5 stars hostel. Exceptional well run. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak perfect English. Everything was spotlessly clean. I had a private room, and it was very spacious and cozy for a hostel room. There was a wash basin in the room, so there was never a queue for the common toilets and showers. Excellent WiFi which works everywhere. I really liked that it was a garden sitting area. I would definitely have stayed longer, if it wasn't for that Europe is getting too cold for me now in November. Nice heated room though. Superhint: Do not buy a travel pass until you get here, you won't regret it. And yes, there's a bar as well.

It was nothing I didn't like. The outdoor areas are closed too early, but that's a Vienna thing, not a hostel thing.

The single room was perfect, have your own sink in the room is the best thing ever. I love the environment as well, clean and friendly, my room was at the ground floor but there's few doors blocked the notice from public area which was nice. Btw, the travel cards for rental are limited, see if you are lucky enough. 乾淨舒適的住宿，多加一點錢升級成單人房非常值得

Nothing really, just one thing that may can be improved. I couldn't find hairdryers although the reception told me where it is. Would be great if can get more hairdryers at the reception, it's fine if need some deposit, at least I don't need to sleep with my wet hair.

The hostel was really easy to meet people through the nightly dinner that was served by the volunteers. Also the common area was really great for everything, from when I needed to study, to enjoy ing breakkie in the morning with other travelers. Having access to the kitchen was also great! They had salt and pepper and a couple of other things that everyone could use, and there was access to a guest fridge which made buying things and making my own breakkie and lunch super easy.

Somtimes the kitchen was a little messy, but not enough to be too gross. Also sometimes the music in the common area all day was a little bit loud, but it was all good music, so :)

I was in an all female dorm, and it was quite nice. There was a trivia night while I was there which helped people meet, and breakfasts were pretty social too. There’s a bar but it’s not a party hostel. Staff was friendly and it was easy to meet people.

The top bunks are NOT safe. The entire bed moves upon climbing up, and there was a few times I worried it was going to fall on me. In order to safely get up and down, you pretty much have to step on your lower bunk mate’s mattress. There’s dinner provided for 5€, but unfortunately it’s vegan and doesn’t contain sufficient protein—it would just be nice if they had more options.

The atmosphere is really nice! Everyone is super friendly and the place is always cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had everything I needed. I reccomend the breakfast! We did not know it was possible before getting there but WE LOVED to have the possibility to order on the same morning and get very nice food for a very reasonable price! And the coffee made with the moka… amazing!

I expect a better location. Don’t get me wrong, the hostel is very well connected but the area did not have a lot of service around and it was all under construction… so it was a bit weird to walk around. For example, we did not have a nice bakery or coffee in a walking distance, or a pharmacy or night shop.

1. Quite close to Westbahnof station, so could travel anywhere in Vienna from this station 2. Hostel is clean and tidy at all times. Bathrooms were well maintained. Kudos to the staff for maintaining the hostel clean. 3. Daily dinners prepared for the hostellers (pay as you wish - but minimum 5€ is expected) 4. Daily lemonade drink available for free 5. Beds were super comfortable 6. Quiet hours were observed at all days, so if you wanted to spend the evening in your room there won’t be noise from the common area after 10pm 7. Daily activities in the common area organised for the hostellers, so a good chance to interact with your fellow hostellers

1. The keycard system to enter your room - while I understand it has benefits especially for security, it becomes a bit of a bother when you step out of your room without the keycard (then you have to get somebody to open the door - either someone in the room or the reception staff).

Very friendly, helpful staff. Atmosphere in the hostel was great. It was nice to come back to at the end of the day & feel relaxed. Bathroom in dorm was good. Very clean. Close to bakery & small supermarket, nice walk to city centre about 45 minutes. Also close to metro . Outdoor area & inside common area.

Unfortunately the stove burners in the kitchen are very slow to heat up & cook on but still manageable.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! The atmosphere of this hostel, cleanliness (fresh sheets, towels), value for money, a huge variety of activities to do and integrate guests at the hostel. everything is thought through, one has a private locker in mixed 6-people room with a socket in it(!). Loved the patio (green and quiet) as well as the common room with sockets and pillows to sit comfortably. there's no other place I'd rather returned to in whole Vienna, absolutely recommend

at times bathroom floor was slightly dirty, but no wonder - it was 6-people room, can't get everyone to pay attention to cleanliness

It’s the perfect hostel, exactly as a hostel should be. Daily activities (mostly for free), good facilities (a large kitchen with 2 separate stoves for cooking, a large fridge, free teas, cooking oil and seasonings). The hostel was clean and had a really nice vibe. Relaxed during the daytime, would be a good place to work remotely. More active from 7 onwards when the bar opens for happy hour. And the pale ale is tasty. Free homemade lemonade in the afternoon. The guests are nice and people are always down to go out at night. Free lockers for when you checkout but want to leave your stuff. Near lots of shops and also restaurants. I heard the breakfast is really good too. Family dinners in the evening, most of which are suitable for vegans. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and this is definitely in my top 5.

It’s perfect but you have to make your own bed (put the sheets on) which is slightly annoying, especially if you check in in the evening. Also no curtains on the bed but no big deal. My roomies were nice.

I genuinely arrived fearing that so many things could go wrong - from dirty facilities, to poor communication with staff, to loud noises during the night and even dangerous or antisocial situations. This hostel was the absolute opposite. I was welcomed with a big smile and a glass of free lemonade, the room was spotless and very cute and cozy, the location was perfect to get anywhere either city centre or attractions like the Schönbrunn, there were quiet hours (10pm - 8am) which were actually followed, allowing me to get a good night's rest, people were friendly but not pushy to socialise and made me feel welcomed quickly. I mostly did my own thing during the day so didn't get to try the food at the hostel, but it did look delicious! I really liked this place, and I would definitely go back in a hearbeat. Also my single en suite room beat all the prices from all the other available facilities I could find. Shout out to all the good people who volunteer/ work at the hostel, danke schön!

The only suggestions I could make would be that the light in the room to be more bright, the bedroom mirror would be better positioned on the toilet door (facing the room) as it was very difficult to use in its current position, and a mat to be placed in the toilet, as the towel that was on the floor did make things quite messy more than often.
