The position is perfect! Just beside the downtown, nearby the west train station. There are a lot of shops, such as Mcdonald, DM, pandarias, vintages shops etc. You can get everything you want. Walk 10 minutes, you will find the Vinyl record shop Alt & Neu which showed in the movie Before Sunrise. And on the oppoisite of the block, there is a pub. But you should book a seat in advance before going there. The most intresting thing was that I met 2 pairs of young couples. One from Lithuania, the other from Switzerland. We spent a extremely exciting weekend together.

This is a nice, clean place with really clean bathroom. It has been cleaned every day. Staff is relly friendly and helpful. There was one guy at reception (From Bosnia, I think from Sarajevo) very helpful, and another one who gave me his personal mobile phone to talk to Booking.com service. Very helpful people, really! Thank you so much! This hostel is Highly recommended.

Well, some people as guests do not realize that it is a hostel, and do not care if people are sleeping at night. Actually there are people who are travelling and arriving here form a long houl journey probably sleepy and tired. Other people should respect it. There were a guy who was talking all night until 3am. Next day I got back to this room to take a nap afternoon because previously did not sleep enough, and that guy was still there talking to the same girl, so I was not able to take a nap again. The owner should take some action to avoid these uncomfortable situations.

To hostel I can only say thank you! Everything was amazing. Yes, it is a hostel so it is nothing fancy. But. The rooms were clean, there was a private shower, toilet and a sink in the room, so it is very nice to get one shower and toilet just for 6 people. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen was dowstairs, but it had what we needed and bunch of sofas to sit at while eating. The hostel is easy to find for newbies in Vienna like we were, and it is near supermarket so if you don't like to cook there is a bakery and shop near hostel. If there were some issues like one missing pillow, the staff were very friendly and solved ,,problems" (if u can even say it :Dd) very quickly. Lockers for backapcks are in the room byt u need to bring your own lock if u want to be super secure. Toilet paper, hand soap - always was enough. All in all - very good experience which led us to meeting amazing people, who were our roomates. So if u are undecided - recomend booking this one and not overthink it ;)

Those are not negatives, it is mentioned I think in the description: there is no towels, shower gels in the room, but it is okay you can bring your own :)).

The room and the attached bathroom/toilet was very clean. The reception staff were nice and available

There was no AC in the room, but there was a stand fan, so manageable. There was a common room that I only discovered during my check-out. Not that the introverted boy in me would go there anyway but nobody gave an introduction to the facilities in case someone would wanna go in. There is no power plug next to the bed. There is only an extension cable near the door step so you can't use the device while charging.

Very clean and very close to main attractions, markets and squares. Easy to get to the metro or bus station. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The rooms were clean, nice and warm, the bed was also comfortable. Good usage of space in the room.

No plugs next to the beds made it difficult to leave my phones overnight to charge, to have battery for taking photos during visiting various places. Even the plugs next to the door and the extensions were limited. No lift/elevator usage between 22:00 and 06:00 policy. Found it very weird and it particularly bothered me: coming back to the hostel after one full day and night of visiting and walking, I needed to go up the stairs until the 3rd floor and during my checkout, in the middle of the night, go down the staris with luggage.

Location is perfect, very close for all types of Vienna public transportation and close to Westbanhouf train station. Room should be wider for 6 persons Bed is good but it would be more comfort.

No curtain for the window, once the sun raises, full light in the room If you are using the upper bed, any movement in the lower bed will affect your sleep stability

Very convenient location, generally quiet. Clean and tidy with lots of space in the room.

The staff were quite supportive and good. They guided me through the city for both sightseeing as well as gave good suggestions for restaurants to try out.

There were no towels to start with and had to pay to get one. There were no locks for the lockers, it would have been good if they provided it with the room instead they were selling them separately,

The location of this hostel is perfect! It’s literally walking distance to the Westbahnhof station, which is one of the most well connected and important stations for inter-city travel in Vienna. The staff was extremely lovely. Our friends got stranded by some other hostel of their own hostel so the guy at our hostel’s reception tried his utter best to contact other hostels to find something for them, and he literally helped them check-in the next day when nothing was available and beds opened up in our hostel the next day. Also, the reception was 24X7 which is extremely helpful for late night check-ins. And the staff was very responsive to all our queries and concerns. The location & highly helpful staff were the loveliest features of this hostel.

The wifi was slow on the upper floors so I had to rely on my data pack for internet the whole time :(

I was only there for 1 night, but it was enough for what I needed. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but there is good transport near by.

The room was extremely hot (stayed in August) and the power plugs were located in one area of the room, so you had to leave it on the opposite side of the room.
