Staff was lovely, the room very clean. We stayed in the Pension (number 30) but note that the reception is at the Hotel (number 22). Parking was available upon request for 19EUR for a day opposite the Hotel building, and you can use it until 1PM after checkout time. Even if you didn't order breakfast, you can get coffee at the reception in the morning for a few Euros. There are not too many coffee places nearby so that was nice.

The bathroom is tiny and a bit awkward, no proper privacy but okay if you travel with your partner for a short time.

The location is quite convenient, near several transportation hubs and metro stops. The price is quite affordable for a week in higher demand. The room is clean and linens and towels are provided and changed upon request.

This more a short coming on my part, than a dislike, I did not see the do not disturb sign hanging in the room. This lead the cleaning lady to come in one morning. So make sure you find it and put it up, if you plan on sleeping. Otherwise nothing to declare.

Good location! I walked to the city and took the metro on the way back, both worked fine, the metro stop was quite close by. Really appreciate getting two sets of towels even though I was alone! The bathroom having kind of see through walls was a bit weird, but as I was alone, it was okay. Wouldn't probably come here with anyone though.

Bed was uncomfortably hard. The room was very dark, I had all the lights on, but still felt like I couldn't see properly

A nice and affordable basic accomodation perfect for people who just need a place to stay in Vienna, but prefer to have privacy unlike hostels. Check in is in the boutique hotel but that means you can leave your luggage before check in time or after check out. No air conditioner but a fan is available and luckily it was pretty cold summer when we were in Vienna

Not the biggest fan of the bathroom design, but not much can be improved anyway. The curtain block most of the sunlight but not 100%. In the mornings, there were somehow a lot of birds and they were even pecking on our windows, which disturbed our sleep.

The room was very cool once the fan was running. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Johanna was very helpful in giving clear directions on how to use the Metro, how to locate the room, and she also booked us a taxi to the airport for our very early flight once our stay was complete. Thank you, Johanna!

The door to the toilet & shower is semi-transparent (when completely opaque would be preferable for privacy) Not ideal. Could benefit from more accessible electrical sockets. Courtyard outside ground floor window was rather unkempt with litter and meat bones strewn around.

We had a great time at this pension! The location is brilliant – just about a 5-minute walk from Stadthalle, which was very convenient for us. The price was reasonable for the area, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, we could often smell cigarette smoke in the room, which was quite unpleasant and affected our comfort during the stay.

Great location close to metro & tram lines as well as Westbahnhof train station which is also the bus stop for Vienna Airport bus. Room is clean & daily housekeeping is available. My request for extra pillow, blanket & kettle were all fulfilled. Check-in is at the more expensive sister hotel 2 minutes down the road & this is also where the luggage storage is

Bathroom was super small & the shower curtain sticks to your body during shower as it is so small. The single room was also very small but manageable. Would be nice to have a small bedside table or more shelving in the room as well as a common area with fridge & microwave.

It was about a 5-minute walk from Vienna West Station, and there was a supermarket behind the facility, so it was very convenient for getting around. To the staff: I forgot the tea leaves I bought as a souvenir when I returned to Japan. Please feel free to use them at the front desk.

The walls are a little thin, so I could hear the neighbors snoring. If you're tired and can fall asleep quickly, it probably won't be that big of an issue.

Value for money. Clean and tidy. Conveniently located near a supermarket several streets away. Staff at check-in hotel was friendly and check in/out process was efficient. Shower was spacious enough for me and water flow is good. WiFi works well.

The tap was a bit difficult to lift up and down, needed more force. Body & hair wash was combined into one kind of soap and located near the water tap which is less convenient to use when showering. Would be better to have it nearer to the shower and add-on a hair conditioner. No kettle.

There is a great outdoor chill place in the hotel with lush green plants, where you can have breakfast :) also our room had an in-built bathroom. The room was calm all the time

I think the bathroom vent system is connected with the other rooms, an it was a bit overused at the time. Closing the bathroom door is an easy way to eliminate the problem
