The location was amazing. Tram stop oitside and could be at westbahnhof station in less than 2 mins Room very clean and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options The restaurant had excellent food options and good value I felt safe as a solo female traveller and I was able to travel very easily to all the arrractions

The shower wasn’t always hot and the heat only worked in the morning so was cold at night

This was our 4th time in Brauhof Wien hotel and hotel was excellent as always. Room was very clean, big, with every day cleaning, with bathrobe and sleepers, very comfortable beds and with a little chocolate on pillow every day after cleaning which was a nice touch after our all-day walking. Parking for your car (if you need it) is great and it is in inner courtyard of hotel, so it's very safe and accessible if you need you car through your stay. Location of hotel is perfect, it is about 500m from subway station line U3 that is line that goes to very center of Vienna, at Stephansplaz and cathedral. There is also line U6 on that station. If you want to walk (as we were doing every day), you need about 30 minutes to get to center, at Opera state house and Sacher cafe and further through walking zone Kartner Strasse (with many shops) to Stephansplaz with cathedral. Hotel itself is very cosy, clean, with great ala card restaurant where you can order fantastic meals (burgers and Cesar salad are FANTASTIC) and they have big open terrace in inner courtyard. For hotel breakfast there is great variety of sweet and savory food, fresh vegetables and fruits, fantastic different kind of bread and croissant and very good coffee. Staf is very helpful, polite and friendly and they will go above and beyond to help you with everything. It is excellent value for money and you won't find better hotel than this so it's for every recommendation. Looking forward to come back!

My room at the Brauhof Wien was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. It was literally spotless. I cannot imagine how much time the cleaning service puts into making the rooms look the way they look. Thank you! The room in the beautiful old building provides an authentic Viennese experience, it has a hardwood floor, an exceptionally high ceiling and huge ceiling-high windows that can be opened in full (using the authentic old mechanism). These windows, of course, provide lots of natural light. The room is also modernly equipped - it has a modern wardrobe (huge, even though the room was for one), a large writing desk, a huge TV (I especially appreciated that the TV could be moved - I could watch it from different parts of the room). The wi-fi was stable and good throughout my stay. The bedding was warm and the heating was sufficient. It could be regulated from within the room. Last but not least, during my two-night stay I communicated with three different staff members at the reception desk, and they were all equally wonderful, highly professional and efficient. The level of cleanliness and the excellent staff would be enough to recommend this hotel, but it has many other bonuses. I did not try the food and the beer, maybe next time!

This is not something that bothered me, but it should be mentioned. It is true that at times it takes ten seconds or so for the warm water to come, but this is normal in an old building. If you wish to appreciate a genuine experience, this is a small price to pay. It is also true that there is no soundproofing, but the building is beautiful and old and I suppose it would be very difficult to have it soundproofed. It would also ruin the muffled sound of the Viennese wind that can be appreciated in a warm room :-) If someone is a light sleeper, they can bring earplugs in case there is some noise. The possible sounds of neighbours in the hotel building are not a reason to miss out on this great experience.

Have stayed here about 5 times in the last 18 months and I always have been really pleased. It’s a great location, central to everything. The bathrooms are always clean and have great lighting. The beds are comfortable. The staff are so welcoming. And the restaurant is decent too.

Everything was good and clean, staff was very kind and attentive. With that price it was a very good stay worth the money. Coffee machine would add value. AC was perfect.

nothing as such though the Minibar was removed from the room. At least I didn't see it.

It was clean and quite and cheap enough for the 5th of January. The personnel was very polite and they keep the luggage if you want to.

It wasn't next to the center but there was good connection to it.

The location of the hotel was great due to the closeness to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and provided many options. The coffee was amazing and the ladies making the coffee very nice and professional. The restaurant on site was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well

There are no safety bars on the shower; no coffee maker or small bar refrigerator in the room. The control to the air conditioner was not in the room and we had to ask the front office to figure out how to turn it on. The front office staff could of been a little more helpful booking a taxi to the airport for our flight back.

The hotel was clean, in lively but not crowded street, the tram station is right in front of the hotel gate, and 6 minutes walk from Westbahnholf one of major U-bahn stations in Vienna. The breakfast was really good, and a good value of money, I would really recommend it, also the hotel restaurant had a really nice beer garden and the waiters there were extra friend. The room was spacious, clean and the AC worked well.

This is my first trip to Vienna so I’m not really sure how things are there, but usually in a 4 star hotel you find a minibar even if it’s empty, also some a kettle or a coffee machine along with some complementary drinks. The pillows were so uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on empty pillow case.

The hotel looked great, staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was big even for a solo room, and had plenty of space for luggage. Bathroom was nice too and the extra fan there took moisture away quite quickly. Everyrhing in the room worked, and it had air conditioning too. Bed was soft, maybe almost too soft. Good light blocking curtains as well, so you can get the room dark and cool. The location was good too, close to tram stop, and metro not far away. And there was a bus straight to the airport from the trainststion nearby, which ran through the night too. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant was nice too. I didnt try the breakfast.

I was there for three nights, and the cleaning was not done super well in between, so be careful not to bring in any dirt with your shoes, since it might remain there. Room was cleaned, but quick vacuuming would have helped. If you are light sleeper, pack earplugs, since you can hear a lot through the door from the corridors, but luckily it was quite quiet during my visit.

The location was perfect. Our loft appartment was nice and big for 4 persons. We liked our own balcony and upstairs hangout space. The appartment was quiet, no noise anytime. There was everything we needed in the appartment. We liked the restaurant and the bar. There was gluten free bread available at breakfast and the staff at the breakfast were nice and friendly.

The staff at the reseption could have been nicer and more welcoming. The breakfast was not included in our room price and in our opinion 19€ was a bit too much for the breakfast. Especially because the breakfast was quite common and they kept running out of things to serve. However, it was really nice that they had gluten free bread. The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable.
