Location is good, everything was clean This hotel does the basics well, but nothing more. Good clean place to spend the night. Room is quite small but enough. Heating works well (important in december), the was always hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful in some situations. Parking is good, covered and not expensive. This hotel is a good option if you are traveling by car.

Pillows are bad. Bed is quite narrow for two people, that was not a problem since I was traveling with my girlfriend, but it might be for someone else. Not recommended for someone that is traveling for work since breakfast starts from 9am so you can either skip breakfast, or be late for work. Maybe it's because it was december (Christmas market time) but I do not consider it to be a good value, for 90€ per night per person (no breakfast) it's a bit expensive for an Ibis hotel.

had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re traveling—it’s very close to the train station, which made getting around to the main attractions super convenient. In terms of value for money, it exceeded my expectations; the price was reasonable for what was offered.

The only downside was the soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the next room, which was a bit distracting at times. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The tram stop is right outside of the hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to Westbahnhof train station. Friendly staff and clean room.

No coffee machine in the room and no fridge.

The breakfast was really good. The room was comfy. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Tram 18 from Wein Hbf stops just in front of the hotel. Westbanhof is just 100 meters away. Moreover, the VAL 1 airport bus to/from the airport, departs and arrives at Westbanhof. Lots of restaurants nearby

the only issue we had was with the AC. They seem to be outdated and need to be changed. Our AC stopped working on the 2nd day but the staff on duty changed the room for us. May be a kettle and a refrigerator in the room could be added

Excellent location, near to the metro station,warm rooms.The view of the cathedral in front of the hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff.

The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working so I ask the staff to fix it or to give me another option.They said it would be fixed, I stayed there 6 nights and nothing happend. No bathroom slippers, dental kit, rubbish bin except in the bathroom(very small). Kind of noisy room.

The hotel is very close to the center, people at the reception are very helpful and polite, we were allowed to check-in earlier, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast has enough options to please everyone.

The noise can be quite unpleasant if your room is up till the 7th floor. We had booked a double room with breakfast included but for some reason, we didn't check the confirmation e-mail. At the reception, we were told that we had a 1 person room but with the option of staying two persons at the same rate, however we had to pay 18 eur extra for the breakfast. The room was clearly a double room, with a double bed and enough space for two, we found this to be a lousy trick to cash in some more money from tourists.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and had nice views, breakfast had many options and it was tasty. It is located close to metro, tram, and a train station, and you can also walk downtown via a nice pedestrian street.

Pillows could be better. Also some extra electrical plugs in the room would be nice. The breakfast room and elevators were very crowded.

Modern hotel in a good location. Tram stop right in front of hotel. Easy connection to Vienna centre by public transport. Comfortable room and bathroom. Very good breakfast included in the price. Reasonably priced for Vienna. Nice staff, made us feel welcome. We stayed for 6 nights and we were glad to have chosen this hotel.

I would have liked to have more light in the bedroom, possibly near the desk/vanity area.

Ibien Wien Mariahilf was a great stay for me and my parents. We even requested some extra food to take to our room and got served some delicious schnitzel by paying extra. Everything was great - the people, the location, the lighting in the room - everything was nice!

The coffee at the restaurant was a bit too strong, otherwise everything else was perfect.

The location is convenient. It's not so close to the centre, but it is next to the one of the main shopping street. There are two metro stations, tramway stops and railway station. If you you want you could reach the St. Stephen's Cathedral only by walk for about 45 minutes. You will walk through a nice boulevard Mariahhilfer seeing a lot of interesting sightseeings. There is a very nice view of the city if you select a high floor room.

The sound insulation could be improved. It was noisy early in the morning from the corridor, listening the staff conversations and cleaning activities.
