Location was quite amazing considering several public transport options nearby the hotel. It's also around the corner from Vienna Wbf train station and not far from Central station. Additionally, lots of options in terms of bakeries and places you can have great breakfast, several decent restaurants around the hotel. Also present supermarkets and a shopping mall in case you'd like to do it.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s situated in a safe neighborhood with plenty of markets and stores nearby for shopping. There were also many restaurant options in the area. The hotel is very close to both metro and tram stations, so you can reach almost all major attractions with a single means of transportation. A big advantage was the supermarket inside Westbahnhof, open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM — incredibly convenient! The hotel was clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that you need to inform the reception if you want your towels or bed linens changed. Tip for future guests: Google Maps often suggests tram routes by default, but I highly recommend checking the U-Bahn (metro) options as well. The metro is usually a much faster and more efficient way to get around the city.

Excellent Stay at Leonardo Hotel – Great Location and Comfort My wife and I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Vienna and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is perfectly located near the Westbahnhof train station, and an underground metro station with a 24/7 convenience shop. One of the highlights of the location is its proximity to Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s central shopping street filled with cafes, restaurants, and stores. We enjoyed walking along this vibrant street, which leads toward many of the main attractions and museums. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel offered great value, convenience, and comfort, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Vienna.

Extremely well situated, on MariaHilfer street, on the straight U3 lane to Stefansplatz. Clean and stylish, staff is helpful. The breakfasts, despite for additional cost - are good, buffet with eggs, different sausages , salads an so on

The only slight issue, that the room service, didn’t clean up every day

Great conditions! There are supermarkets nearby, breakfast is available for an additional fee. The location is not in the tourist area, which is not so bad, because after noisy places it is very nice to return to a quiet area. The room is a little dusty, but overall clean, the staff is friendly, you can leave your luggage for storage, there is an elevator. Nearby there is a metro, bus stops, delicious places, a street with shops for shopping. There were no disposable slippers, but it is not critical. There was a kettle, water, tea in the room.

• The ventilation system in the room was working well and properly. • The staff at the reception and other employees were helpful in every way. • The waiting areas in the lobby and the surroundings inside the hotel were good and clean. • The television and other electronic products were working properly. We didn’t experience any problems. • The hotel is very close to the Westbahnhof and other transportation options. Also the hotel is within walking distance of all shops, markets and other businesses. (You can go to the center in 5 minutes by taking the U-Bahn)

• The window in the room type we stayed in (Superior Double Room) did not close completely. Handle mechanism of the window was broken. It was broken when we first entered the room. • The number and the power of lights in the room were very inadequate. The room was very dark at night. • It's not something that can be changed, but the sink in the bathroom was extremely narrow and unusable. It was seriously too narrow.

First of all the location!! Very central, next to the west railway station, with connections to all parts of the city, 2 steps from the beginning of a very long pedestrian street, where you can practically find everything!! Yet the hotel itself was in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the buzz of the streets! Breakfast was very good, covering all tastes and needs, the room was very comfortable and the Staff were always friendly and helpful!! What else can you ask from a hotel??

To be honest, there was nothing that put me off!!

The frontdesk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was adequately sized for the price, the AC also kept the room cool, and the location is just phenomenal! There are a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The cleaning staff apparently did not understand the difference between the red "don't disturb" and green "make the room" sign. It wasn't a major issue, but it also meant that we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

A truly wonderful stay – beyond expectations! The hotel is located in a convenient and pleasant area, close to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, which made everything very accessible. The room was very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The hotel staff were kind, professional, and always available to help with a smile and genuine care. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt well taken care of. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a high standard of service and complete peace of mind. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended

The hotels location is very close to Westbahnhof , because of that metro and other ways ( airport shuttle bus ) are next to each other , very easy to connect all city, shopping walk area is close by foot and other place you want visit like castles and parks easy to go by metro, the hotel beds are comfortable , and the rooms are clean , for breakfast its open büfe , and the food was ok , definitely would love to stay again next time.

The break fast büfe was good , but they could consider for meat options , as Müslim we don’t eat pork and it would be nice if had option for choosing , there were labels in front of the dishes specific pork meat, but over all its normal , so other dishes were enouf , definitely would love to stay again next time.
