Generally said, it is a hostel for the younger crowd, and I am already a bit older, but my heart is still young, as my younger friends so often tell me. So I like the concept with the "bed-boxes" in a big room. Inside a light, electric power, even with convenient USB for loading your devices. Nice clean shower units, by the everything very clean, friendly, helpful staff at least English and German speaking. I really like the place and concept. Outside of the room are many places to chill, the got a bar and events like karaoke or Dj's. A big fridge to store your food, a microwave and much more. Underneath the beds are a box for each bed, you can lock it up, so bring your own lock or rent one at the reception, the same with towels by the way. For sure I will stay there again :)

Nice location just right next to the West Train Terminal of Vienna. It takes around 15 min train to the city centre with most tourist spots. Super big hostel with lots of chill common areas and a place that gathers everyone to watch soccer or chat together. Good privacy for the rooms. Hairdryer was not listed on the facility list but actually it can be borrowed from the reception with a deposit.

Just a bit strange to separate the toilet and basin located in the bathroom

- Beds were comfortable - Super Affordable - Staff were amazing - Decor is lovely and a lot of opportunities to socialise - Right next to the main train station and attached to an Ikea

- My bunk bed was against a wall and the side of the bed next to the wall was dirty with a few empty bottles and packets that must have fell down previously - No sink next to the toilet to wash your hands

The bathrooms were clean. The location was great. The beds were comfortable and if you had a bottom bunk you actually had privacy. Upper bunks had some privacy but when people turned on the lights in the room, they had no way of blocking it out. If you go in summer, it’s one of the few places with AC.

The other people at the hostel that had no manner. Stayed 6 nights and having people talking on the phone until 1am was the norm. If they came in after dark, they turned on all the lights. They staff was young a pretty clueless about customer service. The kitchen only had a microwave. People left their dirty dishes everywhere.

I liked the rooms. Very spacious and huge windows all across the room showing a beautiful view of Vienna. The bunk beds were good and good privacy. Two bathrooms in the room both with a shower and toilet in each. The sinks are on the outside of the bathroom in the room, with mirrors. Good storage space just don’t forget to bring a padlock. Good social vibe, some events during the week but not as many as thought. Nice social areas outside the rooms very comfy to sit and play games on, or lie or sit down and chill, all with charging ports. A kitchen and fridges to store and cook your things. A good location right by a main train station, shops and restaurants. Met some really nice people here travelling from different countries. Overall, I had a great time.

The pillows are way too thin considering how solid the beds are and I would say the sheets are also too thin as it gets very very warm in there with so many people and could feel the mattress underneath when waking up so hot. But I asked for an extra pillow and that helped a bit. Not very good lighting at night where the sinks are, when you don’t want to wake people up by putting the main lights on. There seemed to be switches by the mirror but none of us could get these to work so not sure if it was just the room I was staying in. The area around the ikea can seem a bit rough with some dodgy looking people around each night however they never once approached or bothered me and I felt pretty safe overall as a female solo traveller.

The staff was really helpful (we had a slightly unusual request about how we wanted to pay for the room, but the front desk staff understood and accommodated it). The common areas and the rooftop terrace had a really fun and clean vibe to them. Oh, and the view from the terrace was amazing! Finally, after an arduous 30-hour bus ride to Vienna, we were really appreciative of blackout curtains that allowed us to nap during the heat of the afternoon and hit the city in the evening.

I’ve never seen towels getting rented out to guests before. It was a little weird and definitely unexpected (attention wasn’t drawn to it, at least not on booking.com). Our room faced the opposite wall of the interior “courtyard,” but it was only 5-6 meters away, so the view got a 1 out of 5 rating from us. This would’ve been okay had there not been a totally different picture advertised on the website.

I stayed in the female dorm with a city view that includes breakfast and it was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and I requested one on the bottom bunk with a privacy screen (not all beds have this). Pillows were a little soft and small but I also traveled with a neck pillow so I managed just fine. The bunk was spacious and cozy. The lockers were big and the room was very big. The views of the city were spectacular and you could see the palace in the distance. Sunset views from the rooftop a must!!!. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and you can rent a towel at check in. The location is great. Easy access to trams and metros to get you to the old town and the palace. It's located on top of an IKEA and there's a Billa grocery store and food options just inside the mall/station. Be mindful a lot of places close down on Sundays and the restaurant at the hostel isn't open everyday. I was there during a city marathon and things were a bit different. They host lots of events on the reception floor which is great for socializing. They also host events that bring in the general public but you cannot hear the noise from the rooms, or at least I could not hear it from our room. Great stay and wonderful staff. The reception helped answer any questions I had. I would definitely stay again.

Very good location, right next to the metro and train station. There's an on-site bar and a terrace with beautiful city views. Interesting interior design.

The room furnishings are poorly thought out. There's a lot of empty space, but no shelves, table, or chairs. If you have the top bunk, you have to sit on the concrete floor to pack your things, etc. If you're less fit or plump, ask for the bottom bunk, as you might have trouble getting in.

Absolutely amazing!! The best hostel I've ever stayed at! Its wonderful, clean, spacious, you have a bar, a whole lobby with different activities, parties, a rooftop area. Friendly staff, reception open 24/7! The rooms were clean, with a great view of the city. Beds were comfy and could offer privacy with blinds that were attached to the lower beds. Two bathrooms per room, very convenient! A full sized mirror with a curtain to change. A huge locker great for your luggages of any kind. Close to markets, fast food places and the U bahn station and tram stations that go to the center. I recommend wholeheartedly to book this place, it made my travel experience ten times greater! I will definitely come again here.

Nothing! Honestly everything was perfect!

I really liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly specially Seba and Claus. What I loved most was the rooftop, one of the best views of Vienna and the sunset there was perfect. The hostel is clean and although is not close to the city center is very easy to get there because the station is less than 2 blocks.

Beds should have a personal light inside, if you don't want to wake up your roomates you end up using the phone light and is not comfortable. I would like a chair in the bedroom too but the rest was perfect. I think is not a good hostel to meet people, is just to sleep and enjoy the city.
