New and clean facilities. No noises were heard. Location is perfect if you are attending to an event at the Wiener Stadthalle (which is literally in front of the hotel), but also well communicated with the subway, tram and bus stations.

There are some hours that reception desk doesn’t work (specially on weekends or holiday days) and you find out this once you arrive at the hotel. Although you can do self check in using the machines located at the entrance so get your code to access the room at 3pm, they don’t let you know this information in advance (or even at the time you do the self check in) so it was chaotic and stressful to figure out all this information. It would be really helpful that customers know this info and schedule and how to process in advance.

Location to Stadthalle couldn't be better. Also very close to a grocery store (Billa). We really appreciated the self check-in machines since the queue at the reception was longer, it was easy to use.

I didn't get the code to the room to my email connected to booking after using the self check-in machine. The vending machine in front of the elevators didn't work, saying items were sold out when they were clearly available. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, the pillow was too soft and small. I found a huge washed out stain, probably a blood stain on my cover - such covers shouldn't be provided in the rooms, please bleach it or get rid off it.

The hotel was clean and the room was large, the staff were very helpful and the check in process was really easy. The secure code system for the doors was brilliant and the hotel had a nice lounge area with plenty of plugs for laptop access along with free internet. The hotel is directly opposite the stadium but the windows were sound proof and we couldn’t hear anything. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Museum quartier and Vienna is a walkable city.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows weren’t the best but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

We went to see Nine Inch Nails in Stadthalle and this hotel is right across the road from Stadthalle. It was bloody good to just walk down and enter the concert hall. Parking cost an extra 18 euros and you need to reserve the spot in advance. Breakfast was extra too, it was an alright breakfast, nothing warm just cold things.

There was no minibar in the room. Only in the lobby. I guess it's more environmentally friendly this way but we had some leftover food from our travel which we had to consume there and then haha and no kettle to boil water for a tea or coffee.

The hotel location is great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable.

We paid for private parking in the hotel's garage. The entrance is very narrow - manageable to enter and exit but quite uncomfortable. This would have been still fine. What was really upsetting is that we did not receive instructions on what to do when leaving the garage - we expected the garage door to open up automatically but it didn't. I called the reception a few times but they did not answer (this happened around midday). I ended up leaving the car, going up to the hotel, looking for personnel, until luckily I found a helpful lady (arranging the breakfast) and she came to open the door. No instructions and nobody available via phone is so unprofessional...

Very clean and spacious for b&b room, with three separate beds. Great clean toilet, TV, comfortable beds. Everything you'd expect from a b&b. INCREDIBLE LOCATION if you're going to Stadthalle for a concert ( shout out to twenty one pilots!). It's literally five steps from the entrance line. Contact less check in check out, possibility to store your bags while you wait to enter. Late checkout and five minutes away from the subway.

The rooms are rather sparse, but they got everything you need. A kettle would be very nice. Vending machine refused to work which really sucked when we all got back parched from the concert. Still recommend very much, clean and comfortable!!

Quiet neighborhood, safe, close to the excellent public transport systems. Property is clean, well maintained, functional.

This property is not a hotel in the traditional sense but a place to stay. It is understaffed, no night porter. Although at night the guests get an entry code, it is easy for people with bad intentions to slip in the bonafide guests. Prefer to pay at bit more for safety and to see friendly staff. The place feels sterile without friendly staff.

The staff were amazing. From the guy who greeted us and helped us with all our questions and recommendations. And the lady who helped us with the coffee and other million questions we had. They both deserve a pay rise! :)

It's really hard to say what I didn't like because the staff really won my heart :) And more than what I didn't like is what you have to be aware of and is really not a big deal. For example, if you book several rooms and you want them to be next to each other, it really depends on the style of the rooms you book. So you might want to find out first if that is a must. And the second thing was the garage. Next time I come with the van, I will just park outside. There is nothing wrong with the garage, but getting in and out with a large vehicle can be a challenge. But they inform every guest in advance. Believe them! :) They are trustworthy.

Very clean, new room, regular check ups, spacious, really good and simple to use AC, location is phenomenal, self check-in available, staff is really attentive, they speak fluent english as well, so great communication. Very safe hotel, requires code to enter at night for extra protection. Metro station is within walking distance, so are shops and food options.

Breakfast buffet was not impressive, deserts were store bought, dry, although fruits, juices were fresh. Bread was a bit dry. Although toasts were a great option instead. Some glasses/cups were not washed as thoroughly. Pillows on the bed were not the most comfortable.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay in this modern B&B. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The hotel is across Stadthalle, a big event center. The location is not very close to the center as others noted, but public transportation is closeby. We liked the modern bathroom. Staff was helpful.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft, had to request spare ones to make it higher. Amenities are basic, no luggage rack, no wardrobe (only hangers), no kettle, no hair conditioner etc. The area is quiet, except when there is a concert or party right across the hotel at the Stadthalle! So on our second night on Friday there was an event going on, and through the all-glass facade of Stadthalle we could see from our room (a lot of) people crammed inside, drinking and dancing to the (probably) very loud music, but we could hear very little of it. Good sound insulation both in the Stadthalle and the hotel, I guess. So, despite all this, I can still say we did not have an uncomfortable stay.
