, kettle, or hair dryer.
