Very friendly and confortable hotel. Staff always very helpful, room is functional and clean. Breakfast is good value. Location for travel via train from Westbahnhof is very good. Lots of restaurants and fast eateries in the immediate vicinity. Everything runs as expected.

Paper cups instead of glass in room. I just don't like drinking from paper cups.

Easy to reach, nice and clean

Rooms aren’t soundproof!! And also, for the price of 16,90/day breakfast was unbelievably expensive and boring. Especially if you can’t eat carbs the options were 1.boiled eggs and 2.plain yoghurt and maybe some days kiwis. Cheese and hams were available but no low carb bread options really. Everything else was full of sugar and flour. A nightmare for all pregnant women with gestational diabetes or any other type of diabetes for that matter. There’s plenty of room for improvement! Especially nowadays where everybody speaks of the detrimental effects of sugar on the body!

This hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy access to bus, tram, and metro stops, making it simple to get around the city. It’s also close to a variety of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, which was super convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

There’s not much to complain about, the room didn’t have a fridge or kettle, which I had assumed would be included. It was mentioned in the details, I just missed it. Still, having those amenities would have made the stay even more comfortable.

It’s literally next door to Westbahnhof Station so it’s easy exploring Vienna, the room and the bed is comfortable, although as it states the hotel is basic, I.e. there aren’t much facilities available and it’s good if you’re staying for a night or two. The staff were helpful (especially the front desk).

The breakfast is dull and for 17€ it’s overpriced (if you’re booking here don’t include breakfast) it’s the same cold cut meats, bread, cereals etc. aka bland continental breakfast it lacks variety (other hotels in the area have the same price but you get your money’s worth), better off getting breakfast in the shops in Westbahnhof station.

Crazyy good location, right on the mall/train that takes you everywhere. place looked super fancy and beyond pretty than in pictures, we were so pleasantly surprised from the start. Clean rooms, good bathroom. fresh towels and toilet paper. Sweet staff. made the whole trip experience a lot easier on us especially if you travel lots of places near vienna as well. If you have international card then make sure you get cash, the reception machine didn’t let our cards go through. There’s also a huge food cafeteria, and lounge. we didn’t eat but we could tell all the guests were enjoying. Great AC too!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently (been visiting it for the 2nd time), and the location truly stood out as one of its best features. If you're looking for a spot that's both accessible and close to the city, this is it. The hotel is ideally situated just few steps from both the train and metro station, which made it easily accessible. The hotel is located near the city’s main shopping street-Maria Hilfe straße shops which was a huge bonus. It’s not just about the shops, though—this area is full of life, with plenty of street performers, local vendors, and exciting energy. Beyond the shopping, the neighborhood itself is safe, vibrant, and welcoming. I felt comfortable exploring the area day or night. Highly recommend this place if you want the best of both convenience and excitement!

Room cleanliness could be improved, e.g. it wasn't regularly vacuum cleaned. Rooms were also rather on the small side. However, the most annoying thing was that on the last day we were awoken by a staff member who wanted to know when were we going to leave the room, despite the check-out time being 12 o'clock. That same person disturbed us again shortly after for the same reason and the worse thing was that he could neither communicate in English, nor in German and he wanted us to write in his phone, so that he could translate it to Arabic.

The location. The hotel is very close to metro station and to tram station. You can get to city center really easy and fast. We parked at Spittelau and we had direct metro to the hotel. Even if the check in is at 15, our room was ready at 13:30 when we arrived. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. We also appreciated the lobby bar, where we had some drinks after a day of walking around Vienna

Not really a big issue, but the mattres was a bit too soft for our liking The TV had the option to stream only from an Android device, which might be an issue for IOS users

I liked how clean the room was. The bed linen/towels were spotlessly clean. I liked the bar area of the hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent.

What I did not like about the hotel was the size of the room. It was a very small room for a queen size. It felt very cramped. There was only one chair to sit on. It is definitely not a room you would like to spend time in. It is not very relaxing. No real wardrobe space or bedside lockers. The breakfast area in the morning was very hectic. Not enough tables for the amount of guests staying at the hotel

I liked the friendliness of the day staff both at reception and bar area/breakfast. Perfect location, although coming back late did give us a funny feeling about people hanging outside the hotel.

The size of the room was on the small side, we were 2 kids and one adult, but then we were only there in the evenings and overnight. I didn't find the staff very helpful when we arrived late (11pm), when we were quite tired when we arrived at the hotel. Nonethe less, the morning crew more than made up for it.
