Very well equipped apartment, clean and comfortable. Located in quiet area with few good restaurants in walking distance. Supermarket opposite to the hotel. Easy connection to public transportation. About 40-45 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel is located a 15 minutes walk from the Westbahnhof station, from which there is a 24-hour bus service to the airport. The main shopping street Mariahilfer Straße also short walk distance from the hotel.

WiFi connection sometimes was poor, often disappeared and had to reconnect.

There was everything you need to live and feel comfortable doing it. In the kitchen, there were almost all the amenities for cooking ( except for an oven, but you can substitute with the microwave), the bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning system worked well, it was quite quiet, the closet was spacious and the housekeeper did a good job. Also, you can do your laundry and leave your bags for free.

While the location is close to multiple public transport options, most tourist places were 30min-1h away. Can't complain in the grand scheme of things, but if the location is important to you, there are definitely more conveniently located options. Also, it was a bit tricky to get in through the front doors the first time ( you have to wait for 2 clicks and open IMMEDIATELY), and there was a line at check-in. However, these are just minor complaints as our stay was wonderful.

Altogether a nice apartment close to the U-bahn with all the essentials. Bed a little on the hard side, but ok. Very quiet (our apartment did not face the street, but a patio). I would recommend it to other guests.

A little fuss with the check-in, but with a little help from other residents we managed to get the keys to the apartment. Only two hobs for cooking and only two boilers and a frying pan. The apartment was a little sterile and would have benefited from more pictures on the walls. An iron would also have been nice.

Very clean, spacious apartment with plenty of storage and modern facilities. Even though it was a busy area, the room was very quiet. The bathroom was clean and well presented, with a large comfortable shower. It's a good 30 minute walk into the old town area, but there is a tram station only a few minutes away. Plus there was a choice of supermarkets just across the street and some good restaurants in the area making this a very convenient location.

With only two washing machines and one dryer in the basement area, it was difficult to be able to use the facilities. Plus you had to provide your own laundry detergent, there was not even a vending machine to dispense a small amount for you.

The property is located in a very good area, just a few minutes walk to Mariahilfer Strasse or to Westbanhoff Train Station. The neighborhood felt safe. It has three supermarkets just 2 minutes away (Penny right across the building actually). At night it is quiet. The self check-in is nice. The whole property is extremely clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever been to. The room is beautifully and modernly furnished, the kitchenette is well equipped with good quality plates, pans, cups, glasses and cutlery. Everything matches the description on Booking, but it looks even better in reality. I totally recommend this place! It is definitely worth a 10 rating.

The flat was very clean and had everything, including AC which is great in this period. There was plenty of crockery. The terrace was great. It is good that the building has a washing machine. The contactless check in is very convenient. The location is good because the metro is 5-10 minutes away. Hay un supermercado justo en frente que está muy bien también. All in all, everything was excellent.

As I said before, everything was very good. If I can put a constructive downside, it would be the instructions for use of the washing machine, especially the detergent, are not very clear (at least I didn't understand it but the staff helped me right away ;)). The location is fine if you are heading towards Innere Stadt but there are drunks hanging around in the area around the metro and so on. But nothing serious. It would be nice to have an awning for room 503 because it is a bit uncomfortable to have lunch there when the sun is shining. These are details really because it was all very good

Fantastic experience! The facility is top- notch. Very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed to feel like a true home away from home. Every small detail was thoughtfully considered, and nothing was lacking. The location is perfect, with easy access to key spots in Vienna. The staff were extremely resourceful, warm, and quick to respond. The host was very reliable, cheerful, and made me feel very welcome. I had initially been skeptical after reading some older complaints about the check-in process, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the most effortless and seamless contactless check-in, even on a weekend. It was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Overall, it was delightful stay!

Very spacious apartments! Perfect for longer stays in Vienna. Also very close to multiple supermarkets and different public transport routes. Quiet at night. The restaurant Bauernbräu is highly recommended for its beers and local cuisine! It is only a minute walk away.

The apartment was pretty warm due to the heating. There wasn’t really a way to set a specific temperature (we could only do cooler or warmer). So we had to open the windows a lot of times. Maybe a different thermostat would be better.

In general, I would say that Oliver Apartment is really nice and well-equipped with essential facilities suitable for both short-term and long-term travellers. The apartment is quite spacious; as a family of three, we all had our privacy. It also offers a luggage service, so you can drop off your bags, as well as a washing machine. The location is excellent and very quiet at night, with many supermarkets nearby. While there is no receptionist, the team is very responsible and willing to help.

The check-in process was a bit bad since there was no receptionist at the apartment; instead, you have to call someone to open the door for you or using your credit card to open the door. We arrived on time for our check-in, but due to the system having the wrong name, we had to wait for the porter (the staff member) to pick up the phone and correct the issue. Additionally, rather than having two or three check-in machines, there was only one available, resulting in a long line of waiting guests. Each guest was unfamiliar with the system, which added to the wait time. I would suggest having a small counter just for the check-in during busy times, so that people can complete their check-in more easily and quickly.

The apartment building is located near Westbahnhof and other public transport stations. There is also a number of shops, supermarkets and cafés in the area. The apartment bulding has a storage are, washing machines and a venfing machine. The check-in was easy. The apartment itself was very nice and clean, modernly equipped and comfortable. Eventhough the apartment bulding is located near a busy street, the night was quiet. It is easy to get into the city centre, main railway station, and to Schloss Schönbrunn from the location.

The bathroom is kind of small. The water leaks out when you get out of the shower and the floor-towel is hard to position to catch the water.
