The hotel is well taken care off, nice facilities, very clean and looks very modern! The location is great! it has a U-ban (metro) station right in the corner and also a bus stop and a tram stop so you can literally go anywhere from there!! I did not travel with my kids this time but I did like that there was a children corner in the restaurant of the Hotel so if you are travelling with kids you may be able to have breakfast in peace

At night, the station was a bit doggy, a few drunk and homeless people! they meant no harm but as we were two girls it was a bit daunting!

I loved it here i would stay here again if i come back, the value for the money is great. Air conditioning was amazing it cooled the room very well, everything inside seemed relatively new, the bed was very soft and comfortable and we were so surprised by the bathroom mirror and the fact that it was a speaker like that was so cool. And bonus points for giving us an early check in when our room was ready.

I can only think of 2 things i didint like and it really is not that big of a deal. But i will share them so first is that you dont really have a proper wardrobe or anywhere to store your stuff beside a little clothing rack that had like 5 hangers, but i mean you can totally manage with that. And the second thing is that the bathroom door was a little see through (you could only see like shadows it was not that bad) and when you are traveling with a friend that might be a little awkward.

My first time staying at a reception-less place. Loved the concept, loved how easy it was to get everything sorted. The staff on the WhatsApp support number were prompt, polite and helped me with everything needed. The rooms with street view were amazing, with comfortable beds, great showers and a cabinet that had everything from a Nespresso machine to an actual fridge and stove (didn't use the stove this time, but loved how clever it was hidden) in a little kitchenette. The self-service laundry room made our stay significantly easier, as did the outstanding location (close to both Mariahilferstraße and the U3 Westbanhof that can take you to all main areas).

It's a minor thing, but the cleaning felt like it could have been a little more thorough. Sheets were impeccable, as were the towels, but the floor definitely needed a little work. Also, nothing much to change here, but the Serbian bar next door has some rowdy, unpleasant crowds at night.

It’s very clean and cozy, the aircon is great! I really like the idea that they have a locker luggage storage place, the bed is comfortable too. Great location there is metro and tram stop around, easy to get around

The aircon setting is only on or off, you can’t set the temperature, so sometimes it gets too cold, when I tried to open the window, there are often noise from the ‘cafe/bar’ next door which I could hear in the evening. There are some locals hanging in the cafe/bar next door and sometimes I don’t feel too comfortable walking past. Staff is overall friendly but some of them dose not speak any English which can be difficult.

Location is perfect. You can easily walk to the center via shopping street / or via quiet streets next to it :) If you walk down from the hotel - beautiful museums and parks are near. And funny thing, if you walk in the other direction from the hotel - you can reach Schönbrunn Palace. It is literally perfect location, no need to use subway at all. Location is pretty safe but little weird bar is located next to the hotel entrance. People are drunk there from morning on. They are not scary but still they are always there 24/7. Supermarkets are near / lots of cute bars and restaurants. Hotel is not having any rooftop with open view or inside garden (like you might think based on pictures) which is a disappointing thing. Those balcony’s are only for couple of rooms which are located on the highest floor. Rooms are amazing, clean, fresh and modern. It is pretty loud as hotel located next to the street but as soon as you close windows - you can’t hear anything (so sleep is not disturbed). Room is equipped with everything you might need for a 1-2 week stay. There’s also a cleaning 1 time per week which was super nice and unexpected. There’s also a small cute reception and bar right on the ground floor. Plus, there is a a locker which is for free before check in time or after you checked out. And our room was ready at like 11:00 which is super early. So we had a full day free on the day of arrival. I recommend this place 10/10 and I liked this chain of hotels! Also wood smell is top!

Little random bar right next to a hotel but it’s a normal thing with all the bars. They don’t tell you the date when they are coming to clean. They do clean 1 time per week but better to inform which date exactly as we didn’t know when and bought ourself trash bags and then they came and cleaned the exact same day…lol

The wooden scandi interior was great. Separate toilet. Shower was nice and big. Double bed was large with a comfy mattress. Large fridge and plates etc and crockery useful. Fantastic location for public transport, supermarkets and Mariahilfer shopping mile minutes on foot away. Great starting place for good runs close by ( if you are interested in running). Very useful to have free access to a luggage room which we used on our last day. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks

Would have loved a slightly bigger room so that both of us could sit down on a chair. Wasn’t aware when we booked. Was a shame that we only found out towards the end of the week that there was a room in the basement where you could find refills ( toilet paper, coffee pods etc), as no one comes in to clean your room for the length of your stay ( which is fine). Small criticism: some of the crockery wasn’t clean when we arrived.

Good location a 5 min walk away from the main West railroad station. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance in all directions. The room was clean with a modern wood-based aesthetic. I had no problems with the fact that there were no staff onsite. Communicating via WhatsApp was great for my simple needs.

Room was a bit small. Hallways could have been better lit. Don’t expect to reply on the kitchenette for big meals - it is small and there isn’t a lot of counter/tabletop space to put stuff on.

The design of the room is lovely. I liked that there were nice plates and glasses and crockery to add to the experience. The room although small was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in a good location well connected via public transport with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

It would be lovely to have smaller pillows available and to have an easier access to the hob so that you did not have to lift things off. It would be great to have access to other channels not just German or have a smart TV so you could connect to your own device..

Additionally, being situated between the city center and Schönbrunn Palace offers the best of both worlds for visitors. It allows easy access to Vienna's main attractions while providing a slightly quieter atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff are all crucial aspects for us and we get it 100%. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.

This modern hotel is situated in a convenient area of Vienna. There are no staff except remotely , but if there are any problems emails or Whatsapps are answered straightaway. Check in and check out are very efficient. The room is comfortable and practical with a small kitchenette. The hotel is right next to Westbahnhof so public transport is easily available to all of the attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Very quiet despite being next to a busy road.

All good.
