We loved staying at this hotel. The eco and green initiative is amazing and implemented in every aspect, from electricity to water consumption, even decorations in bar and lounge areas is beautiful and looks like handmade and recycled. And even though the hotel is eco friendly they don't rub it in your face so you feel like you have to be part of that initiative, you just feel like it's normal way for things to be. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, we loved seeing that it's mostly young people who are always smiling and are there to answer all questions. We rented parking space in the garage and didn't worry about leaving the car there at all. They even let us leave car a couple hours longer after the checkout so we could go around town a little bit more. Food was really delicious, fresh and organic. There were a lot of choices for breakfast and everything was served beautifully. The location of property is easily accessible and the street and this neighborhood was quiet.

The only thing I can think of, but it's not even important since everything else was ten out of ten, if i have to choose one thing to say i disliked then it would be the pillows. Maybe add option for rooms to have more than one pillow per person.

Hidden away in a residential street, it was very quiet, day and night. Sustainability ethos is evident in the re-use of every day items as lovely decorations. Housekeeping do a great job and it's all very clean. Breakfast room, with additional seating in the outdoor, internal garden was very welcoming. Lots of choices, all very high quality. If you prefer fresh, organic foods you won't be disappointed - breads, cheeses, hams, cereals, fruit, cakes, juices and more. Very relaxing start to the day. Huge credit to the staff - 24 hours. The excellent team were friendly, helpful, happy to guide and advise. Great communication from booking until departure with information on transport, restaurants and anything else we asked about. We had a 3.30am departure and we were offered a breakfast to take away. Transport connectivity is good, bus and trams close by. Walking to the centre of town is achievable. Not complaints, but our observations. Bedroom was quite hot. Floor fan was useful and the the window opened and was protected against insects by a screen. The hand, body, hairwash is lovely and natural. I have some joint difficulties and squeezing the bottles was a little difficult. Little soap bars are available on request. Pillows were too soft but extra were brought immediately on request. We would have preferred a king bed rather than two pushed together. One large duvet rather than two singles. One bed was comfortable the other had a little dip. None of this affected our enjoyment of being there.

I can't remember the last time I've stayed in a hotel room this quiet and peaceful. This is even more surprising considering that the hotel seemed to be at full capacity judging by how many people were present at breakfast. The inner courtyard full of greenery is also a big plus for the atmosphere. Most if not all rooms seemed to have some sort of thematic (ours was decorated around musical instruments). While this approach as well as the sustainability policy might detract some people or set some false expectations, I did not see any downside to the provided services. The staff members were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was very good and varied and it's conveniently located close to a train station, metro and the Schönbrunn park.

We booked a night at the hotel because of the Lumineers concert in Wien and the hotel was a couple of blocks from the venue (Stadthalle); so location was perfect. There are lovely little restaurants in the area, parks and playgrounds (useful when you have kids) and supermarkets near by. Parking was safe and secure (under ground and over the road from the hotel). Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and attentive. The hotel and its sustainability efforts are second to none and we loved the quirkiness of the hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, clean, bathrooms the same and the internet in the room speedy. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of options. We will definitely be back!

Honestly nothing, we really enjoyed out stay!

Loved the staff, the breakfast was great. Location was good - close to city bicycle rental and public transportation. There is a bus from the airport with a stop that is very close to the hotel - about 5 minute walk. We took it both ways and it was very comfortable and reliable.

The room was a bit dark. The toilet wasn't clean enough in my opinion. The breakfast zone was in a beautiful garden but there were so many bees that we were afraid sitting there, so we had to sit in the closed area which wasn't ventilated enough. There are many bees in the entire city but i would expect that the hotel will do something for minimizing the discomfort in the breakfast zone.

The best staff I have ever seen. They pay attention to even the smallest details. Finally, a place where guests don't have to mess around with the coffee machine, but where the coffee is brought to you. Several times :) Very generous and delicious breakfast. And the bed is truly wonderful. I'm sorry I can't take it home with me. Thank you for your service!

I stayed in Boutiquehotel Stadthalle for 2 nights during my recent visit in Vienna to celebrate my birthday. Thanks for the lovely greeting card and a cute little gift ! Its a nice eco hotel which actually focuses on sustainability. It was a wonderful experience for me as all staff members were very friendly and always smiling :) Rooms and bathroom facilities were clean and location is very convenient as close to Westbahn station so even if you are traveling with public transport like me that won't be an issue too :)) Even I enjoyed their daily morning breakfast, everything was fresh and organic ! :)) I am already looking forward for my next stay soon !

Nothing.

The hotel was quiet and in a good location (a few minutes’ walk from the metro station). The room was spacious, clean and faced the inner courtyard. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff helpful and friendly at all times. The lobby is cosy and the reception is open 24/7.

The bed was comfy but the pillows were very soft and did not provide any support during sleep. It would be good to have another type of pillow to choose. The bathroom had sort of an open plan concept which is not for everyone.

Loved the breakfast! Plenty of organic options, really good coffee. Loved the muesli bar! Also, hotel has a 24 hour bar. The highlight for these two travelers from Cyprus was the abundance of potable water from the tap, heated by the hotel's own solar panels. The staff was really really good, friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. Also the location of course - as we were in Vienna for one day only to see the show at the Stadthalle.

We understand it’s a green hotel, but toiletries and slippers in a junior suite would have been great. And after the cleaning we were missing some towels. Also, the mattresses could have been a touch firmer.

Breakfast is plentiful, many different breads, cereals, yoghurt, porridge cheese/ham peppers houmous etc,you are served with coffee, tea you choose which tea you like and take a teabag then out your tea in it.Staff very busy and pleasant. Location was perfect as were attending a show at the nearby stadium and felt very safe walking back to the hotel at around 10pm.

Minor thing, my mum likes a kettle in the room itself but she asked and was given one.
