Metro Appartements is located in the central Vienna. The most important positive remark is that, in spite of the central location, it was really quiet 🙂! I have deliberately booked the appartment from the garden side (I do not know how it is in other rooms, i.e.from the street side) and I was delighted with the silence. In the kichenette you find everything you need for the short stay. Room was not warm at first but you have the possibility to turn up the temperature and it was really nicely warm during the night😊. Object is placed a few steps from metro (U-bahn) station. Generally I think it is one of best places for this price in Wien. The only think I did not like is the lack of contact to reception/the owner. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE if you have any questions. However I had very good sleep and decided to book again in my way back from Alpes.

Great location and great facilities, we found in the kitchen everything we needed for basic cooking such as frying pan and a pot for boiling water. The metro was close by and Viena was wonderful for traveling with a baby stroller as 90% of the metro stations are equipped with elevator. We were 4 adults and 1 baby, we received a baby crib for free. The bathroom was clean and so was the apartment and the bed sheets, even if the furniture was a bit old, it was well maintained. We had a patio where we could have food and beer in the evening. We had a fan for ventilation, the window was not enough during the summer.

Even if the furniture was well maintained and clean, the floor was a bit old and squeaked when we walked. Our baby has a light sleep and the noise bothered all of us. It was part of the building s charm.

Regarding the room specifically, overall it was nice. Cleaned well beforehand, and helpful that it essentially included a kitchen. We were not at the room for the majority of the stay, so we didn’t need a massive space - we went with a smaller room option. The location was great. Right next to so many good restaurants and grocery stores, and a minute walk from a major train station. The “yard” was beautiful as well and felt like a private and safe, and very pretty outdoor area. The staff was incredible, the best part of our stay. Everyone we met who worked here was very kind and always asked for ways to improve our stay. Truly great people.

The lack of A/C was a little rough - but this was to be expected in Europe. There were plenty of fans to make up for this. Otherwise we truly have no complaints.

Hassle free check in with keybox, great location, excellent value for money, everthing there that you need, very clean.

The apartment we've got clearly exceeded the expectations - a huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, quiet and with a private terrace, offering place for the whole family of 5 and ready to accommodate more if needed. The living room was luxurious, and the terrace is fantastic place to sit in warm nice weather. There would be few things which could be improved for a longer stay, but for one night it was great. Perfect location - very close to metro station and Billa store; Schönbrunn palace within walking distance (and public transportation in front of the apartments). Check-in procedure was seamless - instructions where/how to get the keys were simple and efficient.

The apartment is a bit worn, and not clear why it does have two kitchens, both semi-operational :) Would be good to have a bit more cutlery, plates and pots, but that is relevant if you plan longer stay.

Very nice guy at the receptionist. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen was as good suprice. There's a possibility to close the shelf on the lock, but you should ask for it at the reception. This thing has only one minus: the locker costs 10€. To be right, at the information you have "deposit is 10€". As the person, who's also repectionist, deposit means that you get money back after returning item. It's not a problem, but give more correct information to your guests. In other ways: metro is close, billa and dm also. Very good location for good price.

Price was great for a week in Vienna. Shower and toilet were working. Location was great for us. Just 2 stops by U-Bahn to Schönbrunn palace. Could also go running in the Schönbrunn park (a lot of people do it - park opens 7:30 in the morning). Grocery store and U-Bahn station are just across the street. It is very quiet unless you have noisy neighbours - no street noise. Staff seemed nice and helpful.

We were a bit underwhelmed by the appearance of the place at first - it has seen better days. But we mostly just slept there and we got used to it. One bed was very squecky. There were not enough forks and spoons for five people, but we managed.

Great location, 3 min walking distance from metro station with connections to the entire city. There are shops and a supermarket right in front of the entrance, plus a non-stop gas station with supplies 2 min away (also by foot). Very clean apartment and easy self check-in, there was no contact with the host whatsoever. Our economy room was surprisingly big, spacious and really hot on arrival, which is perfect in the winter time. Would definitely come back!

No parking, no iron and twin beds (united) that were listed as “one large double bed”.

- great price to value - expected bathroom out of apartment, had normal private one - clean, good beds, good wifi - perfect location - walking distance from Wiener Stadthalle and Meidling Trainstation - good safe neighbourhood, stores and bars around - even some cutlery and plates available

- smelly bathroom, water leaking from shower under the toilet - no elevator, was on top floor - I missed the booking message for self-check-in from the morning of the arrival day
